PartnerStack has a great user interface - it's intuitive and easy to navigate. All of your merchants are on the home screen, and the reporting is also a breeze.

This may be a feature that I just haven't found yet, but it would be great if reporting would show specific links where the action took place.

PartnerStack solves the problem of creating custom links, having a lot of our partners in a centralized place, and having our commissions in an easy-to-find place. This helps cut down the time it takes to do reporting!

It's an all in one solution where you can see all the available platforms who want us to be their affiliate partners and see all the commisssions at one place rather than login to various portals

The platform is good but sometimes it's hard to navigate and the UI gets refreshsed quite a lot recently which made us confused for sometime.

It's a boon for affiliates like us so we don't have to find Indiviual vendors and signup on their site each time to enroll.

Partnerstack have bought together some amazing brands for us to work with. It is easy to view reporting and work with custom urls

We would love coded banner ads in the system it is the one thing we get from our other platforms that Partnerstack is missing

It helps us find new tools to recommend to our members and readers with great on board it is a time saver

Their Partner Success Manager makes the process of working through their platform seamless. I've worked with other marketplaces/networks and the level of service is incomparable to others. They are also very receptive to feedback, having already started development on other desired features.

For the sake of feedback, I would like to see more advertisers, relevant to our publication's subject area (Business IT), join their network. But the ones they have connected me with have been quite successful!

We are a publisher of educational business IT content. Finding relevant advertisers for our site can be quite difficult. They have allowed me to tap into their network of vetted companies that they know are interested in lead generation campaigns.

Simple to use, equipped with tools for everything you need, support available, amazing programs and rewards with additional benefits, promos and deals when you apply to partner with certain brands for a limited amount of time and earn a specified amount in payouts

The usability of the site can be a little hard to navigate and figure out ocassionally which isn't nice. It would also be great to have even more brands join as partners

Honestly this has been of tremendous value to me and my team. I can't stress this enough. Why? Simple: some tools we were using and recommending clients already weren't giving us anything in return, now they do and we've also learned more about them and able to sell and offer them more consistently. We've also discovered new brands to partner with and expand our offering to clients, honestly this is amazing

Their onboarding team and even the sales team is very helpful, they really go the extra mile to get you set up for success. We have everything we need to start our affiliate program and scale it!

The integration process is rather long, I would love to see a more robust integration system with Stripe and SaaS applications to track signups.

Our current affiliate marketing software is quite messy and does not have any marketing opportunities. With PartnerStack, we are looking to centralize everything with a lot of options for outreaching to existing affiliates and attracting new ones from their marketplace.

PartnerStack makes it easy to run an affiliate program. From setting up partner rewards to onboarding and uploading resources, everything is intuitive and simple. And the team is responsive and very helpful!

The team was super-helpful, they are using actual english terms when explaining the process, the platform the ups and downs. The onboarding and integration went smoothly and unexpectedly fast and we are already seeing results.

Nothing about the team or the platform really. The process was just so quick that some important decisions had to be made just as fast which can be a risk. But that can be solved with a better planning.

More processes are automated, and commission structures added. The partner/affiliate platform that we had before was not supporting every commission structure that we wanted to add. And with the challenges also available in Partnerstack, it will add a nice twist to the partnership experience.

It's simple and intuitive to use, has a great dashboard for viewing sales stats.

I'm an affiliate for 2 different companies so I use it to view my earnings.

- The fact it's designed for SaaS, as opposed to most other tools out there that focus on retail. - Tons of features and great functionality that allowed us to build the program we wanted.

PS has a huge network of affiliates, but right now there is no way to actively promote our program to them. I would love to have an "affiliate marketplace" for proactive outreach.

We are hoping that PS will become a core element of our overall marketing strategy. The fact the system handles affiliate payouts is also a huge deal for our finance department.

The thing that I like about PartnerStack is the wide variety of marketplaces that cover every nitch. Also, the ability to create custom links is a key feature that makes PartnerStack a promotion friendly platform

Nothing much to dislike about PartnerStack, only that it would be better to add more payout methods. This would help creators who are in different regions get paid conveniently

Long response delays from some partners. The speed of the overall process can and must be improved: referred - sold - pending (this step is really slow) - earned

I have realized that I am not using PartnerStack to it's full potential.

The team at PS is excellent. They were very organized throughout the implementation process and helped guide us with best practices. The platform is also very comprehensive and eliminates the need to do a lot of manual work with each partner (that's good for us and them). This was different than a lot of the competitors we reviewed. While we're new to the Marketplace, knowing that we will have a passive opportunity to accept new affiliates was a big plus for us. This is also unique to them.

The price point is the way it is because the product really does help handle referral partnerships from start to finish. Replicating this work would be far more expensive, but still, we're a start-up and the pricing is on the higher end.

We're a SaaS that integrates with invoicing systems, so we had two distinct partner types that were important to us: pure affiliates and accounting/bookkeeping agencies. PS lets us segment our messaging and offers to these two very unique partner types. It also handles everything from end to end including remittance and tax compliance. As a start-up founder, there's no chance I'm going to be able to do that work on my end without disrupting the many other tasks I have to focus on to launch my business.

Despite having a positive experience I would love to have a Payoneer as one of their payment gateways. It would be great for those countries marketers do not have PayPal.

The sign-up process is detailed and informative.

For questions that are not answered in the initial sign up process, there is scant availability to connect with a Partnerstack account rep. Customer support from Partnerstack seems to be altogether not there.

Partnerstack is one-of-a-kind. Their onboarding experience is nothing short of amazing. They mapped out detailed timelines, checklist items, and were so thorough in thinking through every little item. This is so helpful when onboarding a brand new tool. I've gone through implementations of 2 similar tools and had terrible experiences with lack of communication and almost zero help. Partnerstack definitely makes you feel supported and almost a year later... I can still say I feel the same way. Keep doing what you're doing!

I don't like something they can't really control, which is the Stripe and Paypal fee that's charged to the end user.

Customer referrals have increased so much! And we love the auto payouts with the w9 requirements.

Dislike is a strong word, but being blocked from adding new partners until some profit came in was a bit of an inconvenience as our product was in beta

Honestly I don't have any "dislikes" at the moment. My experience with the platform and the vendors who choose to use it has been pretty seamless. I love it and highly recommend it to all my students.

I'm an affiliate marketer, so it's become an excellent solution for a variety of the products and services I promote. I'm loving it so far, and probably my favorite feature is the Marketplace where I can quickly and easily search and find new offers to promote.
