Easy to use and manage without compromising security
Sometimes, it crashes. The software can be a bit clumsy.

Limited rights function feels lacking (expected to be able to let users use login credentials and not change, but that is not the case); Plugin glitches at times and fails to save/update logins on browsers; Changes to plan are not automatic (it is not a matter of add to cart, pay, and upgrade happens- it is to email a team, they respond in a timely fashion, invoice, for us to action, then for us to fulfil- while sure, they give the upgrade right away, it's a more effective practice).

My favorite part about NordPass Business is the extension feature that allows you to auto-fill existing passwords and auto-generate new passwords. The generator tool is great because you can set parameters for the length/complexity of the password. The software will then auto-save the password into your vault.
Nothing! I love this product and cannot complain.
NordPass Business helped our company manage all of our passwords in a much safer/more convenient way. We can now share passwords across the firm via shared folders. This has ultimately made our firm much more productive and secure.
I really like the way you can easily share items with team members. Add 2fa codes and more notes and information to your passwords. We use the tool daily and all team mebers are really happy about it! Also loggin in and integrating with Google Workspace is great!
I dislike that some things (like adding 2fa) can only be done before moving the account to a team drive, otherwise (without clear reason) you are unable.
