There isn't much to dislike with this service, as most of the core features work pretty well. Although I would appreciate the ability to optimize multiple images simultaneously when bulk optimizing images in a WordPress website.

ShortPixel is one of the best plugins I've used for WordPress. While most plug-ins do roughly the same thing, this one seems to give the best results not only in compression, but also in pagespeed delivery.

The credits and costing can be a little more complex than some of the free plugins / unlimited use plugins that are newer to the market. But performance-wise, this is still a staple in my toolbox.

ShortPixel optimization really comes in handy on sites where we have multiple administrators who don't understand image pre-processing. This way, we don't have to worry about whether or not they resize, compress, etc...
