So far, I can't think of any because it has consistently been delivering.
We are using WhatsApp with respond.io, making it so much easier for me to chat with my clients via WhatsApp and get quick results. The clients also find it very effective in getting their problems solved effectively.
Respond.io has many rich features but for our business, the one that stands out the most is the workflows feature. With this we are able to create very powerful workflows that seamlessly manage all our inboud messages and agent's workload, setting a system were we can easily guage the perfomance of our marketing campaigns and our agent's efficiency. Another feature will be how messaging integrates smooethly with Meta Ads, providing ways to better manage and optimise our campaigns
I think the level of permissions on users could be improved to porvide more flexibilty.
How to manage lead responses to our campaigns and guage our agent's work efficiency. With the way Respond.io solves these two problems, we are able to get better conversions for our ads and pay our agents according to the work they put in.
All the functions have been incredible, I have been a member of other platforms that some don't work at all and others sometimes crash, but Respond never. Implementation is simple. And the integrations are a little complicated but since I know the subject I don't have any problems, the support is great
The only thing I may not like is that it does not have WhatsApp QR
