Honestly, in the time that I have been working with Pulse Secure I have not found anything compared to the previous software. Perhaps, the time in which the connection is reestablished is short, but I suppose it is configuration of my particular company.

The solution is very simple, you can configure it to start as the pc runs and just insert the password to authenticate and start surfing the internet safely

I like that it sends a code to my phone so it's really easy to keep track of the codes and easy for me to just pull up my phone abs get the code

I don't like that when I sign into vpn through pulse, it makes things lag or calls drop for a little hit

problems that the company has been solving is security. it makes sure that our connection is secure, especially since the company is working at home. the benefit is that we can connect to our secure networks from home without any issue!

It is not so tough to use it for the first time from remote connection.It is also good to use VPN access in backend. For remote login it is really helpful

Before the use of Connect pulse secure, It is little bit tough to configure and setup for the new user first time. Sometimes got disconnected automatically. For starting it takes long time to startup and be in working positions.

It is good to use for the security purpose to connect a VPN and remote connections. For our office work frequently we need to connect client server through this. Also we can use it to connect ECN from our home or local network.

We use connect secure to access VPN from anywhere with wifi connection. It is pretty easy to use, just type in your username and password ( pin number + whatever access code you have)

It took me forever to figure out that i needed to add pin + access code as the password. Kept trying only the pin the first time..so its not natural. I also dont like how the connection doesnt stay if your laptop sleeps.

Security!

It is very easy to install and manage. It works great with iOS devices where I can remotely connect to my PC using Ipad. The authentication process is very streamlined as well and hardly takes few seconds to secure a VPN connection.

It sometimes seem to bog down the network. It does not happen often but when it does the only solution is to restart VPN Pulse.

Our company uses Pulse for remote VPN access / authentication -- I work on our international account and am often traveling, so it's extremely important. It will only connect when it has identified a safe connection, again imperative for transmitting sensitive information.

It is very sensitive --- connection resets if remaining idle for too long, or if my laptop simply closes

Makes connecting to internal applications easier than OpenVPN, Cisco VPN, etc. I also like that it is possible to integrate it with Duo.

The client on Linux isn't great. I've taken to using OpenVPN sometimes. BeyondCorp / zero trust is a better architecture moving forward.

I was easily able to VPN into my school network when I was not on campus. This gave me easy access to textbooks and other resources that were only available on the university network.

It would randomly stop working and I would have to restart it.

Now that the program is downloaded onto my computer, I like the ease of use. I am the end user of this program at my job so I don't have much experience with the back end up set up. However, my office has a wide variety of computer users, and everyone is able to log on when needed without any issues which seems like a miracle in itself.

At this time, I don't really have any complaints as I am a sometimes user. I did have trouble initially getting the right program onto my computer and setting it up, but that was more at fault of my company's computer settings than the actual program.

With my role, I spend a good bit of time working from outside of my actual office. This program is a life saver in that it allows me to access heavily guarded files and programs with out having to be hardwired to my network.

This VPN is easy to use and gets set up very quickly.

If you don't have a stable connection upon start up, it will take very long and might even disconnect you!
