I like that it is so easy to use and to personalize, creating a unique and useful tool, I also like that they are always bringing something new and are open to suggestions.

I'd like to see some additional languages in the coming future, that would make my organization a life long customer.

Well we're mostly used to using older management tools like those from Atlassian (Old and easy to get lost into). In Pipefy it is super easy to find what I am looking for.

Muito pouco tempo para usar o premium, até eu convencer o pessoal da empresa que o Pipefy pode ser realmente algo útil, já acabou o tempo. Por isso tenho começado por setores/processos pequenos e específicos. Lembrando que a empresa está completa de pessoas leigas e que não tem uma noção básica de gestão de processos.

O Pipefy tem ajudado aos funcionários da seguinte forma: manterem um "padrão" quanto ao comprimento dos fluxogramas de processos; responsável por cada etapa do processo estar por dentro do que está acontecendo e em qual "fase" estaria o trabalho em questão, sem ter que ir na mesa de cada um perguntar algo; padronização ao inserir informações, facilitando e melhorando a qualidade das informações aos que estão envolvidos nos processos; por último, mas não menos importante, aproveitamos para criar um registro de clientes, que não tínhamos antes.

I love the online virtual desk navigation to find my tasks and cards and manage people and their tasks and even setting goals for each worker. I can store all of my intellectual property right at my finger tips and it's portable. I don't have to be stuck in my office. It's terrific for travel and sharing tasks and duties to others

It can be a little confusing to navigate and I have to set reminders but sometimes yes they bugs and glitches and do not work or go off

Chaos! Lol. Seriously we have so many tasks that we manage at our firm and agency that some things fall through the cracks and some workers do not finish their tasks lose sight or lose trust in our customers. So I am seeing that this is a great tool to get us all on the same page and keep track of progress it also allows wonderful collaboration and team working that gets a lot of our work done faster with contribution with file added.

it's the best program for me to manage my IT workflow. it allows me to know what's going on and be in control of the integrated systems at all times and always is at my finger tips.

Although Pipefy is a great platform, there are certain areas where it could be improved. Pipefy represents our procedures, this allows us to avoid omissions, errors, to control the actions of each employee and to improve our procedures instantly

Contains a database for the location of bottlenecks that prevent the smooth running of processes. This way we can closely monitor that activity that is slowing us down, and solve the problem easily. I love the many workflow templates it has, it is very easy to make any project or work plan and they are very customizable, so we can adapt them to our company. It also has accounting functions such as purchase order management, accounting and invoicing, which allows us to keep better control of all project costs.

The update of the progress of the tasks is not entirely in real time, as it takes a long time to report these advances and make them visual for the entire work team. The fact that the payment is per user and not a global cost for the software is frustrating, as we would like more team members to be involved in the system and it is not possible due to the cost. I would like them to include more advanced features such as performance and time of activities, perhaps the Gantt chart would help a lot to better visualize the time of activities being performed and if they are behind schedule.

Thanks to Pipefy we can perform workflows quickly and easily and keep in order all the management of daily activities that are performed in the office, in different projects. The bottleneck search function is very efficient and we use it a lot, to detect any failure or slowness in the activities and be able to focus on them, so that no process is stopped or delayed. It contains a large number of customizable templates, easy to adapt to any project or process of activities that you want to start. It has important databases that allow to speed up the work, such as customer, employee, contact and bottleneck databases to detect activities that are delaying the work. Management of interviews, candidates and employee payroll, allows us to keep track of employees from their entry in the same software.

Pipefy can be used to digitalize processes, orchestrate basic processes with others service with APIs, create a MVP apps, and other applications.

Easy to use kanban style, editing is simple and effective, forms allow you to cross and double check information submitted. I specially like the permission functionality, since it allow different teams to access the appropriate information.

Saving changes can be a little complicated when you are not familiar with the "double save", so can be setting up dates. It would work best if saving would become integrating instead of having to double save as it is right now.

The tool is very friendly, easy to use, excellent visualization, very intuitive. It can be used for project management, process management, and even team activity management. The most significant advantage is that the user himself can make most of the settings himself due to the tool's ease.

I wish there were materials available for building dashboards. I missed graphical tools, even though we were told that Pipefy is developing this part

With Pipefy we can concentrate all project information in one place. Com o tempo, o preço em dólar começou a prejudicar. E algumas mudanças envolvendo preço tornaram ele menos em conta. Por exemplo, agora automações são cobradas (como automação no envio de e-mail, que antes faziam parte do workflow) e o módulo de BI que é cobrado adicionalmente.

Conseguimos criar fluxos internos de áreas, sem a necessidade de envolver o time de TI e de maneira rápida.

The beauty of Pipefy is that you can create any sort of process from scratch and get to manage it from the simplest of ways. From procurement, sales, recruiting or project management, Pipefy gets the job done. You get to attach documents, emails, set check lists and connect to other pipes, so it can make your life way easier.

Unless you have Zappier, it can be a hassle to make integrations with other apps. Although appis work well, you do need to be a programmer to do so. And some automations can be a little challenging as info tend to be bit hard do access at certain points of this process. Also, the reports generated from the native Pipefy system are not the best for decision making. Using different kinds of extra tools have gotten the job done at the moment.

The ease of creating different kind of processes and manage them in the best way possible. The tool is great and gives you an excellent picture of the flow of your process, constraints and checklist to make operational processes very easy to implement.

There is no problem that I'm solving with Pipefy because the only problem I had with this tool they are not able to fix it.
