The first thing that stands out with Juro is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Enhanced Contract Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to renewal or termination used to be a fragmented and disorganized process. Juro has transformed this by offering a comprehensive solution that covers every stage of the contract lifecycle. We now have a centralized platform where we can draft, negotiate, sign, store, and manage contracts. This centralization has not only provided better organization but also enhanced visibility and control over our contracts. The automated reminders and alerts for important dates like renewals or expiries are particularly beneficial, ensuring we never miss a critical deadline. Additionally, the ability to track changes and maintain version control has greatly reduced errors and misunderstandings, leading to smoother internal and external communications.

Having templates with built-in logic makes creating new contracts really easy. I also like that it has a Form for the user, so you just follow the form and your contract comes out perfectly—makes it really easy for new folks to use.

Downloading as a Word doc leads to some funny formatting, but other than that, nothing comes to mind.

We generate a lot of employment contracts and Juro is making that process error-free and really simple.

It's great how you can see a timeline of who has viewed and opened your contract - it's also super easy to use

It would be good when sending to multiple people, if the non-signatury could open the link without filling in their name etc so the signatury can then update this.

Juro is very easy to use amongst lawyers and non-lawyers! Many different teams within our business benefit from Juro. The pre-populated questions and conditionality allows you to create contracts easily and efficiently, saving hours of legal time drafting contracts. The notifications process is also very useful for contract renewals.

Sometimes emails fall into junk mail and our counterparties miss them but this is usually resolved quickly!

Very intuitive and easy to use. Relatively easy onboarding and great support throughout our partnership from Juro. Juro has really helped our legal department become more agile and provide self-serve options for other teams within the company. Implementation is easy in terms of the platform use, mostly because it's so intuitive and easy to use.

If anything, I would say that the platform today is fairly limited for use in relation to contracts and functioning as a contract data base. For the future, I'd love to see Juro moving more towards becoming more of a legal hub.

The tool - a lot of apps or Legal Tech companies have great sales pitches but do not follow through. From the very beginning, the team was not pushy but eager to showcase how Juro could support our current (and future) priorities. The integration and support team have been great to work with - the support is quick and I love that they listen to customers' feedback and implement updates that are really beneficial. It was also really easy to get set up and integrate which helped our roll out to the business as it wasn't something they needed high training on or 'another process' to slow them down. We have seen great value extending beyond just legal.

There is some functionality that we would prefer to see like customised reminder periods i.e. 4 months and including annual reminders but these are not active dislikes just things we would like to see in the future to add some automation to these instead of the workarounds.

Nothing I can think of. The Juro commercial and technical support teams are incredibly efficient despite the fact that they are located abroad. In addition, the Juro platform is extremely user friendly, implementation and integration was technically seamless, and Juro is constantly building and developing new features in collaboration with their customers.

Juro has allowed us to streamline the delivery of legal services to the businesses we serve. Contract execution is faster, real-time visibility allows for easier contract management while decreasing time spent on routine contracts, and it has reduced the costs of resources dedicated to negotiate and conclude these routine contracts. It has furthermore allowed us to improve workflows and processes within our organization, and create and implement bespoke solutions for each business stakeholder whilst still achieving standardized ways of working across multiple group companies.

Juro is such an efficient user-friendly interface that allows my team and I to manage our contracts while reducing the risk of errors. I love the user-friendly interface which accommodates easy collaboration with its users and external parties. The smart templates are standout features that have made a significant positive impact on our legal department and the entire business at large. Managing different versions of contracts can be a nuisance however Juro maintains a clear version history, allowing users to track changes and revert to previous versions when needed. Juro's customer support is a game-changer! The support team is always on standby and ready to assist with any questions its users have.

Juro has improved our contract creation, dissemination and retention processes tremendously. Because of Juro we're more nimble and organized. The customer service we get from the Juro team is probably some of the best I've ever encountered.

I don't think there is anyting I dislike. Occasionally we run into a situation where we "wish Juro could do X". The great thing is that often, if you send that wish-list to the Juro team, the engineers will take it into consideration in their next iteration. They're constantly updating and adding new features which is great!

Before Juro, our manual CLM was disorganized and inefficient. Juro has increased our lifecycle by at least 50% if not more, i.e., we spend less time finding contract templates and chasing down signatures. Juro has also empowered our content area experts to easily generate their partner contracts for my review instead of waiting on me to generate all contracts, the details of which I may not be as familiar with as my colleagues. It's really helped us eliminate major bottlenecks.

Juro helped us to streamline the contract negotiation and signature process. It makes it easy for us when creating a document using templates and collaborative tools with other team members, and it also makes it easy for the customer to review, comment, suggest, fill out, and sign the document.

There are bugs but that is common with all new platforms and Juro is always working on changing and evolving!

We are now able to find all contracts in one easy place and teams can find their own templates instead of using old versions which required a lot of back and forth.

1. I would say sometime the editor could be a bit niggly but from what I understand now they have actually improved this drastically having taken on the feedback, the new editor looks awesome.

It was saving me a lot of time on admisitrative work and being able to pull out contracts with ease. Honestly other tools are killing me with the amount of time it takes to pull out key data and it's quite hard to see how these contracts are arranged.

The tool is efficient and to the point. You are not confused about what to do next, it is very useful.

We set out to find a tool that checked both our legal and GTM team's requirements. After fairly extensive market research, we found Juro checked all the boxes. Since implementing, we've reduced our sales cycle, created a user-friendly way to sign contracts internally and externally, and managed our data in a more robust way.

Nothing. We have a few feature requests that our CSM has notified us are already planned on the product roadmap. She is great at updating us with any delays, deprioritization, or changes to the roadmap.

New and existing cient contracts, internal contracts (e.g promotions/raises/offer letters). As the Dir. of Biz Ops, this benefits me personally by aligning the GTM teams and decreasing the workload on the ops team.

They've done a cracking job at making it really easy to create contracts and make edits to those contracts afterwards. I'm always impressed at how easy it is to make changes and adjust formatting - something Ironclad sucked at. Their Hubspot integration is great and makes generating order forms from within an opportunity a breeze. I'm very glad we switched.

Recipients still don't make comments in the platform frequently enough. I don't know if this is a Juro problem per-se but it would be helpful if they did. I still receive too many word docs back via email with comments. When comments are left in Juro, it's hard to know where they are. You can't click them in the pop-up that appears and have to scroll through to find them. Maybe this is user error but I've tried to figure it out and can't.

Quickly generating contract and order forms from hubspot opportunities.

We have significantly reduced time drafting and managing contracts since implementing Juro. Customer service is excellent, and we are satisfied with the service.

Editing could use some improvement; however, the team is aware of our feedback and keeps us updated with future developments.

Integration with Salesforce allows us to pull data and control it too. Much better than manually in a word editor. We also have much better control of our documents once signed so this is incredible.

Some of the text editing functionality could be improved to have more freedom but this work is being done!

The simplicity to create, edit, and send contracts. The ability to have template contracts makes it very easy to re-use standard contracts and populate those before sending. I really like the email alerts when a contract has been amended and/or signed. Saves me time of having to into the product and manually check if a contract has been signed or not. The personalised views at a team and individual levels are useful for keeping track of my own renewal contracts as well as those of my team. The team at Juro are continually bringing out new features and acting upon our feature requests. The team are also very quick to respond if I have a question or technical query.

Juro does everything I need it to do for my day to day needs as a CSM so no dislikes that I can think of. There were some glitches with the email alerts a while ago but that has been fixed now.

In my role, Juro forms part of our contracting process for renewals of our software product. For me personally, it has meant I no longer need to send out PDF documents and can manage the entire contract process via Juro
