Robust services in Europe and very freiendly and efficient support staff.
They brag about their sPanel control panel. It does almost everything the major web hosting panels do but it is just not for me.
They have provided a comprehensive service for me and my customers.
ScalaHosting customer support is perfect, fast responses and never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. Pricing is great and it was very easy to implement to my existing systems.
Haven't yet ran into any, all experience's so far are extremely positive.
Scalability
They are always available to assist and you can run your hosting business without any issues of downtime. I have never had a downtime with scala. All issues i have raised with them have always been resolved within minutes. I have been a loyal customer for them for 4 years and i have not been dissapointed. They also give grace period to pay up your invoices.
Their Spanel is good however its still a work in progress i had to revert to cpanel.
They offer reliable servers which are safe from malware attacks unlike other providers which i have used before. They are also trying to lower the costs of web hosting through offering an alternative web hosting panel which seems to be a very good alternative though its still have some work which needs to be done. They also have support team always on standby which is rare from most of the service providers which i have used.
Receiving a prompt, positive response when having a question or issue is very important, particularly when working with live ecommerce sites and is a major consideration when choosing a hosting partner. I moved the 90+ websites I manage across to ScalaHosting almost two years ago after receiving a less than satisfactory service from the previous hosting company. It's a decision I've never regreted and has really been benefitial to my business. The migration was really well managed, with ScalaHosting doing all the heavy lifting. It went without a hitch. Technical issues resolve promtely
I'm almost at a loss for words because of the exceptional service I have had with them! First of all, they don't seem to do the bait and switch that most companies do. What they advertise as the price of hosting is what you pay, not some teaser rate, knowing that you won't want to move. But their rates are better than most of the other companies being advertised, so why play games. Just start here and stay here! Second and this is why I am so impressed with them, the support I've gotten from them is better than I've ever had at any hosting company. I've talked with the same person George T. on a few occasions and first off, he knows their product. He knows enough to give suggestions and ways to improve upon what I was trying to do. Second he follows through, no sending a ticket and waiting for days and having to contact them six more times... I had a minor issue and he looked into it. Informed me that what I wanted to do would require them to make some changes on the server I was on. He stated that he would look into it offline (I was live chatting) and then get back to me when it was completed. Get this! He followed through with exactly what he said he was going to do. I didn't need to submit additional tickets. He made a note of what I needed and made sure it was done. Thirdly, they make it easy for me to change and grow. I wasn't sure what I wanted initially so signed up for a low plan just to test the water. It worked better than expected, so when I wanted to change plans they made it easy to do so. While I can generally hold my own with technical stuff, I don't want to do it. I know I can trust them to maintain what I need in the background, so I can focus on my business and not be worried about learning security and how to deal with spammers and hackers.

While the cost has increased once over the last years I have been with them the cost is still better than most others. The support is always there and does an incredible job. The servers are fast and easy to work with and the sPanel saves a lot since it replaces cPanel and the huge cost of it
I'm having a difficult time thinking of anything that I dislike about Scalahosting, I guess the only thing that would make it better is if the prices were lower but that is the case with everywhere.
I moved to Scalahosting a long while back because the previous hosting company would not even talk to me about Cloudflare, which I use for multiple reasons. Scalahosting supports Cloudflare integration. They also provide their special sPanel that works just as well, if not better than cPanel, without the cost.
i like that scalahosting has never let me down in terms of service or support. everytime i ask about something, they always have a satisfying answer that does not just push it off as something else or an excuse.
i'd like to see scalahosting to grow bigger and have more locations, maybe have some cdn type options

Incredible tech support! From my last web host, they have grown to the size where they outsourced their tech support and it went downhill from there. What took months to resolve or never got resolved Scalahosting resolved in 2 days!
Hmmm, the lack of the ability to edit the Mod Security but you can contact them and they will do it for you. The other small issue is the online HTML edit doesn't have a visual and code only. This is not a big deal because I use an editor on my laptop but it would be nice if I was out of town and had to work from another computer or even my phone.
Fast, good tech support. You can even pay extra to have them monitor your websites and take care of the problem before the customers notice. Another example is when I accidentally deleted a website and closed the account they were able to restore it within minutes.

Well, I can not tell indeed because I don't know Anything I disliked about them for 15 years , but for me it's the prices.
The advises made by billing department to upgrade my package, they recommend the best for me , one of my packages was old (since VPS starts), they recommend switching to new package with same price, without their advise I could end-up with less cores and less spaces
