I like the fact that you can see all your referrals in one place as well as their email addresses. I'm someone who likes to go above and beyond with the services I recommend. Being able to follow-up with my referrals to see that they are getting the support they need is a great way to provide more value.
It's not a HUGE deal, but every month when I'm eligible for a payout, I have to log in to manually request the payout. It only takes a minute, but it would be more convenient if they'd just send the payouts automatically.
It allows me to easily get all the resources I need to promote a product or service and get paid for doing so. I also like that there are multiple products and services I promote that use Partnerstack. That way, I can get reports from multiple affiliate programs in one place.
I really like having a dedicated CSM at Partnerstack. They not only understand your business and goals (so you don't need to keep re-explaining yourself), they offer really tailored solutions to use cases you share with them. I had to share a review here because a few weeks ago our CSM Jenny received a BOOK of questions from me and she answered everything I needed in the same day. I was expecting at least a few day turnaround, but she was so attentive to our needs ❤️
There's some more features I'd love for them to build out; like fraud capabilities, and easier invoicing. But I'll be patient :)
We use Partnerstack for reporting on our partners and I really like that reporting can be shown for both all time and new customers as we track both. They also do all of our payments for billing for the different rewards systems we setup.
When it comes to promote affiliates PartnerStack is one of the leading platform. I like the feature to create customized affiliate links.
It's hard to use PartnerStack on mobile phone.
PartnerStack make it easy to refer marketplaces to my clients by creating customized referral links
As a user of PartnerStack, I appreciate how it is a centralized place to handle the entire referral program. It has the power and flexibility to create whatever sort of referral program you are planning.
Sometimes it is difficult to know where to find things within the interface—referral links and so on. There is a lot going on when you are a member of many different affiliate programs.
Affiliates are a great way to grow, but managing affiliates is a giant sinkhole for your time. Setting up a program using PartnerStack will save you time in the long run, with a time investment in the short run.
Integration, UX/UI, Customer service representative, marketplace, payment and reward structure, resource center, the messaging platform with automated messages that we can select for each group.
I wish we could see the other side of the marketplace. I would love to vet out affiliates and see their "scores" on their profiles to see what industry they are in, what their success has been while being an affiliate, and match rate, etc.
It has been easy to scale the affiliate program through Partnerstack, as I can manage 350 affiliates in an organized manner - in terms of messaging, resources, rewards, and engagement. We have learned a lot through the year running the affiliate program - and partnerstack is always very receptive to feedback.
The fact that it automates the payout process for your partners... Automate this part, and generally, you have happy partners!
UI could be a bit better though they did update a couple of screens in just the 1st few months of us using it. Also, they need to make it easier to name groups and clients internally that can't be seen by the client.
Partner Tracking, Who's most active. Partner payouts.
UX is great, payout works like a charm, and you're given a lot of material to help you sell their affiliate products.
Some of the affiliates do not let you send in referrals...meaning you MUST use the tracker link at all times to get paid.
Great way to streamline great products and the UX is much easier and payouts are much higher than companies like SharASale.
How easy it is to navigate, and the graphs to see progress!
As any platform, it's only as valuable as the information stored. I'd like Hawke to be more diligent in keeping it updated so I can see progress with my introductions. They said they are having issues with the CRM integration, so hopefully that gets fixed soon!
I never had a dashboard like this when receiving payouts from partners. I appreciate the transparency!
I use PartnerStack for Quickbooks Ambassador Program. It's very user-friendly and well structured, easy to navigate and to get to my goal, which is earning referral fees on Quickbooks subscriptions.
In my experience I had a few problems with a few referrals that were not automatically reported by the system. The customer service initially was not very responsive, but after a few follow-ups they solved the problem and apologized for the late response. What bothers me sometimes is that in the Message section I keep receiving promotional messages which somehow make it difficult to retrieve "important " conversations that are in between the multiple promo messages. I'd suggest to reduce the amount of promo messages sent to users
It's not really a problem rather PartnerStack is giving me an opportunity that before I've never had. It helps me making money by referring Quickbooks to my clients and earning commissions on their subscriptions. It's connected to PayPal which makes it very easy and immediate to transfer the money earned
I got an instant notification that I had a payout waiting for me. I was not aware that the merchant I promote switched Affiliate Program Managers (again), so I was grateful to get the notification to add my PayPal information in order to receive my payment.
No complaints, only had one transaction.
I like transparent messaging and notifications, and so far, that's what I've been getting from PartnerStack.
Simple and clear UX, very useful and fast platform
Not translate in spanish language, not have more payment gateway
The relationship with Aircall
The data about the number of clicks, referrals and paids that have been made through your link and the possibility of using multiples links.
The time it takes to receive a referral payment from the time the client paid (almost 2 months).
As a company, we have found a new way of receiving an income for something we were already doing.
Their team actually cares about the agency and not just the software partner. One of the overlooked areas, but critical for a partnership management/referral tool.
I dislike that you still have to have potential clients sign-up with a referral link or via a website form (proactively), especially with often more data-points than we even have on the potential customer.
We don't really get to pick PartnerStack as this is pushed on us from the software partner that we are reselling. Their platform allows us to manage potential leads for any given software. It's appreciated when multiple software companies that we are reselling use their software though so that we can manage this and payments from the SaaS companies in the same portal.
My favorite thing about PartnerStack to date has been my experience with their team. From sales to implementation to customer success, the overall experience has been very enjoyable. S/o to my people: Nikita, Geoff, and Stephen.
There are occasional functionality issues. The product is still evolving so this was expected.
As a one person team, PartnerStack has given me the ability to develop, launch, and scale my company's channel partner program. Having one location to manage all aspects of partner relationships, including: onboarding, compliance, education, communication, and payouts has been exceedingly helpful.
Commissions adapt to the user's Stripe plans as a user starts their trial, upgrade/downgrades, or comes back after churning.
Reporting is just the bare minimum. Partners are always curious about conversion rates of other steps in the funnel besides clicks and purchases.
Paying out partner commissions have been automated which saves a lot of time every month. Automated email sequences welcome and onboard new partners.
The thing I appreciate the most about Partnerstack is its ease of use and implementation, and constant improvements being made.
Even if it seems like a small thing, it's quite annoying: in the left panel, the "Messages" section, you can't tell if you have a new message. In order to see if you received a new message, you have to click on the label first.
We're using PartnerStack to increase the visibility of our product. Their Marketplace is a big bonus, we already reeive a lot of new affiliates from there.
It's a great platform that delivers some really useful functionality. Being able to set up applications for partners to apply to a program makes life super easy. Tracking referrals from partners and allocating relevant revenue share is all automated is awesome! Their Customer Success team are amazing!
The UI could do with a little work, but that said PartnerStack are deploying updates rapidly. They're also great at taking on feedback.
We're tracking partner revenue, paying partners when revenue is due and enabling potential partners to apply to our program!
It does pretty much everything we need, and partners seem to enjoy using it too. They're pretty constantly rolling out new features. Also, the team has been incredible and keeps me in the loop of new opportunities. Shout out to Geoff!
It's fairly expensive, and outside of features, there's some rough edges on the product. Particularly, some odd interactions like needing to refresh the whole thing to get new data sometimes, constantly prompted to take the tour even though I've been a user for almost a year.
We have a large network of agency and affiliate partners, sending a couple hundred referrals a month. PartnerStack got us out of spreadsheets and now I don't even think about the day-to-day logistics of the program.
Parterstack is flexible and allows team members to self-serve. The support team is great and usually sorts things out quickly.
Reward triggers are clunky to update; sometimes, the platform is buggy. Also, there is no way to exclude partners from triggers that have certain tags. User management is difficult, can't multi-select.
Referral tracking and commission payouts.
PartnerStack does an excellently job of allowing affiliates to easily see trends and help manage various partnerships.
There really isn't anything I particularly dislike.
Just the general issues of getting to know and getting used to a new piece of software when I first began using PartnerStack. But after a day or two of messing around, everything falls into place perfectly.
