Only the lack of extra hosting features. Some competitiors at the same price are Wordpress and general hosting so you can spin up other installations as well as Wordpress. It's a fair trade-off though.

Just the speed and reliability. Makes it much safer to allow other teams to have their own installs and a bit more control with the robust daily back-ups. If someone else messes up I can have their site back working in a matter of minutes.

kinsta has a very clean panel, easy to understand, even for users with little experience. Never has my wordpress loaded so fast. the price is compatible with the service offered.

The billing system is a bit confusing and could offer payments in other currencies. Paying in dollars, some countries have a lot of fees. This possibility would be incredible.
