The customer service and willingness to really attend to our needs has been the pinnacle of our experience with Learnworlds.

Honestly, I have a hard time finding something I dislike about this company.

We have created coursework that helps empower our students with tools and knowledge to overcome daily stresses and difficulties. This platform fits it perfectly.

Some of my favourite things about the company include: 1) The web building allows access to the code for nearly every element meaning that if you are a web developer that likes to push the limits you can do so and it makes the whole site just that much more flexible. 2) The company is very good at listening and implementing new features in a timely manner.

That platform can feel a little bit clunky at times, sometimes on opening it takes a lot of time even with a decent internet speed, the app and loading bars are sometimes weird.

We are hosting a website that includes a few different courses with hundreds of videos. The learn worlds platform makes it easy to host all of these and give access to the right people.

The simplicity and ease of setting up the system and I like the technical support and customer service and how timely they are!

Sometimes things crash and websites go down and you won't know if somebody didn't tell you. Usually gets rectified quickly but it is annoying that there are changes and you could come in the next day and a page that you'd worked on yesterday may not be there will be different somehow..

Learnworlds has the best support squad! They always try to go above and beyond to help us with any technical questions that we have. I'm not a coder, and building a platform isn't easy, but the provided support makes me feel like I made a great decision going with this platform.

Nothing so far. This service offers great value for money. The only thing I would suggest as an enhancement is the ability to personalize the course viewer a little more, just like we can personalize the landing page. but it's a tiny detail, and the support team really tips the balance in favor of Learnworlds

I'm creating an online platform for self-care practices and I got most of what I need from them

I recently signed up for LearnWorlds after an extensive search for the best platform for my business launch. I think LW is just that platform. Yesterday evening, I ran into a small issue that I thought I knew LW could handle. When I reached for support, Lia immediately forwarded my concern to their technical support. The next morning, I received a link to a video made specifically for me that walks me through my issue. I am very impressed.

So far, there is nothing with LearnWorlds that I do not like.

I need a platform for my new business launch to provide video lessons and exams to my learners. LW does all that and more.

I would like to see learners being able to capture their learnings and activities directly into the academy at some time as they currently have to download their workbooks and save these to their devices at this point.

We need a way to keep learners engaged in between training sessions with bite-sized learning and other activities. The new Mobile App will allow for this along with the creation of an online community, supporting a continuous learning journey as opposed to stand-alone learning events.

Kona and colleagues have been EXCEPTIONAL in this very stressful process of starting a new school. The human interaction is priceless, and building relationships and rapport with the support squad and Kona has been life-changing. Zero regrets and I've been so satisfied with my overall Learnworlds experience thus far. I recommend LW to all colleagues now. Please don't ever change the human aspect of this. This sets you apart from the rest.

The % commission rate doesn't make sense for my business model. A simple FLAT RATE customer count makes the most sense and even seems easier for a tracking purpose for LW. Please consider this additional option for affiliates. In terms of UI, please consider allowing a DUMMY STUDENT to test the EXACT WORKFLOW and customer journey that our students will experience. We've had to sign up with $1 test accounts to experience what our students will experience from a journey. Not deal breakers at all. But a VERY important aspect to our workflow that has taken up so much time having to explain or sign people up.

The UI is so easy when you have worked with any site builder before, and organizing the course is a super fast and straightforward approach. Learnworlds enabled us to create an online school and an online meeting place for people with disabilities. Learnworlds websites are so much more. It's known that many people with disabilities experience loneliness. The Learnworlds features include your own social media network creating a safe place to meet and have fun.

It's super easy to create and sell highly engaging online courses with Learnworlds! The site builder is a breeze to use, and going from idea to a finished product is easy. I have tried all the online course platforms out there (Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, Learndash, Tutor LMS etc), and Learnworlds is by far my favorite place to create and sell my online courses! Learnworlds customer team is also top-notch! They respond very fast and are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers out! If you've been looking for a place to sell your courses, I cant recommend Learnworlds enough!

Learnworlds offer a free trial period, but I would also like to see a free forever plan to get more up-and-coming course creators on board!

The most significant benefit (in my opinion) is the ability to create courses that ACTUALLY make my students learn my content well! The ability to make the lessons interactive is a huge reason for this.

Easy of navigation for my members

I researched all platforms out there for my online training courses and conducted various tests on several well known platforms available worldwide. Simultaniously, while testing 4 platforms, I could definately see the difference in the Learnworld Platform. No place else can you find a platform that is so easy to use, has so many integrated features and provides so many options. Literally, the one platform that has all the components I needed to start my online learning platform. Even down to the issuance of certficates. There are so many features included in the LW platform that I would have to write a thesis about it to describe them all. At the end of the day, anyone who is looking to start an online school, sell courses with certificates and do live classes, you can definately count on LW to deliver what you need for an affordable price. And the iOS and Android Apps!!! WOW!

I have not found any downsides for the LW platform.

I use the platform to reach out to thousands of clients/students worldwide without relying on outside contractors and developers. I literally built my own school's webiste, whitelabled and deployed within a week. Without the features offered by LW, I would have to spend thousands of dollars to reahc out to my clients and provide my services online.

The comprehensive functionality of Learnworlds. That is not a critique. It is just sometimes I get overwhelmed by the breadth and width of their functionality.

One place, one platform provides everything that I need to launch my online school.

It is such an easy system to use and create online courses. So easy to create courses and your overall website. The fact that they respond so quickly to any queries via their inbuilt help chat feature helps a lot. We are a training services company specializing in health and safety, and we were surprised at how easy it is to get an online training website up and running with minimal hassles. Learnworlds made it easy, and our clients loved it. We started generating a profit from the first month, and it grew from there the more courses we added. Give them a try; their free trial allows you to play around before committing to any monthly payments. They also have an affiliate system built into the solution, which allows others to sell your courses, simply amazing.

Nothing really, their team constantly upgrades and adds more features, as well as they're very helpful should you get stuck, and quick to respond.

We converted all our classroom training courses into online courses, which went smoothly. Clients love that they don't need to come to our offices anymore to complete their training. It gives us an additional revenue stream. Lastly, its inbuilt affiliate program allowed us to allow others to sell our product and payout a commission, which further grew our revenue stream.

LearnWorlds flexibility is unmatched in this industry. It allowed us to turn their platform into a corporate training powerhouse that holds all our company knowledge. With constant updates and new features, the value of LearnWorlds is unlike any other competitors in this space. The even have a fully fledged website builder right in the platform. Allowing you to create a great looking site that is also extremely functional. Not to mention their support team is fantastic. I can get real answers from their dev team within days about bug fixes, requesting new features, and helpful knowledge on how to leverage their product to the fullest. I love LearnWorlds!

A new feature has recently squashed one of the only dislikes I had. I was able to import SCORM packages, but LearnWorlds could not log the scores, attempts, or pass/fail results of the packages. Starting today, they have implemented graded SCORMs which means if LearnWorlds doesn't have the quiz question or interactive training tool I need, I can quickly go out and build one myself with something like iSpring or purchase a SCORM compliant course and plug it right in. This brings LearnWorlds to a whole new level.

Our main goal was to create a training website for our company. At first, all we wanted to do was place PDFs and videos into a central location for our staff. Now since we have most of our team working remotely due to the pandemic, it has turned into our primary tool to interact with employees. Whether it is confirming agreements, providing compliance information, training our team, or just holding onto helpful documents, LearnWorlds is now a one-stop shop for everything at our company. You rarely find a product that is so flexible yet so reasonably priced. At $99 a month, you can do 90% of everything we need. The extra 10% comes at $300 a month but provides additional instructors, unlimited SCORM uploads, and many extra tools to provide a better experience to our users. Compare this to other LMS platforms with a similar base fee but minimal features, and LearnWorlds is clearly the winner. Compared to the more expensive options that usually cost 3-5 dollars per user, LearnWorlds still comes out on top. The ability to host a school for $300 a month that serves 50+ courses and countless documents to our team of over 500 users is why LearnWorlds is the best.

There is not a lot of negative things to say about LearnWorlds. Some features need some time to understand how they work entirely, but in general, it is a very fantastic tool. Slack Integration would be awesome.

I am building a course platform with No-Code.

The support team is quick and very concerned about solving any problems that may occur. I needed their support because I made a mistake with my content and they did their best to help me within 24 hours!!!

I believe Learnworlds could improve on the "means of payment" issue. As a course seller here in Brazil, I had some difficulties due to the lack of flexibility and ease in using the payment methods provided by the platform. I've almost used external means of receipt because of this.

I looked for an educational platform more concerned with education than sales. There are other platforms more focused on digital marketing and the sales process, but Learnworlds stands out regarding education.

There is so much to like about LearnWorlds but for me the key is that they understand that a platform to supply elearning content commercially must combine the tools and features to offer a pleasant and effective elearning experience with the tools and features to promote and sell courses online. The support team has really impressed me, friendly, efficient and providing rapid and complete answers to questions before we signed up and good advice and solutions when we started using the LearnWorlds platform. Their webinars, videos and online manuals solve a lot of problems as well as providing inspiration for features to incorporate into our web and courses, and the initial onboarding sessions was very helpful for answering the questions that were most relevant to us. When we couldn't find the exact solution for one feature we wanted to add to our web-page, the LearnWorlds development team accessed our web (with permission) and modified the html code for us. Convinced that LearnWorlds was the right solution for our training courses we took out a subscription, based (obviously) on the features that were available at that time, but within less than a month new and interesting tools and features were added as part of their continuous improvement philosophy. Purchasing the right learning platform is a key decision and obviously comes with a cost - the above are the main reasons why we feel it is money well spent.

LearnWorlds makes it possible to upload and stream the content, and shortly to be able to track learners' results in the gradebook, which is essential for us when providing training for organizations
