Rocketlane has to be one of the most intuitive, user-friendly software I have worked with. Setup has been a breeze so far! I love the UI and ability to create templates for everything. Our once very manual onboarding process is about to become very automated!
So far we have not noticed any major downsides or dislikes. The product is ever-changing as they grow.
As our team is growing and we are bringing on more customers we need a tool that is easy to use and allows for our team to have a centralized location for everything. We are also trying to make it easier to communicate with customers and across multiple teams internally. Rocketlane will allow us to easily work cross functionally.
We can check the deadline of projects and if there is any delay from the client's end so we can mention it.
It is not available for mobile. If it is available we can track it through mobile also.
We can check how many hours we spent on one account this feature is very helpful for me.
A few things that I like very much about Rocketlane are, 1. The UI - Easy to use and navigate 2. The Customer Portal - You can keep your customer updated in realtime. They can access a separate portal to keep track of things 3. The ability to present the project plan to the Customer - There is a presentation option that lets you showcase your project plan to your customer right from the Rocketlane instance without having to prepare a separate PPT 4. Repository of Documents - All the collaterals can now be in one place.
It's not that I dislike it, but a couple of changes that I would like to see are as follows, 1. Storage limit is 25 MB at this point; it can be updated to, say a few GBs 2. Ability to create "View Only" kind of access (That doesn't consume your license) that can be given to people at the management level to check the reports/overview.
It's streamlining our Onboarding process big time!! It lets us create projects/tasks and helps all the stakeholders keep track of progress. The beauty of this is that you can assign tasks to the respective person responsible for taking them to completion.
The best part is the interface is user-friendly. Easy to use. All the project management tasks include keeping the record or connecting the customer. Everything can be done on one platform.
Sometimes the pages take a while to load.
I can record my whole work day in one place. I can easily manage my projects. It helps us to keep the Transparency between the agent and the customer on the project.
Rocketlane has been easy to implement which is ideal for a SaaS product looking to improve efficiencies in its own implementations. The team were great communicators and efficient in training the team. The product interface is clean and easy to navigate and has all the tools you could need.
As rocket lane grows, it would be good to see more flexibility in user interface customisation and further integrations with calendar/mail/ tasks.
Our clients will have a much clearer path to achieving their implementation goals through centralised information and transparency of task allocation and time lines.
Simple to navigate UI Easy to configure links via Zapier Simple setup of project implementation templates with dependencies via Gantt charts Ability to organise and update tasks via Kanban style board.
Save/autosave functionality in the project template creation takes some getting used to (it's the only area that doesn't autosave) No customisation of email notifications presentation/wording at present.
We've been able to give our clients much-improved transparency when running projects. Clients can see what's overdue, what's being asked of them now, and what to prepare for over coming weeks.
Rocketlane is a great tool that has helped bring structure and organization to our customer onboarding process. Our customers respond well to the collaboration facilitated by Rocketlane, and we get great feedback on the transparency in our projects. Also worth mentioning is that the Rocketlane team is super helpful and responsive. Overall a very positive experience that I would definitely recommend.
Remember to hit save after editing templates, and also, sometimes you need to refresh after you have made changes; both are minor issues.
Rocketlanes is now the place where all our onboarding processes live
I like the fact that the whole onboarding process becomes extremely transparent and the portal is easy to navigate.
There are product flow lags which hinders the experience. This can easily be overlooked though.
1. Faster and frictionless onboarding 2. Transparency 3. Setting better milestones
I really liked the UI and design of rocket lane
What i dislike is not giving us the option for updating template over existing template.
It solves the problem for managing daily tasks in scrum and managing the project in a efficient way.
Multiple projects handling, setting goal for your timelines and tracking individual task for the assigned person and looking at your plans on the daily basis is something I like from rocketlane.
Nothing specific everything in the rocketlane is perfect for a new organization or an established organization to look forward for the growth and success. Thank you.
Multiple projects handling is something rocketlane handles and tracking of your goals and timelines are something important for an organization to grow in the competitive world
