Easy to blast clients. Easy to follow up Clients. No more missed follow up once conversation started.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

There is still a lot of feauture need to be added. One of them is to Stop Bot in the middle of Steps.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

To follow up Clients. To blast offer. To apply quick bot response 24 hrs.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

It integrates seamlessly with Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook messenger, telegram, and customizedchanels, you name it. It has AI now and it had become the main customer support channel in our agency. Also its ease of use helps our team to be connected every single day.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

I have Nothing worth mentioning at the moment.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convenience for the customer since WhatsApp is the app most often used to communicate.

I like the built-in AI assist. It's intuitive, and very helpful in tailoring responses.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

I would like to see the addition of a method, to delete messages, sent in error.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Respond I.O. provides, a way to communicate, and problem-solve issues with the client. Without direct telephonic, or voice conversation. It provides a more time-effective method, to solve the issue.

Respond has been a great addition to our workflow because it connects our teams and allows us to direct the right lead to the right person. It also seamlessly connects our platforms so customer service agents don't have to monitor them separately, saving us lots of time!

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

It would be good if we were able to attach image snippets directly to the quick replies. They are currently separate.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

The vast amounts of contacts you can keep. Also the intergrations are amazing. It has come to point that we do not only use to attract clients, but it also speeds up internal processes.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

Adding a contact could be made easy. I find it to be longer than it should.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead management, we can qualify a lot faster. Communicating to clients that are abroad, so it is borderless. Accessing various social media platforms to increase reachability of our leads.
