We've had some challenges with partner payout setup, making it a fairly heavy effort.

We're trying to further automate our partner payouts setup. The support has been outstanding.

In addition to an easy to use platform that really makes influencer marketing seamless, the ACTIVATE team has been incredibly supportive and great to work with. I would recommend ACTIVATE to anyone who is looking for a way to manage their proactive outreach and secure great, meaningful content.

I'd love for ACTIVATE to launch an app or mobile friendly site.

ACTIVATE has taken my small business from doing mostly reactive influencer work, to proactive, strategized influencer work.

The service level is amazing, the level of data is great, and also the different payout methods.

The naming conventions of the partners drive me nuts.

Real time data is the biggest problem. It helps me calibrate the program efficiently.

The conference offered several panel discussions throughout the day. Each discussion involved industry leaders who are innovating affiliate marketing and building unique partnerships to grow their programs. I enjoyed the examples from TicketMaster, Samsung, and Uber on how they focused heavily on partnerships and building tools and APIs for their partners to help grow their programs.

There isn't anything that comes to mind that I didn't like. I was comfortable at my table. I could see and hear fine. Nothing comes to mind.

We are able to track partners who work outside of the traditional affiliate space. Bringing new partners on is easy.

Impact's tools and reports make it easy to manage our growing community of affiliate partners. We love the ability to quickly customize our reports and dashboard to gain insights into partner performance, and the ease with which we can provide custom links for our partners. The Impact team has been fantastic as we've evolved our program. They provide excellent customer service, and have proven to be quite collaborative as we've expanded the way we use the platform. Our recent mobile app affiliate roll-out went smoothly with an assist from Impact, and we've been delighted with their responsiveness and personalized approach to managing our account.

We don't use the Marketplace for recruitment, and having to have at least one public offer isn't ideal for our business. Also, not having the ability to see the user's view of their account when they have questions can be challenging.

Impact's reporting has offered us fresh insight into our user's conversion behaviors. We've been able to easily navigate contract updates and changes. We've evolved our tracked events and we've been able to quickly implement changes without missing a stride. Partners are happy with the transparency, which reduces our team's need to provide separate reporting and explanation for commissions.

I believe we're a preferred agency for Impact, and vice-versa as a network..? Anyway, we always strongly recommend either launching a new affiliate program in Impact or suggest a migration into Impact from another network. From CSM's, AM's and the overall Impact support team, to the user-friendly, sophisticated ease of the platform itself, Impact is definitely the leading affiliate network.

UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Our account team is extremely knowledgeable and quick to help us. The custom report option has been really helpful to monitor performance for one of our 2018 goals - affiliate exclusive offers.

Unable to pull by our fiscal week in most reports. Unable to pull total performance, US & CAN, within one report. Some of the naming conventions are not intuitive, or are referred to as different things in different reports. Information that is not passed back via our parameter shows in the filtering options, and has caused confusion. We receive failure notifications for our product catalog on a regular basis, unable to troubleshoot root cause.

We're able to quickly see who our top contributors are, who is getting credit for sales that originated elsewhere and who is utilizing our promo codes. This helps us understand the customer journey and commission partners accordingly.

It's extremely user-friendly. I love that we're responsible for accepting and vetting our partners, and that our partners can customize their own links. The interface is very organized and reporting is very digestible.

There were some aspects of Impact we didn't use as frequently, so I can't speak to those, but overall our experience has been nothing but pleasant.

We were looking for a platform that had good customer service, gave the company control over their partners, and allowed partners to customize their links. Overall we were looking for autonomy on both the business and partner side and we achieved that with Impact!

Impact is always ahead of the curve in regards to tracking or different payout structures.

The International presence - I wish there were more International publishers and presence as we are expanding international with more international shipping brands.

The tier payout is very helpful and a new feature that was rolled out. Benefits tech is always ahead of the curve.

Impact is probably the best affiliate network out there. They do a great job of keeping their price competitive while providing the most robust platform in terms of reporting, insights, commission flexibility and always releasing new features.

Impact can be a little buggy at times. More so than other networks the interface will go down (tracking won't be disrupted) and will take 30 minutes to get back up. They also tend to release new features that are very complicated and take additional training to figure out (the new commissioning rules for example).

Impact is a great network to run your affiliate program from. You can also get great insights on how other channels perform in relation to affiliate and really find the true incremental value of affiliate.

The insights as to which partners are driving value at different points in the funnel is extremely helpful. The ability to cleanly export reports to other stakeholders within the company saves tons of time.

It is difficult to find and recruit new partners compared to some legacy networks which is included with the costs. There are also some attribution tools that are not available out of the box.

Affiliate attribution and how our partners interact with other channels is a problem we can solve with Impact.

We love Impact's sleek design. It's such an intuitive platform, all new members to the team prefer it over other platforms.

It's cumbersome to add new clients into your agency drop down.

Granular tracking capabilities and payout components other platforms don't offer
