What do you like best about Respond.io?

What I like best about Respond IO is the fact that it can serve as a channel for the Business and the Customer to connect. This allows felixibility for both parties, which is most definitely a convenient factor considering the fast-paced environment that we have right now.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

At some point, what I do not like about the current state of respond Io, however, is the part where we cannot edit or unsent the message once it is delivered. This should adopt much as how Viber, or other platforms does it.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

In terms of the problem-solving methodologies, Respond IO opens opportunities for different channels to connect in one line. What I would like to see someday is the optimized performance of the app which could help more consumers and business entities in the near future.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

This is very convenience support tool we used ever since we started. Before we use sms, whatapps but this respond io was very usefull and user friendly.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

So far on my experience on this respond io. I like everything designed on it. So I can't say any dislike because as i understand from the time we subscribe up to now there's a lot of improvement here.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have an issue on Contact Center Support hence, this Respond io resolved our issue. Because majority of Filipinos uses viber rather thank whatapps. So Viber is preferably used which serve as big help to our local support here in Phils.

Best part i can tell that its the very useful and productive software ,where we can can accelerate our buisness. if your buisness is global then i will suggest this software to mangae your customer interest.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

Time limit of 24hrs is most challenging part to get back to my users who are interested . we the user will suggest to rectify thios or advise on that option to work effectively .

Easy to set up. Excellent functionalities, I don't need to integrate anything else.

I have no complaints.I just want more flow options.

It helps me to communicate with my clients in one place, to have an updated database thanks to the tags. In addition, it allows me to save conversations as records.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

It has been a live saver for me and the company. We are always in touch with the customers through all the channels, 24 hours and the new App it is very convenient!

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

One of the downsides is the automatic responses. Customizing it has not been easy because it is always pending approval. Otherwise it is a great tool for the company.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit has been the 24-hour communication with all our customers and the possibility to assign conversations to different partners. It is an excellent tool for us.
