E-mail functionality, automation tools like workflow. Easy to learn and implement the requirements. Easily accessible. Can be integrated with external systems. One of the best cloud platform in todays era. Many of IT orgs started practices in IT.

Lot of API dependency ... We can build Salesforce payment gateway instaed of calling other gateways...
Server maintenance not required, data security is there... Singale platform where we can do multiple things
Easy to operate even sales guy can use. Drag and drop to create complex mathods.
Several limitations need to flow while coding in sfdc platform. Apex limit is the major dislike

Daily life problem and everything it is helpful
It is easy to learn and use. Even for those who are using it for the first time. Customizable dashboards, customer engagement tools, lead tracking, task management and Einstein analytics are the best features.
They are so many features in one platform ecosystem. For big companies, it is very good but for small companies it is expensive.
Stay on top of customer business, Dashboards look fresh, Lighting console for tasks management, Sync up with email integrations. App exchange is the most important feature for Salesforce offers
I like the streamline of integration for slack and salesforce
Nothing yet. I havent found anything that is troublesome.
Organization
I love the reports and dashboards that I can create in salesforce, I can visualize numbers very well for the executive team. Salesforce has many features that tend not to be used just because we don't know about them.
Sometimes it is hard to get along with Salesforce; more helpful videos would be nice on how to create Dashboards and create reports. How to pull data based on what we need.
Nothing so far; if we have any issues with Salesforce we forward our concern to our client and then it will be forwarded to the in house salesforce support team.
It's easy to use, and the information is easy to gather and digest. Overall I have been able to better organize my own sales pipeline a whole lot better with the organization's capabilities and lists to collect leads from.
Sometimes Salesforce can be glitchy and take forever to load. However, I don't find this to be a huge issue, but it always takes more time than necessary which can be problematic.
It's solving the ability to manage a sales pipeline more efficiently by helping stay on top of due dates, follow-ups, close dates, next steps, storage of any and all communication, and managing forecasted revenue.
Ease to integrate with other platforms. The APIs are very easy to use. Easy to create workflows.
Nothing comes to my mind as such. I have never faced any problems while using The platform
We use sfmc and sfdc for few of our clients for different use cases.

Complex in implementation. User training needed for new employees
Process cycle easy and TRUE order in an organization.
Ability to mold the available software as per your organizational needs & add features quickly & effectively without affecting the process flow, low downtime & high level of analysis available to measure performance on multiple KPIs
Front-end UI can be made a lot snappier & aesthetically pleasing, also updating the status of leads to opportunities & eventually to trading codes takes too long at times due to server lag, which can be looked upon as a pivot for improvement
Salesforce has helped streamline the entire client onboarding process, thereby eliminating the need for multiple mail threads & delays due to the approval process; it has also helped in keeping track of potential opportunities & clients, thereby automatically creating a very usable pipeline
