nkey is the ability to use 5 rating scales and open-handed questions.
Survey monkey helps my training participants to do self-evaluation of their skills acquired through training.
The free and basic versions are great for those one off basic company surveys that you run with internal staff. For more advanced surveys to your customers look at the paid plans to get the most features like branding and deeper reporting / insights.
Lack of deeper custom branding depending how how much customisation you need.
Survey monkey allows me to run quick to build and easy to fill out surveys to gain information and insights from internal enployees in relation to projects or in preparation for projects.
It take less time to get it filled and get complete information.

There isn't much I don't like, I think it's a great program to use! Very easy!
Being able to capture multiple opinions on work items or to obtain information we need to collect more data from staff.
The best thing I like about SurveyMonkey is the ability to create surveys, assessments and questionnaires with many options and tools. I also like the draft page where you can create one and get back to it later.
I do not have anything that I dislike about SurveyMonkey, but what I think room for improvement is needed is the plan. Make a plan that is suitable for small teachers and leaders that is rarely conducting tests.
SurveyMonkey team is working on providing a lot of options and tools to help us create the best surveys and questionnaires. They are also focusing on making the test more reliable.
