Omnify is a perfect booking software for my small business. They have booking solutions for businesses of every size, so you can tell that they really want to meet business needs at a variety of different scales. As a solopreneur, I love their affordable "solopreneur plan" designed perfectly for small businesses like mine, with just the basics that I need to run my booking process smoothly — I love that I don't have to pay for features that I don't need! At the same time, I love knowing that as my business grows, I can upgrade with the click of a button and be sure the software will grow with my business too. Also, the customer service is excellent, by the way. During one of my onboarding calls, I mentioned that I wanted a particular feature that the software didn't have. The specialist immediately forwarded my suggestions to the tech team, and later booked a call with them to discuss possibilities. They ultimately added the feature to the software for me! Unlike the other impersonal booking software companies that I've tried, with Omnify I can actually get help from a real live person anytime that I have questions or concerns.
The only downside I can think of is that because the team is based internationally/remotely, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a time for a video call that works for everyone's time zones. However, I don't mind this too much since we always manage to work something out. Plus, part of the reason that the software is so affordable is because the team is remote — so I can't complain too much!
I used Omnify to streamline my booking and expand into membership-style booking options to help cultivate a dedicated client base. I'm able to save a lot of time and headache with the ability to have all of my bookings in one place. Plus, I can track my income and booking data much more easily.

The software is very straightforward and very user friendly. And client support team response very quickly and very personalized.
However we did encountered a few issues due to our request and company situation, as well as small bugs from the system but Aby and his team always respond quickly and help us solve the issues from the beginning, so I definitely recommend it!

We needed a platform to take registrations and payments for a number of different programs all in one place that is easy to use. This meets our needs. The questionnaire options and customization options have been great realized benefits.
Omnify is highly customizable and can be suited for any business or use. Their service team is accommodating and accessible.
There was nothing to dislike. A hierarchical flow chart to help the client map out and communicate what data drives their business/customers to better cater to your clients or better filter through them would be helpful. The better the Omnify team understands your business, the more able they are to help you filter, sort, etc., and find those clients/customers. Once I could clearly articulate what I needed, they were able to make it happen.
Pool access for a community of nearly 4,000 homes and more than 10,000 Members. Omnify has helped use safely facilitate pool opening and use.
We manage communities. Due to COVID19, we have had to create planned usage of facilities that have never required appointments. We entertained many other programs and Omnify was the best solution. It's user friendly, easy to use, and a huge time saver. Omnify's support team has been above and beyond with assisting us during the set-up process. We have had to learn how to operate quickly. When we've had questions or needed additional assistance setting up our facilities, help is only a chat away. Our homeowners have been extremely happy with how easy Omnify has been to use the system. We have not had to assist anyone with scheduling or canceling an appointment/class. Which is amazing as we have hundreds who will be using this summer.
We have not found anything to dislike yet! Any issue we have had has been quickly remedied with training or a quick tip to show us how to achieve what we want.
Due to local government restrictions during the COVID pandemic, we are now having to plan and require limits on areas of the community that have not had to have restrictions on numbers/max attendees in the past (i.e. Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts). We had to quickly come up with a solution to provide the community with a way to use these communal facilities in a way that was fair. First come first serve isn't always practical. Instead of reinventing the wheel & creating more work for ourselves, we chose to go with Omnify.
I am very new to this system but I have been blown away by the friendliness and professional manor in which the company works. Nothing is too much, if something doesn't work for you they will try everything they can to make it work without compromising how your business currently runs. They are also very quick at getting back to you and nothing is too much when you are needing help. The system is easy to get around... and that's saying a lot... I am rubbish on computers.
