The deployment part takes too much time. Every time we make some change we have to remove and add the same component again.
It is helping our client with the customer query solving by chatbot as well as case assignemnt using omni channel. Also we have integrated 360 CTI with salesforce whose auto calling facility benefiting our client.

Some things work in Classic and some things work in lightning which is the most important drawback of this platform.

The governer limits is the issue for the bussiness solutions when we are working to handle lots of users.
