PartnerStack makes it really easy to see our partner earnings and rewards. Cashing out is also easy and we love how we can have our funds sent to Stripe or Paypal.

We do not like that we are charged a fee from PayPal or Stripe to receive our rewards. It would be nice if there was a fee free option that we can select but otherwise it is great. Update: They have now added an option for direct deposit to bank and that only charges $1 each time so that is a great improvement.

PartnerStack seems to be a really good tool to manage your partners and the benefits/perks for your partners.

It's really easy to use, the payouts are faster than most platforms and provide different payout options.

Maybe an easier way to send payout to the bank account instead of having to register to stripe.

It's helping companies to offer partner programs the right way.

It is easy to use and very easy to understand the info coming from the platform. For example in Partner Stack you can see the commissions earned by account while there are other platforms where this information is not available and you just can see a total.

There is no dislikes in this case. We are happy with Partner Stack.

We could provide in a very easy way a solution to one of our customers. This customer had an Unbounce account with us and they asked us to migrate the landing to an account on their own. We did it and thru Partner Stack we could earn a monthly comission.

PartnerStack makes receiving payments incredibly easy and the interface is seamless.

There isn't anything that I've come across thus far that I dislike. Perhaps the only thing that would be easier would be clear articulation about the different ways to receive funds and the fees associated with them.

It makes the referral process seamless. I make referrals to my partner platform and the fees just appear in my account through stripe. There are no checks sent or logging in required.

I think sometimes there is a little delay in referrals posting or understanding when payouts will occur. But overall that is easy to learn and understand in time.

I don't have to keep track of links or my progress on my own. The dashboard does it all, and all I have to do is continue to talk about great products!

Fees being taken off my payouts and that's really it, I don't have any other complaints.

The playform is extremely well-designed and intuitive to onboard and manage your collaborations with various affiliates. It's straightforward and clearly helps you navigate how to grow your referral income.

Having more courses and learning opportunities about how to continue to grow affiliate income would be extremely helpful.

Getting additional revenue is the biggest problem that it is solving. It makes it extremely easy to manage partnerships, track payouts, etc.

Pushing news leads to my partners as an agency

The fact that PartnerStack aggregates all of the programs that I'm an affiliate of, in a single place online, and allows me to track all of those programs and payouts in realtime is why I love PartnerStack.

The only downside that I've experienced is that the length of time from requesting payout, to actually receiving the payment has grown over the past year. It's not a dealbreaker, but having to wait 10+ business days to receive a payout once you request your funds seems a bit excessive to me. Yes, you can shorten that time to 5 business days by connecting your bank account, but even that seems like a bit long to wait.

PartnerStack allows me to keep track of a number of different affiliate programs that I'm enrolled in. It also allows me to find new products and services that I can consider adding to my stack of client offerings.

I love using Partnerstack because part of my job is matching clients up with the proper tools. It's great to assist them first and foremost, and be appreciated even more by the tools that Partnerstack partners with. It's a great bonus for us for simply helping our clients.

Honestly, it's not that Partnerstack is not helpful - they are very helpful with chat, linking referrals, claiming accounts, etc. It's moreso that I totally forget about them sometimes! Also, it can be difficult to get clients to use our links without coming off that we're trying to sell them an expensive product - that's totally not the case. We match product needs first, and reap additional benefits second.

Partnerstack is allowing us a separate stream of income for work we are already performing. The tools that we recommend via Partnerstack to clients are the tools we use ourselves, so it is nice to establish an additional line of income for information and assistance we are already providing.

PartnerStack is built for B2B business and their partner programs which is unique in the marketplace. Giving us access to tools and partners that can move the needle for us while maintaining brand integrity.

Partner discovery is one-sided, which means publishers can search for programs to join while advertisers cannot search for publishers. While I understand the value in protecting publishers, it makes recruitment on the PS platform more difficult than it needs to be.

Out-of-the-box tracking and payment tools to quickly and efficiently launch our affiliate program. While we could build a similar tool internally, we would only be recreating what PS has already created and has committed to improving as they move forward.

I love the user-friendly dashboard and the assets I can use to share with my audience. The communication has been great too. I've loved being on PartnerStack and appreciate the speedy communication with their team.

The only downside is how much is taken out when transferring from Partnerstack to Paypal. Giving up $7-10 on every transfer adds up. Other than that, I've been really happy with my overall experience!

PartnerStack creates a middle ground for me when partnering with brands, which I love! An easy-to-view dashboard to track my leads and sales, and great communication with their team whenever I have a question.

Our initial onboarding experience was great, and we've had a good experience with customer service since then. The UI is simple and nice to use. The system appears pretty scaleable, but is simple enough to setup and use that it doesn't feel like overkill if you only have a small or newly budding partner program. There are a lot of great extended features when you're ready for them.

Sometimes our partners are upset that there are not more payout provider options other than Stripe/Paypal. I guess there's some awkwardness in how the actual referral forms are accessed by partners, so that it's a common enough confusion for them in the portal.

Because our affiliate program has several complex layers, the functionality is still limited - BUT because we have a fantastic rep - most of these issues are resolved, or she always provides the best workarounds. Several features are coming out soon that should improve this, and I look forward to trying them for my company's affiliate programs.

Saving time with managing affiliates/revenue.

PartnerStack is one of my favorite places to find and join new affiliate programs. It contains many reputed brands such as Brand24, Crowdfire, Evernote, Todoist, and so on. If you are looking for recurring affiliate programs to make regular income, then, you should join PartnerStack.

Add more affiliate programs. It will be helpful for both companies and marketers to grow their revenue.

It helps me to generate a decent monthly income from product promotions.

I love the reporting feature of my withdrawls- specifically I can track the withdrawals by month and download a report. I also love that it makes it easy to see which months Im performing well and how many people have signed up using my affiliate link, the payout amount and communicating with the affiliate company through the messaging about payout questions.

I would love for there to be more robust reporting features or a way to reach out to affiliates who signed up with my link to connect with my GSuite or other email program and have automated thank you messages sent and or links to their website to learn more about them.

PartnerStack gives a very sleek experience, both when it comes to analytics as well as payments. Any question I've had regarding my chosen program has been answered promptly by my affiliate manager through the integrated chat.

Being a designer myself, parts of the dashboard UI could be slightly improved. It's may get slightly confusing sometimes while navigating through the different reporting/analytics interfaces.

PartnerStack gives me a platform to handle everything related to easily being able to refer customers to one of my current all-time favorite software on the market, as well as getting paid for it.

PatnerStack hosts multiple brands under one account enabling our agency to easily reach out and resell some of the brands we consider best fit for our clients. PatnerStack also gives us 2 different payout options.

I have been working as an affiliate marketer since 2008, and over the years I have used many platforms to join the programs to promote. But, Partnerstack is totally unique, their interface is very simple and pleasing to eye. Whether it is about creating custom links or contacting the program representatives through messaging, everything is seemless. I have joined several programs already and have won rewards that were easily transferred to my bank account. What more an affiliate cab ask for! I am able to find programs that are relevant to my niche. And, as s result, I have more opportunities to promote programs that will ultimately turn into more money for me.

The team that we worked with during onboarding was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I also plan to integrate some of their onboarding tools into our process!

No real issues! If I have to give feedback it would be that the "Onboarding Kit" could have clearer written explanations. We had to ask quite a few questions when we met with the onboarding team to get through all of the questions.

Intuitive design, core features are exactly what you need to manage a partner program and partner portal. Extremely helpful onboarding team, options to email opted-in partners on their marketplace, and lots of informative enablement material to help me get started.

The email-building tool is pretty bare-bones and a tad buggy. I was having a hard time getting my emails to align correctly. It'll get the job done, but if you're used to working with more sophisticated marketing automation tools, this will likely leave you wanting more. The good news is it integrates well with marketing automation tools, so you don't need to rely on it!

Partner portal management, unique referral link creation, reward tracking, partner payout management, and exposure to a marketplace of engaged partners. All have worked and benefited us as expected so far!

PartnerStack makes it much easier to build B2B relationships than other affiliate platforms. First, integrating with them is easy because they have a step-by-step onboarding process that includes tasks for you to do that familiarize you with the platform fast. Once you are in, your CSM is there to guide you throughout the rest of the process. If that isn't enough, I've had many of their team members reach out and ask if they can help. I've joined multiple webinars that have also been beyond helpful. The support is the best, but you are also on a platform built for B2B relationships. The features make engaging with the types of partners B2B relationships bring easier. You can create multiple partner programs with specific applications, rules, and payouts. It's even easy to utilize to track internal referrals, friends, or just about any partner-type program you can dream of.

I'm still fumbling through reporting, but it's an operator error. I wish there were a way to download reports without having so many in one download. Most of the information I receive is not necessary. There is probably a solution I just haven't figured out yet, so I'm sure support will help sort this out.
