We have been using respond.io for a few years, and their support has always been outstanding. The software can scale to large orgnaisations but we as a smaller organisation also make very good use of it. Their support has always been very quick and effective.
In the beginning there are many options to configure your platform, but they provide good support with the youtube videos and support. You can begin simple and gradually enhance it as your organisation needs. The price might seem steep but for us it is worth it.
Direct communication with our clients. We provide helpdesk type support to our clients that use our software. We have automatized a large part of our proces and one of our main concerns was the support for our users. Respond.io enables us to provide support through various channels, making it easy for our clients to communicate with us and explainign their problem through voice, chat and also screenshots. They keep enhancing their features such as chat scripts/bots, widgets or more reporting/statistics tools for example.
I've used this platform for less than a year; I acquired a license because it had the best value-benefit ratio compared to other competitors I checked, like Wati.io The benefit of having many users without paying more per user is a great plus, especially for customer service teams. And finally, during the months my team and I have used the platform, we have seen it evolve a receive constant updates that improve it.
Even though they have great service, it is not 24/7. This is not a regular problem beacuase the platform rarely fails, but when I had an issue, since I live in a country with a different time zone, I had to wait for a while until receiving support.
Respond.io is the only interface I found that allows me to have multiple users and channels working simultaniously at a great cost. Now I can check which user is attending wich customer and the time the interactions lasted.
