The most helpful thing about Mixpanel is the ability to get quantitative insights into how my products perform with users. Shipping features is not good enough if you can't assert that they have the impact you want for your customers.
Having to edit and save a report when trying to change a simple setting like the period of a report (7D to 30D). I want to toggle between those views on the report while on my boards.
Mixpanel solves the problem of knowing how users use my products and which features perform best. It gives me a great sense of retention and engagement to make smart product decisions.
It's incredibly easy to use, even if you are a single person beginning to understand the data your product generates. As someone used to Google Analytics, I felt more confident about the data quality since you can see events in real time and use Lexicon to organize and create a shared understanding. Building reports is super intuitive, even if you're not a data analyst. Documentation also helps a lot with the setup.
It would be nice to customize graph styles, but it's a minor inconvenience.
Understanding how the delivered features move the needle, what journey points can improve, and overall monitoring of the platform's health.
Simple and intuitive to use, very, very fast at loading tables and charts once you've created the filters and data points you're interested in seeing.
Saving and sharing tables with other users is always more confusing and less intuitive than it should be.

The customizable aspect of the dashboard has been immensely helpful and allows us to answer both acute and obtuse questions about user behavior and flows. I have not used another analytics software but am thoroughly impressed with this one.
I think there is a moderately steep learning curve and it takes awhile to capitalize on the full utility that mixpanel provides. I would enjoy more demo/youtube instructionals.
Mixpanel helps us understand utilization, workflow, and generally gauge how our products are performing. It's particularly useful for understanding what areas our consumers are most interested in.
It's easy to use for non-engineers and helps make data ubiquitous across the company.

The Mixpanel website UI was in dire need of an overhaul. I haven't had much of a chance to look at it to confirm whether the limitations have been addressed.
Mixpanel allows us to track whether a bad actor has accessed Personally Identifiable Information or Protected Health Information.
Mixpanel makes it easy to tag activity within the software and filter by user properties. There are many options to built funnels and reports that allow you to drill down into almost any aspect of the software.
So far O have not come up against anything that K was not able to do in Mixpanel.

I recently had the opportunity to use Mixpanel, and I must say it has been amazing for my startup. Mixpanel offers useful tools and features that provide deep insights into user acquisition and behavior, allowing us to make data-driven decisions and drive growth. The platform is UX-friendly, making navigating through the various features and functionalities easy.
It's hard to downgrade product if you're on a higher-paying plan. Sometimes you need to do that.

It shows me the type of engagement my customers are doing on my company's marketplace. I am able to see who is using and how, which gives us feedback on what's working.
