We work with Magento powered websites and managed to easily integrate Post Affiliate Pro with all of them. The new Magento plugin which was released just a couple weeks ago makes it super easy to connect PAP with our systems. The setup is easy and the customer service team is there to help you as well.
Initially, when we wanted to test Post Affiliate Pro we weren't sure whether to go for it since they don't offer a free trial period. But decided to give it a shot and the decision was right. I believe they offer 30-day money back as well.

I'm blown away by Post Affiliate Pro support team. Their customer service agents are armed with HTML and PHP knowledge - everytime I want to get something done which requires certain knowledge of coding, I can get response through live chat. What company offers FREE developer support over live chat!? Haven't seen one yet. Post Affiliate Pro is my #1 choice for all things "affiliate". I've also referred it to many of our clients and partners.
From when I started to use the service, I've noticed that the prices went up. Fortunately this didn't apply for me since I signed up for the previous pricing.

Initially, the system seems a little hard to setup - there's a lot of information at once. However, once I navigated to the extensive knowledge base, which explained pretty much every problem that I needed to solve I was confident.
We wanted to create our own affiliate program with custom commission groups with special performing commission group for our long time partners.
PAP gives me the ability to create and customize my affiliate program. This is super, Very important to my business and main core of my sales. Since I have it my sales when of top at 1000% Thank you PAP

PAP gives you the ability to create and customize your affiliate program to your heart content. You can use the "language editor" to change anything you want inside your merchant or affiliate members panel. You can run pay per lead, pay per sale, and even pay per click campaigns on PAP. It is very robust and am continually been blown away by the amount of customization they allow us to do. And their customer support? Don't even get me started with that.... the best online period! They are there whenever you need them via live support or email.
So far, I haven't seen anything that I don't like with PAP. It meets and exceeds all my expectations. If you don't like the inside of your affiliate/merchant panel looks they can even customize it to suite your own brand. The only one tiny thing I think they can work on is to reduce the technical aspect of the system. Nowadays businesses are getting a lot more simpler and less technical to operate by using drag and drop WYSIWYG styles rather than reliance on HTML codes.
I am able to provide my affiliates with optimal customer support because my PAP is integrated with their LAdesk.com live chat service. I help my affiliates members with any question they have right inside their members area. Plus everything just WORKS. Affiliates commissions are tracked perfectly. I am able to provide training inside their members area with easy. My members are happy and so am I
The customizability and simplicity to use. I have had so much custom work done to make the system work the way I want it to work and each time has been a delight and only taken a few hours or days to complete. It is amazing how well support know the system and helps us.
At times I am a slow learner and find it hard to understand small nuances that could help me solve problems quickly. I don't really have a dislike of the software in any way. I would actually like to more wordpress plugin support to display stuff on our site, but it is fantastic!
Displaying information to our members on our website is our problem at the moment. The benefits are that the software is so easy to request or pay for modifications it is fantastic!

I enjoy the built-in automation capabilities as far as communication with our affiliates. It takes a lot of my workload off of me.
I dislike there isn't an ability to integrate with Zapier. I had to rework my onboarding process and actually don't use Post Affiliate Pro's application page due to the limited integration.
I wanted my affiliates to have more of a back office they could go to, to monitor their growth and have the basic tools they needed to perform well.
The support team behind PostAffiliatePro is hands down the best asset. They are basically always available over chat & email to resolve any issues. Compared to our previous affiliate system (iDevAffiliate) support is minimal & generally offline when they say they are online.
With hundreds of features & settings there is certainly a learning curve behind PAP. The user interface in general could be cleaned up a little as it feels a little dated/clunky.
PAP allows us to mostly automate our affiliate program. Commissions are tracked automatically, and automatically declined if the sale doesn't meet the automated hold period.
As somebody setting up an affiliate program for the first time ever, I *really* appreciated the fact that the support was always there and ready to help. I've messaged them maybe 20-30 times in total before I even purchased the tool, with various technical questions about setting the tool up or legal questions that I needed to answer for our ToS. The support team was very patient and helpful every single time. It's hard for me to comment on the features, as I've never used any other affiliate tool before. However, I found PAP to have all the features that I need.
I feel like there are certain parts of the tool where the UI/UX could be improved or certain help articles can be re-written for clarity. There were a few times where finding a certain feature (such as activating multiple currencies) was unintuitive for me. However, the support was always a click away, so this did not noticeably impact my experience in a negative way.

We needed genuine visitors to our UPM shopping site. We needed Affiliates to draw people to the site through their Referral links. We needed a transparent software that track clicks, signups, and sales and allocate rewards to Affiliates. Post Affiliates Pro did all for us. This is already enhancing our Affiliates and customers loyalty to our business.
I like the fact that they have thought of everything like all the collateral and links an affiliate would need, also a landing page for them out of the box, and various commission structures. The support is available 24/7 which is also helpful.
Any tool that has so many features is going to take some time to use them all.

The price of Post Affiliate Pro, at $97 per month, is too high compared to most specialized affiliate program management services. The Merchandise Management Panel does not integrate with fraud detection platforms.
Post affiliate pro features a convenient coupon handling system that makes it possible to track all of our affiliates' transactions that include them in their payment processes. It's great to be able to use our own custom banners.
It makes running an affiliate software simple. Once we demo our partner program using Post-Affiliate Pro, partners are eager to sign on because it's simple and transparent.
Some of the customizations is a lot more complicated than it should be. Editing landing pages and emails are tricky. It's not the main function of the software, so it's not a major issue, but it would be better if that improves.

Post Affiliate Pro has top-notch customer service. Each time I reach out, either through email or their excellent 24-hour live chat, I receive a quick and friendly reply. They even offered to help me change the font and colors on the affiliate sign up page when I couldn’t do it myself. That was a huge weight off my shoulders! The tracking software is very accurate. It is a little complicated for someone who is not a techie, such as myself. And I’d say it takes a little time to learn how to use it, but there are a lot of helpful tutorials to walk you through the process. In my experience, any questions left after watching them can be answered by reaching out to the online chat agent. All in all, I give Post Affiliate Pro high marks for their superb customer service and affiliate tracking software.
So far the email contact and live chat have worked well, but it would be nice to speak to someone from customer service on the phone if there is a problem that needs to be fixed right away.

Comparing to other alternatives, we found that Post Affiliate Pro offers more for less. We´re using just a few functionalities, but we know that more sophisticated ones are available as soon as we´ll need them. The support team has been very supportive since we submitted the first question.
We´re just starting to use it. No complaints so far, but a recommendation: The support would be even better if the same person would follow up , until closing the ticket.

The software works fine, when you learn how to use it, it's easy and seamless. And the best thing about PAP is very responsive and helpful customer support.
The panel can have a better UX, it's a bit hard to learn the functions at the beginning.
We're managing 200+ affiliates and it's work fine calculating the commissions and handling the payouts.

The UI isn't the best, especially when compared to more expensive programs such as Income Access or Net Refer.

I used Post Affiliate to launch my Networking business several years ago. Although I am not running that business at the moment, I HIGHLY recommend this software for your business! When I jump back into another business where I need software like this...I do not have to research anywhere else...Post Affiliate is my go to place!

I think the price is too overpriced, especially for a small affiliate programs like us with less than 200 affiliates and less than 50 sales per month. There should be a package for small medium affiliates companies
Cutting marketing costs while increasing sales, I am using the power of affiliate marketing for my business to increase sales. I don't have to worry about paying large sum of money to Google or Facebook ads since my affiliates are doing the hard job for me. Features for every type of business and affiliate user. Can be in depth or simple. Customer service was great, I really liked the integration team who set up and tested the tracking on my WordPress website. Also helped me customize the affiliate sign up page via screen sharing.

This product offers great flexibility that allows you to compromise various affiliate programs. We run a multi-tiered affiliate program and it has proven to be the lowest priced product we found that effectively runs a multi-level affiliate compensation structure. Customization was also fairly easy.
There is nothing much we dislike about the product. It would be great if tech support have live phone answering, but they do have live chat during business hours and they are also quite good at quickly responding to emails during non-business hours.

It is just not perfect to make mistakes. One of them is that it does not have support for a manual of its operation, it must include functions to make it complete and improve its visualization graphics, it is an excellent software.
