Reliability of the Google Cloud network. The Kinsta interface is nice... easy to navigate your sites, make backups, etc. The best feature would have to be the backups and staging environment. I don't have to worry when I break something - I can stage it first or pull a backup.

Nothing yet really. The price is a little higher than other WP hosts.

Kinsta has a very nice UI, the speeds are very fast, and their customer service is excellent. It has very much been a white glove service, from initial transfer to helping us solve problems.

Because they optimize for speed, there are blacklisted apps and a few other things that aren't available. Overall, it's probably a good thing though since they remove these things for speed issues

Our previous host was slow, so we moved to Kinsta and the site speeds are noticeably faster. We have been very happy with the transition.

Creating new pages and sections on websites is great when you can just push a button and create yourself a stage site. I can also restore backups myself whenever I need to. If there's an emergency, I don't need to frantically call a developer.

Our new Wordpress website was too slow at a traditional hoster. Now with Kinsta we have a swift and trouble free user experience which will lead to higher conversions and greater customer satisfaction.

I like that my website serves from Google Cloud Platform. I also like that when I make design changes I can do it on a staging environment. When I'm done I can push them live. This is how programmers build applications so they don't mess up the live site. Normally a web developer or marketer has to make changes live because there is no staging environment.

I didn't like that I need to pay $60/mo for a multi-site. I know from experience that a multi-site is only one WordPress installation and one database. I don't see why I have to pay extra to get that feature. I almost went to another company because of that, but I got a friend to come with me to Kinsta and we're splitting the $60/mo. Now he can get multi-site.

I need my site to load FAST FAST FAST! The Google Cloud Platform is loading WAY faster than when my site was at Bluehost. Site load speed is a ranking factor. Kinsta uses KeyCDN, but I'll be using Cloudflare since I need my site to load from Latin American countries.

This program has the fastest speed available with Wordpress. Ease of use is remarkably good.

Kinsta Cache works great. I don't need to worry about which cache plugins is best. Cloning environment for staging is best solution for Wordpress deploy management. Absolutely quick response from customer support.

I have a dozen sites and a few coworkers manage own sites. But coworkers can handle all sites. I want to control coworker privileges. Punycode domain(like japanese) has little problems.

Two things -- obviously faster WordPress sites was the reason I migrated over. But the backup features have been lifesavers whenever some plugin crashed the WP site. I could easily rollback as needed.

This is not an inexpensive service for a small business. Ideally, Kinsta should support three sites on the plan. Also, lack of email support was challenging initially.

No tengo ninguna queja en cuanto a la gestión de su sitio web desde Kinsta, y menos viendo el gran soporte que ofrecen. La única pega que podría poner es el precio, si comparamos con los principales competidores puedes ahorrate unos euros al mes según las características que necesitemos.

Necesito hostear varias páginas web de distintos cliente y mis propias webs. No tengo todas con Kinsta pero si varias, la implementación es rápida y ante cualquier novedad que necesite integrar me ayudan rapidamente.

Free WordPress migration service that you get with your hosting plan was the best part for me, as I truly wanted that to be outsourced and be managed seamlessly for me.

Kinsta is a good hosting service provided but is quite expensive, specially this is a big cost on your p&l if your site is still only making a revenue of $100. Also SSL doesn't auto renew. Some manuka intervention is required annually.

Better response time. I had two issues with my previous host, shared IP, hence IP keeps changing and that makes it non compatible with ezoic. Kinsta offers dedicated IP hence is ezoic compatible fully. Also core vitals have improved with kinsta

Since it is a unique hosting platform many things like cpanel is not available.
