The customer service is fast, thorough and helpful. I am a Wordpress person but not a guru and having basic things automated like my mailchimp account connected for my customer journey, my Zoom connected for my Live workshops, Q&As, Coaching Sessions, and then having those sessions accessible to members was great. They also have a ton of resources in support, and I think running my membership from here will be much easier than I expected. I am really glad that I stuck with it instead of shifting to something that needed more wordpress and programming experience. I also like that the courses accessible by the members will be much better than the very basic videos that can be easily mounted to membership hosting sites because Learnworlds has dedicated a lot of time to making courses interactive. That was why I joined in the first place. So now I can offer quality courses and a great membership experience. It is easier than I expected. I don't have to hire someone else to ensure a great customer experience but it looks like I did!

Learnwolds straddles the line between super super easy and non-customizable like Teachable and highly customizable like sites made to mount to wordpress. Because of this, there are still learning curves involved, but I don't think they can make it any easier. There were moments of frustration when I tried to do certain things, but customer service was pretty attentitive (response within 6-8 hours) and very thorough. Right now, I really can't complain and am really happy that I followed my gut and stayed with Learnworlds because they offer things that my business will need as it grows. I will not have to change platforms and that is a relief. But because it is so comprehensie and customizable, I have to choose my battles as a, currently, small business owner.

I came to LearnWorlds to make more interactive courses that were still beautiful. I loved the beauty of Teachable but found it very limited for all that I wanted to do with my courses and my business. I stayed with LearnWorlds when I started my Membership because it lets me do a lot with a beautiful interface and keeps the tech stuff easy. I also like that, when I need to, I can bring in a Techpro and access the html. As I stress, Learnworlds devoted itself to having things that I didn't know my business would need later. So I came for the excellent interactive courses, but I stayed because it seems programmable for memberships: creator-friendly and user-friendly.

LearnWorlds has everything you need to start your own online school. It is super easy to use. It offers everything for course authoring, website building etc. The support team is super responsive and reacts even on weekends! We opted for the additional mobile app, which is super helpful in reaching more learners. Another huge plus is that you can customize everything and localize everything to any language.

Nothing so far. I fear that the system reacts slowly and has disadvantages for SEO. But so far, no complaints.

We were looking for an LMS system that we could use for online and offline seminars. The difficulty is finding a GDRP-compliant tool that allows the integration of payment providers also to start selling online courses.

The Learnworlds support team is immensely helpful in figuring out how to accomplish whatever you need. I've had numerous questions that push the site's functionality over the past year that the support team has gladly helped me work through. It is definitely the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are all very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their work, and even in situations where information isn't readily available, they go the extra mile to learn more in order to help you. This means that even with certain limitations on the site, the support team's dedication to resolving issues makes it easy to do just about anything.

There are various limitations in what you can do with Learnworlds, particularly when it comes to subscription-based courses instead of single-purchase courses. There are workarounds to most of these issues, but they can be difficult to determine and implement.

Learnworlds allows my organization to share information in a highly customizeable, easy-to-use platform that makes the learning experience more accessible for anyone interested. It also helps foster a community that becomes about sharing rather than just an instructor-student model like you get with other schools and platforms.

Their turnaround time to respond to a logged ticket issue. I think they are generally fast to responding which I appreciate

Some of the templates still need some work. For example, the forms or engagement pieces, quizzes etc. We usually upload SCORM files because it's easier to have it packaged the way want to.

Leanworlds is providing a seamless LMS platform that is user-friendly and overall easy to navigate

The customer service, it's top notch. To the certain extend, they will even record a video to guide you through. Aside from that, their reply is very fast, I would say for all the tickets I've submitted, I'll get a response under 20 minutes.

Nothing much to dislike, some bugs here and there occasionally. E.g., an account created for learners, when they log in with their new password, it says "not found". Therefore I would have to reset their password. Not a big deal, however, if the number of learners is huge, could be time constraining.

LearnWorlds is providing a features-packed digital platform. The admin can control pretty much everything, and one account is not limited to an user, means that we can have a fewa admin doing things simultaneously, which increases productivity.

Learnworlds allows you to use website technology when developing your (or your client's) online school. Creating a program is easy and flexible.

The navigation can be a little confusing if you don't spend much time in your school. But it is totally learnable.

I created a program for my clients that requires dripped content that looks appealing and is easy to navigate. I like the ability to copy a program for the next cohort.

A lot of possibilities to create e-learning modules and promotion web pages. A lot of functionalities to market those modules and manage learners A fast and flexible development environment, faster and more flexible than many comparable tools that I tested. Good support, friendly and reactive :)

The 2 things I miss for the moment (maybe possible in the future?) 1. Possibility to manage a multi-language Learnworls web site with one only abonnement 2. More sophisticated question templates for the quiz and certification exam

LearnWorlds is an effective online school platform that provides many possible learning techniques (reading via pdfs and ebooks, audio-visual via e-learning and scorm files, etc.) for learners of all profiles. LearnWorlds has an effective and fast customer support if there are issues. Their website builder is also intuitive and simple to use.

It isn't possible to add word documents, only pdfs. The e-book function is not as good to use in terms of lay-out. Adding a clearer download button for the digital downloads would help to reduce learners' confusion.

We are using it as a central database for everything linked to capacity building, but also to showcase our project's results and findings. We add recordings of events we organized, e-learnings, reports, etc. We can also easily analyze all the people on the platform to check if we are reaching our goals and deleverables.

I've used competitors in the past 5 years. Learnworlds is a tremendous value. Big bang for the bucks and the service is incredible. They have created custom codes two times for our school even though they didn't have to. Excellent

Integrated email would be awesome. Maybe a little more customization. Small issues compared to the benefits. So more wish list than a dislike

The product is easy to use and our customer success managers excellent. Really like the Integration's that are included in the package. Other companies charge for these.

Before we have gone live we have found several bugs that is holding us back from going live and it's been 2+ months. Hoping to get this resolved ASAP.

I think Learnworlds interface is very easy for both the editor and the 'learner'

I dis-like the editor to add content and wished it mimicked or was compatible with Google docs. I also wished there was a terminal or coding environment.

Faster pay out options compared to Teachable - better page layouts

The service at Learnworlds is generally excellent. Very responsive. The framework allows for a range of course types to be uploaded. For me, I chose Learnworlds because it was one of the few platforms that provided SCORM1.2 support. The web interface is good; straightforward to create pages that look good. I have been able to load a range of media, including fairly large videos, pdfs and word documents. There is some rudimentary marketing and the beginnings of CRM. Zapier can connect you to several automation. I connect straight into Mailchimp, Facebook and Google Analytics. There are a lot of features with the platform. The onboarding process was extremely positive. I had a face-to-face appointment with my account representative. There is a great deal of documentation and video training to assist with setting up the platform.

The platform and its functionality is really geared for Europe and the States, not so much Australia, so meetings, webinars etc are limited to strange hours for Australia. The platform is good but expensive in a market where competition is growing for them. There are some limitations to dealing with more than one currency; booking groups is not automatic-should be. I am assured that they are working on these improvements, and truth be told, I think that they will follow up because my impression is that they are a motivated, dynamic company with a clear vision. They have a sandbox feature to test out payments which I really like, but this applies across the board, so as I establish new courses, the sandbox facility opens the whole school or nothing. Same with enrolling students, I can give a freebie to an individual but it's hard to mark that as a freebie- instead I have to change their price to $0. Look minor irritations but I am paying a great deal of money for the service so these minor little things are a reason to continue to observe the market and compare. I've had a look at other platforms. I don't think there are many that are as good as Learnworlds currently but I will look forward to some improvements in the interface.

Learnworlds provided a ready made solution to having a SCORM ready LMS and a payment gateway integrated within an easy-to-use format. I had spent months struggling with Moodle and WooCommerce to try to integrate the two and ..well forget it.

Learn Worlds offers the best learning management system that everyone can easily use. But don't be fooled; it provides multiple functionalities, making it one of the best on the market.

Need some more integrations such as local payment gateways and lead collection templates with flexible fields so that we do not have to rely on more tools outside of Learnworlds. Would make it seamless and cost effective. Also Learnworlds is on the expensive side among other platforms.

Able to easily conduct live courses as well as on-demand courses. Perfect platform to manage all of it. Has all the features that are needed to make it an amazing and user friendly platforms for students / learners. Amid the pandemic, we took quite a few offline courses online and it turned out to be an easy transition. The in-built zoom feature is great and can get better.

The implementation of the solution is super easy. The embedded builder is pretty powerful but not complex at all. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the Learnworlds Team. Fast and always efficient

As a customer, you always look for more ... Even if the site builder is great, we are sometimes limited when we want a very specific thing. We will be also very happy to see an update letting us re-use a part of a course in another one. You can, of course, clone the courses and edit them but you will need to maintain several sources in case of a content update.

I found the system easy to use and you can get your LMS up and running without really struggling. The best however has been the support. Always there to lend a hand and are super friendly. Our main support rep Lia has been amazing.

I found the link between Learnworlds and Zapier a little tricky and the answer to multiple products was a little cumbersome .

LearnWorlds has made almost meet our purpose of free Digital Education to all. We are still a beginner , but even in that LearnWorlds has given us professional framework to work upon for moving ahead.

Social and community learning functionality - learners are able to engage each other and faculty via the social media community set up. Learners are kept up to date on any school happening. The e-book functionality enables learners to actively engage in note taking and summaries. The learner can highlight content and make notes, which are then stored and linked to the relevant content which the learner can easily

Not as flexible on the design functionality. Users are limited to fairly cumbersome templates, and there is a lot of "dead space" between sections. The user is unable to trim this "dead space" and make the space more streamlined.

Learnworlds is truly innovative in its approach to providing a flexible and functional LMS platform at a really affordable price (even in SA), which is tied to Rand/Dollar exchange rate). I am based in SA, and the support (via email) has been really good. However, there are some limitations with the Currency component and payment options (for a SA business)

I am teaching Chinese medicine by this website.

The tech support team is great, they are responsive and while many of my requests typically cannot be accommodated, they are honest about the limitations of their product. The layout is nice, however like many online e-learning platforms you soon realize that you are limited to working within the limitations of the platform design. That being said, with a bit of learning and effort you can get a nice result. The company provides an in house video file storage solution as well as integration with Vimeo, so there are some really attractive video delivery integration options.

The platform is graphically interesting however does not have advanced shopping cart features or marketing follow-up tools built in. Meaning, you have to cross integrate with other platforms such as Shopify or MailChimp to accomplish many of the things that have become standard in the industry as a way to attract, retain and drive sales. Several requests have either gone without any reply by the company or have be brushed off as not a priority. My personal belief is that the platform is overdesigned, customers complain about difficulty in getting to the videos which remain 90% of what they want. The platform does not inherently support 'offline viewing', many course customers complain that they want to watch the videos offline, as you might be able to do with an APP, however this is not offered at present.

While we initially thought that the introduction of online learning would greatly improve sales of our educational videos, DVDs remain about 70% of our overall sales due to the challenges of logging in as well as the desire to watch videos in an environment where there is no WiFi or internet access.

Almost all templates need to be updated. It could be done by simplifying them. It is hard to describe but design is overcomplex (I am Designer). You need to use html/css to fix so many not-good-looking-design things... It's not dramatic, but...
