Juro Reviews: 4.7/5 — Highly Rated
Juro is an AI-native contract automation platform that helps legal and business teams create, negotiate, approve, sign and manage contracts in one unified workspace. Its browser-based editor, automated approval workflows and native e-signature let teams agree routine contracts without leaving their tools, while a searchable repository with AI-powered data extraction keeps renewal dates, obligations and key terms visible. Juro integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive and Workday, and is popular with high-growth companies that want to move fast without adding legal headcount.

Juro is very easy to navigate and use for contracts.
There isn't anything that I dislike. I enjoy everything about Juro.
We have easy access to our contracts. Makes it easier to send out contracts and negotiate.
It's hyper connectable to a number of systems we use, reducing the need to do pointless Admin. Juro also take customer feedback very seriously, releasing product functionality requested by me (the ability to use PDFs as contract templates).
There really isn't a lot I can say here. Juro has been a great platform, and the customer service team have been incredibly responsive. One minor detail, I'd like the analytics to be more visual and exportable.
Mass contract generation - The ability to send 100s of contracts at one time to our flexible workforce has reduced our onboarding time dramatically. Automation - Juro is used as the funnel to input all candidate data into our onboarding flow, creating a hyper automated link
The platform is so easy to use and user-friendly. It includes many valuable features that make contract management simpler. The Juro team is super helpful and accessible. Will definitely recommend Juro!
Not many downsides to using Juro - the Juro team is always working to add new valuable features to the software, which is great!
Juro has allowed us to reduce bottlenecks and shorten delays in the contract life cycle. It also allows better communication between our teams, which is so important.
I love how I can build various templates with smart fields that can capture different data points AND have it hooked up with slack and our drive
The UI is a bit plain – would love to see Juro's brand come alive a bit more
I no longer have to export PDFs from Google Docs and put them in DocuSign to then find out a revision needs to be made, which encourages human error
simplicity - and not needing lots of copy-pasting. Simple, elegant, easy to use - basically that is all you need form creating contract and sending to your client.
no downsides - everything is perfect....
easy to send to multiple customers, they enter their business details info themselves - juro helps to save time for manager. All is needed from manager side - email, phone number, name and surname (and all of those fields appear automatically from drop down menu).
Juro completely lifted the burden off our legal team by empowering our Sales team to handle the majority of small business contracts from start to finish. The ability to collaborate across teams with full transparency is also a great benefit and has contributed to knowledge sharing between Sales and Legal. The Legal team had full confidence in the process of contract issuance and signing. Customers also seemed very keen to adopt Juro as a way of negotiating and agreeing contracts and any points of negotiation were managed directly by Sales or triaged to Legal with ease.
There are still some useability aspects of Juro that could be improved for larger legal documents, like formatting issues when moving documents between platforms and cross-referencing of clauses. As a legal team, we would have liked the ability to see all changes marked up in the document in a cumulative way to help with deal memory. Sometimes it was also difficult to distinguish whether internal comments were visible externally. Having said that, the Juro CS team is responsive to feedback and were completely helpful throughout the entire journey.
Juro has helped with the speed of contracting, saving the legal team time to allow them to focus on higher-risk deals. On the flip side, the Sales team feels they are in greater control of their contracts and have better visibility over the contracting process. The time to close a small business contract was reduced from 2-5 days to 0-2 days.
Juro is great at making contract negotiations go more smoothly. It's easy to get started and include multiple people in an individual contract negotiation (client, lawyer, colleagues, etc.). If the client is old-school and wants to write their contracts in word, no problem, you can import and export it, so you can accommodate their process but keep all your contracts in the same place.
My only criticism is that Juro lacks a small business plan. It's a big step up from the free to the lite plan.
Juro is fantastic at solving painful contract negotiations where there is a lot of back and forth with the client. It also keeps everything in one place, so you know where to find all your contracts. There are also features for managing contract lifecycle and keeping track of what has been signed and by whom.
Their solution is flexible to our needs and contracts, and they're great at taking on board feedback for future development.
We've started exploring integrating Juro with our other platforms and internal systems, but it's not quite as seamless as their original solution. They're working with us though to enhance this.
We've created a workflow that is scalable, quicker, automated and allows other teams to self-serve their contracts. For a small legal team this is essential and has saved us so much time.
The layout and structure of Juro mean it is accessible and highly user-friendly. It can be used by both I.T confident people and those who are unfamiliar with tech systems.
I'm yet to find anything that I dislike. Sometimes small practicalities are flagged, but the Juro team works hard in their updates to resolve these issues. Nothing has ever remained an issue for longer than a couple of weeks.
Generic agreements can be drafted and arranged a lot quicker due to the 'template' function and the 'duplicate' function.
That it gives me an online alternative that is very easy for my clients, for my new very small business and lets me have 50 contracts a year for free.
It was not wicked intuitive on the setup, BUT, the customer service was really great. A lot of different people and a lot of different tutorials helped this middle aged, not super techy person, figure it all out and get started.
I had a simple liability release contract for a small online personal training business and it was a big hurdle for potential clients to either print and sign and send back or fill out electronically. Juro lowered this big hump for my clients, and though it was hard for me, it made it very easy for them. I know that I have gotten more follow through from my clients because of this.
Easy to learn, intuitive GUI, anyone can use it without training. The Q&A function is amazing and let me as a legal person focus on contracts which actually require my expertise in draftning and negotiating.
The smartfields have confusing titles, but I am confident that a quick message to the excellent Juro support will sort that out.
The old bottle-necks with NDA:s and consulting agreements are handled much more efficient. It is easy to change a template globally with one go-to point, for example when new case-law or legislation is adapted. Much better oveview and users are handling their contracts with more confidence.
It is excellent for self-serve contracts. Also the very helpful Success Team.
I can't think of any downsides in using Juro
We have enabled non-lawyer users to have the benefit of self-serve contracts, this saving the Legal Dept time and enabling us to concentrate on higher value work
The simplicity of the platform. Great customer service from Juro team.
Nothing. Could have had a training session earlier but not a massive issue.
Quickly being able to send contracts. How a lengthy process can be done with ease.
It has really helped us streamline our processes and save time. We have to produce a lot of contracts and we have a small team so really helps us when time is so precious. Their support is great and they are always bringing out new features.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the ins and outs of the platform but the team is always on hand to help if you get stuck. Once you learn all the features it is completely self-service.
Time-saving, customer experience and we will look to integrate in the future which will streamline the process even further.
The whole platform is great, form creating templates to tracking the lifecycle of a contract agreement until it is signed. Importing contracts into the platform is a huge bonus so you can keep everything in 1 place.
In all honesty, nothing, I have no complaints.
Being able to edit contracts so easily, make notes and see when the client has viewed and signed is amazing. No need to edit documents and exporting pdf's to then manually email to clients, you can do everything in the platform.
Very customizable with constant updates. Customer support is really attentive and solves all issues without delays.
The only thing I’d improve is the statistics, however they are adding new features very often. Besides that, I’d say all is good, even cross-platform usage.
Much faster to acquire new customers, especially during COVID-19 pandemic with remote work. Also, team mates can easily pick up others’ work when needed. Juro’s integration options are huge so by integrating it with other platforms we managed to automate a lot of processes which saves us hours on weekly basis.
The Juro platform offers a lot of options fto customize the contract creation flow, from filling in contract fields to approval flows. The customer success team if also very helpfull if we have any questions .
It can be challenging tokeep the contract depository organzed with a lot of different users.
Centralized storage, easy signing, template management
Self-contained platform that can deal with most everything within the life of a contract, from initial drafting, through communications with other parties (be they internal or from outside the organisation), to final execution and storing. Nicely designed, constantly improving, reasonably-priced, very good customer service and engagement. On-boarding was very very smooth. Has some nice intergrations with other apps and ecosystems.
Some of the steps involved within the processing of a contract could be improved, as they are not 100% easy to understand, but this experience could be down to the way my organisation's legal processes are setup. Intergration with Microsft Teams is not natively available.
Self-service is a Godsend. Primary problem that is being addressed by Juro is having everything in one place and up to date. Improvements in tracking and communications with third parties together with speed to execution of agreements is also being improved greatly.
With Juro, we have more control on request access, editing permissions, suggestions from our counterparts and everything is tracked in one sole source.Juro has given other business areas ownership on their contract requests and has given the Legal team control and visibility on what's being signed
The platform can seem a little unfriendly for third parties.
Juro is reducing the time a contract is created until it's fully signed.
- Being an enabler rather than a blocker (providing self-serve contract templates to internal clients). - Reallocation of tasks allows in-house counsels to focus on their core value (i.e establishment of guardrails), rather than the administrative generation of contracts. - This aligns perfectly with the mindset of scale-up companies seeking to implement scalable templates and workflows, thus enabling them to achieve more with fewer resources.
- The integration with a CRM incorporating custom developments can be complex. - A cross-team global dashboard would be highly appreciated.
Juro helps putting routine contracts on autopilot
Great (and very consistent) customer service. Good pace of updates and feature improvements that are really based on actual customer concerns and suggestions. Overall very good platform - it has most things I can think of as an inhouse lawyer and, perhaps most importantly, isn't cluttered with features that make it confusing to use. Our teams are very happy, and our inboxes too. Countless hours saved emailing back and forth PDF's or word files and trying to keep track of it all.
Has been a relatively painless implementation process - perhaps a noteworthy missing feature would be a natural language processing or tagging function that would cut down admin time when transferring messy G-doc/word files to the new system (i.e. less time on excel is always a plus). NLP/tagging could would also be a great way to generate nuanced reporting on contracts.
Less time wasted on emails sending back and forth documents and tracked changes. Peace of mind having all our contracts in one tidy space (which no one can accidentally delete). Easy to keep everyone using the same updated templates. Far more control over contracts and negotiations.
Juro's customer service is great; the team is responsive and offers a quick response. Juro itself is very easy to use.
Client adoption has been somewhat difficult.
Juro has been helping our team keep our contracts stored and organized. Juro also helped templatize our contracts and keep our templates locked.
It's aesthetically beautiful and simple to manage at the same time. It was very useful for us throughout our periods of growth and increasing demand for faster contracts. We use it almost everyday multiple times and it never seems to cause any problems or concerns. Easy integration and automation options. As well as continuous and amazing customer support.
till now there is nothing that may be a dislike everything is smooth and aperational as intended
faster and more automated contracts on demeand
Juro is the first CLM I've encountered that has truly been adopted (and enjoyed) by various company departments/stakeholders. It's easy to navigate and feels very familiar - no fuss in terms of training colleagues to utilise the tool. Also, I've always been impressed by how responsive and helpful Juro's Support Team is. Thanks for always being superstars!
I think Juro's FULL functionality is not always highlighted or as emphasised as it could be. For example, the 'Organization' tab where you can upload your company branding to emails issued via Juro is relatively hidden or the 'external guide' feature within templates.
Juro has empowered our commercial teams to self-serve in terms of creating customer contracts without requiring Legal's input. Less contract admin = more time for Legal to focus on high-priority/high-value work.
A straightforward and easy-to-use platform that allows me and my team to create order forms quickly and focus on other critical parts of our job as a CSM.
It would be great if documents could be amended even after they have been sent out to our customers instead of always creating a copy and a new draft, making some documents have unnecessary duplicates.
Juro allows our company to quickly create contracts and order forms and focus on other business priorities with the time saved.
The flexibility around how we can create contracts, the ease of use of Juro within it's own platform too. They are a very community driven product so that if any requests are given, they will consider them in product imrpovements
Error message reporting and some of the permission are not flexible
E-signature platform and contraction automation. Juro allows us to automate all of this.
Juro is easy to use. Also, updates are made regularly to improve the already impressive features of the solution.
Nothing so far. The solution has worked just fine.
Juro ensures that all of our contracts are easily accessible in a central repository. It also allows us to easily track the expiry dates of all of our contracts.
In my country, digital contracts aren't that often so the sheer convenience and the fact it's so easy. Currently, I'm linking the contracts through email Pipedrive
A prompt in the initial data entry could help partners be less scared since the first step is their name. They think they are signing it before viewing
Quick realization of partnerships, no need for printers. The hassle of copy exchange and the fact you can spend more time being productive
It's an all-in-one tool, very convenient for self-serving on relatively simple contracts.
The design could be better imo (clearer fonts) - as an admin I miss a dashboard when I open the tool. It's less interesting to use for more complex contracts.
More control over the contracting process, no longer back and forth sending documents, requesting signatures etc. It's definitely improved productivity for the teams that use it.
Very user-friendly and useful tool. The signature process is now much quicker.
Nothing relevant to mention. As a suggestion, maybe Juro could let the person creating the document know if a party opened the document.
SIgnature process for documents related to Tax matters, Legal and Clients/vendor agreements.
