Whenever we've had issues or needed clarification, their team was quick to respond and resolve our concerns. We have tried other solutions but Kissmetrics has become a team favorite in terms of cost and usage. Room for Improvement: I would like to see new features coming out like AI and Heatmaps which was told to me that it is in the works so will be getting most of the product. Overall, I would highly recommend Kissmetrics to any business seeking an in-depth understanding of their customers' behavior. It's a powerful tool that, when used correctly, can have a significant impact on your business's marketing efforts and, consequently, its success.
The only problem we ran into with Kissmetrics was that sometimes the data analysis would take about 10-20 minutes. This also depends on how big your report range is or the type of report we are running. Sometimes we run Yearly ones and those are the ones that take a bit longer. I have brought this up with their support and sounds like they are making improvements to speed up longer range reports. Other than that no issues.

The benefits are if I use a free tool to do the same it will consume my lot of time but since I use Kissmetrics they help me do it in fractions of minutes and very efficiently. Which could've been quite impossible for me to do so.
