The support team at OptinMonster goes above and beyond to answer my questions in a timely manner and in great detail. And they even take it upon themselves to fix issues I present to them instead of just telling me what is wrong and making me figure out how to fix it. We are just getting started using the platform but so far all we have seen are amazing results. We can't wait to explore all the possibilities this has to offer.

We love everything about OptinMonster. It is easy to use and gives us endless ways to improve our site experience for our customers.

We needed a way to capture email addresses to grow our email marketing program. We were averaging 10 signups a month on our site. We have been using OptinMonster for a month now and we have 135 signups, that's a 1250% increase in signups in just one month!! We are beyond excited about that. We are also using it to direct traffic to our online application and we are bigging to see great results from those efforts as well.

The technical support is great. Setting up the logic behind campaigns can get confusing. And, if it's wrong, your results/conversions will suffer. Something as simple as the difference between OR and AND in the logic can really hurt you. On more then one occasion I had this set up incorrectly for my desired outcome and the OptinMonster support team showed me how to fix the logic problems and why. Explaining why is important, so I don't make the same mistake again.

Sometimes the wait to get an answer to a problem can be a little long. But it is better than most support systems I use on a daily basis

We are gaining subscribers at a faster rate since we started using the OptinMonster exit intent campaign for all of our brands, on both desktop and mobile platforms. And, we don't have visitors complaining about the campaigns being annoying, which is a concern I had at first. We had to shut down Thrive Leads because of customer complaints.

You know when you reach out to customer service and you dread it because you know 90% chance you are wasting your time and you're better off just not using that functionality until you have the time to learn and impliment it? Not here. Their customer service is A+, not to mention this product is solid and never, not once given me an issue.

Nothing. Seriously, nothing. I guess if it was free that would make it perfect :D But happy to pay 2x the price

Increasing revenue with targeting pop ups. I'm not techy, but their system is mostly easy. When it's not, I reach out and they do it for me.

It's so simple to create and add an optin to your website. Templates are great and the new template builder makes it easy to build an eye-catching pop-up. I've used OptinMonster for 4 years, and they're always innovating new and better ways to capture leads from your website.

I can't think of any dislikes. Love using the tool.

We've been able to capture hundreds, if not thousands of leads to from our website. Also, messaging our customers about promos and GDPR is incredibly simple to implement - without making any big changes to our website.

I love using OptinMonster to acquire email addresses. The tool is easy to use and works. I have a Wordpress based website and Optin Monster makes it easy to get their service up and running on that platform. One of the best parts is you can go from signing up to having the program running in a matter of almost minutes. It doesn't take very long.

There's not a lot to dislike, honestly. I have had a great experience with this product.

I needed an easy-to-use email opt-in solution so that I could acquire email addresses on my website. I am not a developer so I needed a solution that was WYSIWYG and intuitive for someone who doesn't code.

OptinMonster allows visitors to make informed decisions based on their search on your website. They can be interested in something that you offer that may not necessarily be noticed their first visit. OptinMonster has allowed me to generate leads for my clients.

It can slow down your website using another plugin from Wordpress but I feel that it is worth it since it allows potential leads to be streamlined into our sales funnel.

OptinMonster allows businesses to solve problems with dropoffs without collecting the visitors information or turning that lead into a potential customer.

I love using this software. It requires very little or no coding to set up a lead generating pop up on one of our client's sites. I'm not even a designer but it's pretty simple to make an attractive campaign that converts visitors.

Reporting could be better. There's only visitors and conversions with 1 graph over time and a conversion rate. Default always shows last 30 days, and takes a few extra clicks to see a certain time frame.

Lead generation. While conversion rates vary, and some say pop-ups don't work, these can help make a difference for a client. Either they generate leads or they can be used to draw people to the pages on a website you want them to go to.

For those who just want to get going quickly and test ideas, there's a suite of templates you can use and quickly tweak to suit your brand.

Out of the box I couldn't find a persistent tab option to display a really important offer. In saying that, they do have a top and bottom site bar that can continually display and there is a custom a code option, too. It's just that those two options wouldn't have worked for us since we had some UI impediments stopping us from trying the first and didn't have the developer resource to try the second.

New customer acquisition. Since running the promotions to different site visitors we noticed an immediate lift in revenue.

The power you get for the price you pay. OptinMonster offers a suite of lead gen tools that anyone can add to their website in seconds. Compared to what competitors offer in terms of lead gen tools, OptinMonster really can't be beat for price and features. Plus it is dead simple to install and use.

Some things are tricky to pull off but there's a lot of helpful documentation.

Lead gen is the backbone of any successful B2B business. The more you can engage with website visitors the more chance they'll convert. OptinMonster helps with a variety of ways to intercept visitors and convert them.

Optinmonster is the best solution for the money. Setup popups very easily and get results instantly.

The reporting is somewhat unorganized, and the templates can become difficult to customize if you're not great with css or js.

Launch popups and a/b testing on multiple pages easily.

I like that they make it so easy to create email opt-ins. i can literally log into my OptinMonster account, select the templates I want, connect it to my email autoresponder/analytics and hit "publish" within five minutes. Their A/B split-testing features are also incredible - by testing over time, I've been able to massively improve my opt-in rate.

I don't really have any complaints, but I must say that their MonsterLinks feature is kind of clunky and hard to understand if you don't know what you're doing.

I am collecting more email addresses than ever before. It allows both me and my clients to stay in touch with leads that would've otherwise left forever.

This plugin will offer out of the box integration along with the most popular email marketing services that would make the setup process so simple. On the last version, they added a new feature where you can add the same subscriber to your existing subscriber list and also to a drip campaign. For me, it is very useful. Another good thing is that i can use the same account for all my websites.

It could be more templates. Also, more editing options will be good for a next upgrade. I think sometimes that I can not create the pop-ups to match my website style. Maybe in the future optinmonster staff will add some in house analytics. Right now if you want to add optinmonster to a website you need to add google analytics first and after that you will see how many impressions do yo have and how many clicks do you get on your pop-ups.

If you value quality, innovative technology like exit intent, and a user experience that isn’t matched anywhere else on the market, then OptinMonster an investment worth making, especially considering building your email list is ultimately an investment in your business.

The most helpful thing about OptinMonster is the ease of use. Setting up a campaign is simple with OptinMonster!

The downside of OptinMonster is the limited availability for the free version.

Dislike is a strong word - perhaps improvement on the integrations, like direct integration to SendGrid.

We use it for display banners on the site.

It's a straightforward platform to jump in and start using. The targeting rules are flexible to allow your campaigns to show only when you want. Multiple design options range from in-your-face pop-ups to subtle banners, depending on how you want to integrate your pop-up into the customer journey.

We have to create separate campaigns for mobile and desktop so I would like to see more responsive design options. I also would like a tool that would show what pages have campaigns showing on them so we can ensure that we do not have overlap of campaigns

Our most common use of optinmonster is to alert users to information that we want them to act on. we have also found OIM helpful to quickly add new information to pages without going through our page developers for a site update.

Easy to use, and doesn't require much time for getting started. Being able to use custom CSS for styling tweaks is one of my favorites. Has a variety of targeting options, tons of already created templates which make Pop-up creation a whole lot easier.

Integrations in OptinMonster are plan-based e.g. in Basic, and Plus Plan you can't use InfusionSoft Integration. Plus, Optimonster has view limits based on the plans.

OptinMonster allows us to place different types of popups on our websites. I love how we can place subtle pop ups or something more flashy depending on our needs. You can set it to appear on only certain pages or the entire website, create from scratch or build from a template, and schedule them to appear at certain times and disappear at others. It does everything that we need it to do.

Sometimes a popup looks great on the web version but doesnt always translate into the mobile version, usually regarding size. I believe there is a way to do web only popups, but an automatic translation to mobile version or size would be nice. Ive had popups that are square that ended up getting cut off on mobile because of the original size. Not a huge dislike, just an annoyance.

OptinMonster allows us to communicate limited time events to the public and give information directly to residents who use our website. Keeping all our pop ups in one place is a much better option than keeping them directly on each individual website, which would become cumbersome with multiple properties and sites.

OptinMonester is easy to use. It provides step by step instructions to develop a unique marketing campaign from scratch, even if you have no experience with this type of task.

So far, I have struggled to find a downside to using OptinMonster. If I have anything to say, I wish I had heard of OptinMonster sooner so my business could have been experiencing positive results much earlier.

OptinMonster solves the problems around developing and launching a bespoke campaign that is specifically targeted for my business without having to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

Optin Monster has some of the best customer service I've experienced. They will send me a video and show me exactly how to do something. The price is a bit steep for a small business like ours but the customer service makes up for it.

A little prices and it doesnt have some of the cooler features that OptiMonk has.

OptinMonster is an excellent tool for collecting lead information. With a robust backend that provides functionality and the flexibility my business needs, I am easily able to collect lead data and integrate it seamlessly with my CRM.

It helps me keep track of all of my leads in one place. I can also easily see which of my many campaigns are working and can easily A/B split test the ones that are not.

Optinmonster is something that is effectively used by our marketing team to generate leads. The software is quite easy to use and can also be used by someone who is not much technically advanced.

There is not much to dislike about Optinmonster but the team can definitely work on customer support and pricing.

I wish there was a simple way to export analytics of a campaign to PDF so I can share with clients that don't have access to the interface.

We use OIM so users on our platform can promote deals. Good conversation rates, nice looking pop-ups.

The settings are extremely extensive. Especially with the new campaign builder, there are a lot of easy, intuitive buttons for adjusting everything from padding, margins, and borders of almost every icon or area within your campaign. On top of that, if there's anything you can't figure out how to adjust, you can still write custom CSS to really tweak the pop-up exactly to you liking. Also, they have amazing customer support! Extremely responsive and helpful.

For some reason, we've been struggling with getting our pop-up analytics tracked. It seems like they now require you to manually go into each pop-up and confirm your Google Analytics account, which is a bit annoying to do all the time. Additionally, integrations also have to be manually entered each time as well, so I've had to do that several times as well.

We are trying to grab our web viewers' attention more, and pop-ups are a great way to do that. We use them for sales to notify people that they're going on (countdown banners are useful for this) and we use them to just incentivize people to subscribe to lists or register for events. Overall, with the many settings offered by OptinMonster in terms of colors, display settings, and campaign types, we've figured out ways to make them look on brand without being too intrusive.
