Respond I.O. provides, a way to communicate, and problem-solve issues with the client. Without direct telephonic, or voice conversation. It provides a more time-effective method, to solve the issue.
Respond has been a great addition to our workflow because it connects our teams and allows us to direct the right lead to the right person. It also seamlessly connects our platforms so customer service agents don't have to monitor them separately, saving us lots of time!
It would be good if we were able to attach image snippets directly to the quick replies. They are currently separate.
