We used to write down our passwords an other sensitive data in different semi-secure sources. The fact that it's written down is a huge threat in the very first place. NordPass solved this seamlessly.

NordPass Business is a lifesaver when it comes to managing passwords. It's super easy to use and set up. Our team had no trouble getting started thanks to its simple interface. The best part? The customer support is top-notch. Whenever we needed help, they were quick to respond and really knew their stuff. It's nice to have such reliable support. What I love most is how smoothly NordPass fits into our work routine. It's made handling passwords a breeze, and the secure sharing feature is fantastic for our team's collaboration on sensitive info. Overall, NordPass Business is a game-changer for us. It's easy, the support is great, and it's made our work much more efficient. I'd definitely recommend it!

It would have been good if we could purchase additional seats directly from the admin panel.

This tool saves us heaps of time and stress. No more forgotten passwords or struggling to keep track of them all. It's a relief knowing our sensitive info is locked up tight, making our digital life a whole lot safer and easier to manage.

Useful across multiple teams, to audit, manage and keep a tight oversight of permissions. It was very easy to rollout and the customer service team has been very easy to get hold of.

The autofill functionality is quite slow on Edge.

The passwords are all in one place for everyone to access. You can share passwords with different preset groups as well.

I don't see a downside to NordPass Business at this time. We have loved using it.

Nordpass has truly transformed the way we collaborate on various client projects. One standout feature that sets this app apart is its exceptional ability to conceal passwords while still enabling seamless sharing among team members. This is key because we are granted access to very important tools such as bank accounts and payment gateways. As such we have to be very careful with sharing details.

The inability to add users without contacting support

It allows me to share access to various tool with team members without compromising confidential details (ie passwords).

Simplicty and security. We use the software everday, abd it is extremely easy to use. We did not encounter any bugs so far and the support team is always very responsive.

The ability add users and auto pay would be a nice to have.

Company wide password management.

This is the best tool on the market to keep your passwords, credit card information, passkeys, and more safe and secure. My business has streamlined its processes exponentially after using NordPass, as it offers a secure way to upload, save and share passwords across our organization for all of our key accounts. It is super easy to integrate into your systems, and is very easy to understand. Their support is great as well and very quick with responses. Our team uses this tool multiple times per day and saves us so much time in going to search for passwords in our previous, rudimentary ways.

One downside to using NordPass is that once a password is added and shared to users, there is no way to log that it is added into the system within a "Master List". If another user goes into the tool and searches for the password and is unable to find it, for example, then they may go and create the password, not knowing that it already exists. This creates parallel channels of passwords, so it is very important that you have someone who oversees this creation to keep your items in check. Overall, I still recommend this tool 100%.

NordPass helps me having different and long password for multiple accounts on the internet. I also really like and trust them for using next generation crypto technology (XChaCha20).

I have both an Enterprise Account for work and another one for personal use, and it somehow makes it confusing setting up NordPass on new devices using an Authenticator App. I always end up using backup codes. This is the only thing I find difficult with NordPass.

NordPass is very friendly to use and is very secure with the MFA. Plus, the customer service is exceptionnal, I had issues to renew my license and they never blocked my account. They found a solution quickly.

Not that much. I have one personnal and one business account. Maybe, it would be good if I could see all my passwords ine one place. But it's not a big deal, I can easily swtich.

NordPass helps us to store our passwords in a secure way. Plus, sharing passwords is so benefiting our organisation, as we save time and we can share passwords securely.

I have seamlessly transferred all my passwords to NordPass a couple years ago and I have used NordPass extensively ever since. All my passwords are easily accessible on all my devices and when there are bugs they are usually solved the next day without me even having to contact support. When I DO need support they respond very quickly and resolve the issue usually within the same day.

I can't think of any right now. I did have some problems like NordPass not syncing when logging in directly but those have been fixed a while ago.

I am a business owner. The ability to securely share passwords fro business serves with my employees has made my working lfe a lot simpler. I also like being able to recover passwords when a employee leaves

if the login credentials are on two different popups i have to manually copy and paste the password; auto fill does not work. eg google, first pop up you put user name second pop up is password.

The apps and also the web application are very easy to use. The implementation of Azure AD Sync and SSO took only a few minutes. Super fast rollout possible. Great support and permanently competent support.

While SSO through a strong identity provider is optimal, not all of the services we use offer SSO. That's where Nordpass comes in. I've been a personal user of Nordpass since before their enterprise offering was launched. I evaluated all of the major providers, and none matched the quality of the UI, ease of use, and pricing of Nordpass. I've even given Nordpass subscriptions as gifts to family members. As the guy responsible for security at my company, the Nordpass enterprise tools I love are: 1. Reports on reused and weak passwords. It lets our security team know who needs additional training. 2. Last login reports. Who's NOT using this tool, and how are they keeping passwords strong and unique? 3. Breach reports. Proactively see what accounts have been compromised. 4. MFA options as added security. Which can be required for everyone in your organization. On the end user side, it's simple to use. Even folks at our company who struggle to use technology are able to grasp it.

I am surprised that I still have to contact our sales rep to add additional user seats. This hasn't been a major pain since Nordpass is very responsive. I don't think I've ever waited more than half a day for a new license to be provisioned.

Sharing passwords with the team has never been easier, especially when they are updated. It just saves so much time, as we're not trawling through files and trying to find the right passwords. And I feel so much better knowing that we (and our clients!) are so much more secure with the complex passwords.

There was a little confusion about where to find shared items initially - perhaps the 'shared items' in the menu could be highlighted more when there is an item that needs accepting.

Desktop and Mobile App has a super user-friendly interface and is easy to use. Outstanding quality of customer support. Frequent updates with new features. The latest new feature of the two-factor authenticator allows us to use it in the password manager tool, and it's impressive that we have everything in one place.

There could be improvements in the Chrome extension with better autofill functionality for some websites, and it would be nice if it could recognize subdomains for the same domain. NordPass for Desktop and Mobile App improved significantly from the moment we started using NordPass (since 2022).

Having high security, auto-generated passwords for the vast platforms we use throughout our team ensures online safety, and removes the challenges of remembering countless unique passwords.

I have honestly faced no challenges using NordPass, nor have I recieved negative feedback from other team members.

Prior to using Nordpass there was no governance in place around password security, putting the business at risk through the generation of predictable, repeatable passwords within the team. People would also regularly forget their login details to systems/tools which created additional admin restoring accounts.

I love having all my passwords on one place and easily accessible when I need them.

Sometimes two passwords get saved for the same website and the kits hard to know which one is the correct password.

Our company really enjoys using NordPass for our IT department. With so many passwords and and user accounts to manage, NordPass allows for a centralized, secured database to organize and store these credentials. One of my favorite features is the ability to create shared folders so we can share the passwords amongst different teams within the department.

There is not much to dislike. We as a company have never ran into any issues or things we wish could be improved. I am not entire familiar with the back-end security of how the passwords are stored, but as long as that is being regularly updated to thwart the latest cyber attacks then all should be good!

NordPass is allowing our environment to securely store passwords in a central location and share amongst other team members. It has always been a challenege trying to track down credentials to critical items, especially when members leave, but this will mitigate that substantially.
