As Switzerland based company, for us, it is most important to always be able to get help on time, when needed, not only for us, but first and foremost for our clients. With Respond and their excellent Customer service we always got the help we needed with detailed information about the next steps. Also, we like the simplicity of the interface and how pratical and easy to use Respond is.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

Respond.io has many rich features but for our business, the one that stands out the most is the workflows feature. With this we are able to create very powerful workflows that seamlessly manage all our inboud messages and agent's workload, setting a system were we can easily guage the perfomance of our marketing campaigns and our agent's efficiency. Another feature will be how messaging integrates smooethly with Meta Ads, providing ways to better manage and optimise our campaigns

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

I think the level of permissions on users could be improved to porvide more flexibilty.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

How to manage lead responses to our campaigns and guage our agent's work efficiency. With the way Respond.io solves these two problems, we are able to get better conversions for our ads and pay our agents according to the work they put in.

"It is incredible how the platform is 100% stable"
What do you like best about Respond.io?

All the functions have been incredible, I have been a member of other platforms that some don't work at all and others sometimes crash, but Respond never. Implementation is simple. And the integrations are a little complicated but since I know the subject I don't have any problems, the support is great

The only thing I may not like is that it does not have WhatsApp QR

I recently worked on integrating Respond.io API documentation with a different website, despite not being a developer and having limited knowledge of coding. The technical support team at Respond.io went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently guided me through understanding the API documentation, taught me everything I needed to know, and helped me configure it with the other website. I reached out for help continuously over three days, and they remained patient and attentive throughout. I am truly grateful for their unwavering support and expertise. This experience has undoubtedly elevated my opinion of Respond.io's exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

Respond.io support is very responsive and helpful, manages to fix all configuration issues in real-time chat.

email/IMAP channel doesn't work with centralised form submission, all emails end up in 1 thread

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Respond.io to centralise all our various social media communication channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Line, Email, WeChat...) to create visiblity on all open communications with potential customers across our sales team. It greatly simplifies the communication with potential custoners via pre-configured message templates and allows smooth internal team handover & communication.
