It’s a great product with tons of customizability and features. Literally more options than you can try out. Diverse triggering abilities and easy integration with other platforms or webhooks. In addition, the customer support is top notch! (literally never had better, shoutout to Mustafa who has helped me countless times) Couldn’t be happier!

So much customizability that it can be difficult to understand what to do at times. But after the initial learning curve and great customer support, you are able to do anything you want within the platform.

It would be nice to integrate some AI into it and give suggestions to reduce the length of a headline, create compelling copy, etc.

You need a high cost subscription to use it with Shopify, I didn't initially realise this so had to upgrade and spend more than I initially wanted but I feel it's worth the extra cost

We needed a good way to create popups and signup forms that gave us the option of what pages/where we wanted to show them, optinmonster does this with ease and integrates with Shopify and Klaviyo

The idea from the real use success case makes a lot of sense to understand and test with your adapted idea. All in all, it's easier than it looks to make visitors become actual customers.

The response still needs to improve as it's still can see that the compatible idea still stuck and need to redo it every time, especially when comparing desktop to mobile.

Create a whole new level of excitement for my real customer and also a competitor. This gains more excellent user experience along turn customer to become royalty to our brand.

If you're an e-commerce brand, Optinmonster is a must-have! It allows you to customize your website not just to your liking but based on what your users have or have not done. We use it to collect emails, offer discount codes, and fully tailor our buyer's journeys. It integrates so easily into Klaviyo and allows you to build campaigns that continue to generate leads and sales. It doesn't slow your site down and is backed by its huge library of training materials to ensure success. Plus, if you have any questions, their support team is always there!

One of the downsides of using Optinmonster is their editor can be a tad difficult to use. It's not a big deal, but it's now flawless. It might take some getting used to but it is relatively easy to use.

Functional and easy to use. You can teach this product to a person who has never used any sort of form creator ever before!

You cannot create a form where people can upload files to. There are often times I want to create a form where users need to submit a file

It help us keep qualified traffic on our site and allows for us to easily capture lead information. This information then gets to the right areas in our business, quickly.

There are so many different ways to use the campaigns. It seems like they've thought of pretty much everything. They are always coming up with new features and new ways to support clients. They have excellent support documents and their team is some of the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The chat support is super convenient if I run into a quick question while trying to set something up.

Really nothing! I just wish I had more time or a bigger team to help with creating, optimizing, and managing our campaigns. There is just so much potential and I want to make sure we're taking advantage of it all.

We're using OptinMonster to help increase a variety of conversions on our website. We've created email optins with free downloadable resources for our blog articles, we have popups for our weekly demos, and we market our live educational webinars with popups, as well.

We can continually test our optin messaging and offers.

Segmenting the messaging based on specific URLs required me to manually add all of the URLs I want to have one version of the campaign run. To exclude I had to just leave those out to successfully have an alternate version run on those pages. Optin Monster makes it seem like you can just exclude by designating those URLs, but from my experience, that wasn't the case. With the amount of people we can see opting into our webinar the GA tracking seems to be off.

It easily allows me to integrate within the site and monitor traffic, progress, and build-outs.

It took me a little while to get used to the way the design is programmed but other than that easy.

Easy to use. Very helpful support team (even writing CSS for us). Quite flexible for the low price.

The reporting is below average. They don't provide much if any, flexibility. You need to connect with your analytics (GA really) to get value out of reporting.

Looking for value for the price tool for lead gen and basic personalization. It's a flexible tool and can be bent in many ways!

More custom modules that I can insert html/javascript/css "standlone" inside a widget (like a exit popup with a thirt party chatbot inside)

I can offer "relative" campaigns to my website visitors depending of their status (like... I can offer a ebook "X" for visitors that scroll more than 50% in some pages... and I can offer another "CTA button" if this user click in some interesting section).. Is very useful and is very good to realize Test AB and experiments of communcation

I have not found anything to dislike writing about. With anything good comes a learning curve. You have to be a student of the technology to maximize the potential it offers.

As a digital marketer, its for certain one of the top tools we use to engage and convert visitors into leads and online purchases. And to think we've only touched the surface with the tool because there is much more depth to it, well, that's exciting. Our investment in OptinMonster has multiplied in return, and I am thankful we learned about it when we did.

Built in A/B testing functionality allows for simple conversion tests.

I do not have a technical background, so I find it somewhat difficult to manipulate the design to get it to look exactly how I want it to. I wish there was a sort of drag-and-drop functionality.

We are able to trigger on-site popups as well as popups on our external third-party landing pages. We can use these as exit intent popups, time delay popups, click event popups, etc. We can A/B test copy, imagery, and offers on the popups easily.

We love tons of features and customizations. Also we really love exceptional and fast customer service.
