Also you can create Looker Studio dashboard and it make your job easier and looks proffesional.

I have just one suggestion for rank tracker reports. I used to use Unamo, and with Unamo, you can export your rankings daily medium. In that way, you can calculate average and median ranking or you can find anomalies.
