SurveyMonkey is perfect for any simple survey you need to create. We use SurveyMonkey to gauge how our customers feel about their shopping experience. Everything is easy to use.
The only drawback of survey monkey is it feels slightly limited. There aren't too many customization options. Otherwise, SurveyMonkey fits all our surveying needs.
SurveyMonkey helps us get user experience information. Because SurveyMonkey is trusted and well-known, we seem to get the most survey responses from customers when reaching out to them with SurveyMonkey
Survey monkey is easy to use and has many capabilities for customization and analysis of answers received.

There isn't much I don't like about SurveyMonkey. The integrations are all top notch and allow me to easily post to all of our social channels in order to capture the info we intend to.
We originally chose survey monkey to gather additional information about attendees to the conferences we host. We now use it for so much more than that including integrating it into our newsletter which goest out to our customers on a monthly basis.
Quick, reliable and professional looking. Survey Monkey is a fast and easy way to distribute a survey to a large group of people and review feedback in an organized manner.
Design wise, there's not much to it and sometimes I feel like there's less engagement becuase it's just a 'generic looking survey'. But if you like fast, easy and to the point; you've come to the right survey generator!
We use surveys for AARs. After action reviews. This way we can survey a mass of our people and get their input while comparing it to see what we can improve upon and what we're doing well.
As a Marketing professional, easily attainable feedback is critical to our team's efforts. Survey Monkey allows us to collect data for our ongoing marketing research and strategic planning. We use it for internal and external use!
I truly don't have a lot of dislikes when it comes to Survey Monkey! However, there are instances where I've had a tough time getting individual feedback to populate on the reports. I can usually figure it out in the settings.
Easy-to-use, quick to assemble and time-saving functions that allow our team to conduct ongoing marketing research for both internal and external purposes. We continue to find success and use all of our feedback for strategic planning purposes.

It is extremely user friendly. The setup process for your survey is relatively fool proof and there are numerous options for how you wish to set up. I have used this to help with both business and personal reasons.
It would be beneficial if you could embed your surveys in a wider variety of platforms. For instance I have not been able to embed it on a website for a permanent duration of time.
Survey Monkey helps me to obtain data that can be difficult to talk about. For instance, if I have to gain the opinions of board members, take votes, or make difficult decisions and want the input of those involved, this allows me to do so without putting anyone in an akward position.
SurveyMonkey is so easy to use and intuitive. Over the past few years, it has built in a lot of great features to help build surveys. It is easy to use, easy to interact with, and really quick to build.
For what I use it for, it's great. My biggest complaint would be the number of users that can be signed in at once. There is a huge gap between allowing 2 or 3 users and then bumping it up to 4. I wish there was an option to add another user for like $10 a month.
We use SurveyMonkey for a number of initiatives including Voice-of-the-Customer research, internal satisfaction surveys, gathering client success metrics like NPS, CSAT, etc., and general inquiry from our target audience.
