I like that SurveyMonkey is easy to use and it's easy to quickly set up a survey, even with different question types. I also like that it is easy to share the survey with others. As a recipient of a SurveyMonkey survey I like that it's easy to read and easy to navigate.

I dislike that you have to pay to have more than 10 questions as well as to have any type of question logic. I wish a few more options were available with the free account. The paid version is somewhat expensive for personal use.

You can send it through a link, edit the survey, and see how the survey will look as a surveyor.

Sometimes the link gets glitchy or you cannot send reminders to people to take the survey.

You are able to send it to different groups of people to get a more accurate response.

Survey Monkey is the leading free survey platform that helps many organizations create and analyze surveys. We can make use of Survey Monkey’s tools which enable us to create surveys quickly and get meaningful reports. It also helps us to complete the survey using templates and post them on various social media platforms.

Survey Monkey does not allow customization for form/design for the free plan. It could not send reminders to just individuals, not an entire group, and could not sort receipts by date sent. UX needs some improvement. It does not integrate well with other Survey programs.

We can generate statistical and analytical reports to analyze Survey Monkey’s results and apply filters on the question, location, custom variables, etc. we can export raw data in Spread format and reports in commonly used formats.
