The interface is easy to use, and the customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. Setting up our affiliate program was a breeze!
Sometimes there are changes to the interface that are unnecesary. For example, the data lab is still clunky and confusing. They also come often as a surprise.
We wanted an affiliate program at our company. I had worked with Impact and immediately suggested we'd go for this platform! We have increased traffic to our site!
The dashboard. It's dashboard gives 360 degree view of the activities performed within the network.
Impact provides top merchants to work with. It helps work with top affiliates. The advertiser acceptance rate is reasonable compare to other networks in the domain. The mobile user interface is sometimes create problems.
It helps working with top UK advertisers which are not easily accessible on other networks. Also, the text links provision is very smooth i.e. exclusive coupons etc.

They help you how to become a good publisher of their products by training you through PXA site. I have a certificate after each course.I love the PXA training leader board.
The tracking link can missed some of the purchases like one brand did not track one purchase and was not posted on my conversion. Other than that it is all good.
They trained me how to become an effective publisher and all the training were updated. Yes, I became productive in due time after the training. I learned a lot.
I like impact.com because I can connect with various vendors that offer a variety of advertising opportunites. I like that the links are easy to create and share via various forms of content. From blog posts to social media shares. Overall the site fits my needs for my blog. I love the ability to have text or short code links as well as image links.
It would be nice if you could combined your advertisers all together in one tab instead of having to tab to various advertisers. Also having a simplier way to track clicks would be great too.
I liked the ability to have short link codes which are easier to share. I also like that it works with Wrodpress and can be intergrated easily into a post. I love that you can deep link on the dashboard as well to create a custom short link that can be shared via social media too.
Any publisher looking to monetize their blogs would be a great fit. The size of the publisher probably doesn't matter. They have a wide selection of advertisers and publishers can sign up for free. Advertisers that are looking for great partners for their affiliate programs would be good fits. One of the benefits is that Impact really focuses on recruiting high-quality publishers.
I do not have any feedback for this section. Small adjustments to always improve upon would be great! Publisher grouping and newsletter featured could be better
Covers almost all needs, is the most detailed and thorough network across the board.I use Impact to manage my affiliate program and find new potential affiliate partners. These affiliates bring traffic and investors to my website.
Impact Radius is making changes all of the time to cater to both merchants and affiliates. Great program.
The one downside to Impact Radius is that there are a lot of dormant account which can clutter the discovery tab.
Tracking is always top of mind for our partners and Impact Radius does a great job making it simple.
The platform is clean, simple, fast to load things and overall professional. It makes it easy to discover advertisers and send applications. All the features needed to advertise also work without any troubles.
I Cannot reapply to rejected applications through the platform. It would be better if there is some sort of a way to chat with the affiliate managers of different programs through the platform.
As someone new to affiliate marketing, It is helping me discover most of the well known advertisers I have always had interest in working with. The platform is clean, simple and highly responsive compared to other affiliate networks.
Impact is the most affiliate system that I like, it offer high number of brands and easy to use
