Okta is a very user friendly application. It is very easy to use since all of the tools that you need for work are all consolidated in this one application. With just one login, you are able to login already to multiple applications.
There is nothing to dislike about okta. As per my review, it is very user friendly and all of your needs are all in one application, with just a single log in.
Opening multiple applications with each log ins is very time consuming. With okta, just a single log in and you will be able to open all of the applications that you need for your day to day work.
They are the safest and the most excellent platform I've been using so far. I can easily access and manage all my work-related applications with OKTA.
So far, I don't have any problem using OKTA. Most of our credentials come from our clients, and this tool is their Workspace Managements
Since we're using many tools found at OKTA, We don't have to remember passwords. It simplifies our tool access.

Our Identity Access Management was almost nonexistent. We did not have the proper tools in place and did not have the right personnel in charge in this area. Okta was a great management solution at the time and integrated with what we already had to make the process extraordinary.
The fact that you start your day just by signing into Okta as a single source of truth is the most fantastic thing the software has done to work with a massive tech stack. For sales people it becomes easy to access multiple platforms via Okta
The fact that it would keep signing me out every couple of hours. The fact that I have to download an app to use as an authenticator is not fun. Try using Google authenticator so that users don't have to download an app specifically.
Companies today use multiple tech stacks and being a sales guy I often need to access multiple platforms at once and having Okta as a SSO is one of the most easiest things, because once I sign in.

Currently, they provide fewer examples for the Okta script lanquage. They have to give more examples for the Okta script lanquage.

I like mainly SSO feature and Universal Directory. Using SSO we can get rid of entering username/password for different websites. We can directly log-in using SSO.
I feel if you can imporve response time it will be good for user (User-expericnce) . It leads attaract more users.

Okta Customer Identity software can be integrated with any frontend - angular, react or vue. Backend is taken care of. The ease of integration is quite painless.
The developer dashboard UI can be quite confusing. There is also an incompatibility of Angular framework with Okta where in the developer has to find ways to fix hash issue in the url.

The 2 Factor Authentication the program uses to verify the user. The program is very user-friendly and not challenging to use. With previous employers, their security measures would significantly increase with the implication of this program.
