I love how Salesforce can assist in helping companies to understand and serve their customers. It is the best tool I have used and continues to improve every year.
Nothing at the moment. It can be expensive for some companies, but I think with proper use and integration can surely pay for itself.
My main use in my current role with Salesforce is to build reports for leadership, and knowing that it can be used as a single source of truth allows for the data to be useful and accurate.

the most useful thing i found is configuration. most of the requirements are completed only by configurations, zero code platform. we have the objects and fields. even we can customize the platform accourding to the our requirement. we can give the security.
i did not found any dislike that much of. only at time of customization we have some limitations over some functionalities. that might be a future enhancement we have.
there is a business which provide a service to customer. so they have different vendors frm which they deal with. so all data is partitian between these vendors. so salesforce gives us functionallity to integrate with all these vendor system and collect all data on salesforce platform. to easily access , manipulate the data
The best thing I like about salesforce is: It is flexible and compatible with all third party application it will give me seamless experience. and second thing is security model and that salesforce trust thing with customers.
Complexity for beginner in starting salesforce seems to be complex. Sometimes salesforce platform get slow at some times Cost is little bit higher side Support salesforce have a good reputation for customer support, but it can be difficultto get in touch with a support sometimes.

Salesforce is a BEAST of a platform that can really do anything you can imagine. It has capabilities to be useful for any size or type of business, and you're really only limited by your imagination! There is so much customization available and incredible built-in analytics tools. The best part is that once everything is set up & customized, it's fairly intuitive for our end-users to interact with in meaningful & impactful ways.
Initially there is SO MUCH Salesforce can do, it can be difficult to know where to start or how to customize it for best usage overall. Luckily Trailhead has amazing learning resources to make it less intimidating.
We have call center tools like Cisco, Omni, and InGenius integrated with our Salesforce so we can have everything we need to be able to access our customer records and document every interaction. This makes interactions easy - both with our customers and between departments. It's at the heart of our workflow and it makes our remote teams able to follow up on each other's work seamlessly.
