The support is absolutely the best thing about WhatConverts. They blow their competition such as Callrail out of the water with their level of service and knowledge.
Nothing, it's been a good experience so far
They solve a big reporting issue for us as their platform tangibly allows us to show our clients the value we bring them on a month to month basis!
The support team at WhatConverts is amazing - they helped get me onboarded and assisted with queries regarding the platform and beyond. It achieves everything I want in this type of tool and more.
Nothing as of yet - I think that the pricing is reasonable and they have various options to suit different situations.
It is providing us with reliable call and form tracking capabilities, that allow us to have better attribution for Google Ads campaigns, that feedback into the platform for offline conversion tracking.
The outstanding support and level of technical expertise in answering support questions. Platform is very stable and reliable and very feature packed.
The ability to provision call tracking numbers via API
Because of the easy to use API and integrations, we use WhatConverts as our default platform for all lead tracking and reporting.
How helpful the customer service reps are, especially Kit!
I can't think of anything that I dislike about WhatConverts.
They are helping me audit calls to make sure companies are getting the best possible leads.
I spoke with Breia John from WhatConverts about a specific problem I had with Google's Looker Studio integration and in about one hour they were able to prescribe a solution that was exactly what I needed, all within one email. Their hardwork is appreciated!
A few of their FAQ pages are old. I recommend submitting a ticket if you run into an issue.
WhatConverts allows our team to track leads with comprehensive filters to breakout form, messaging, phone call and other lead data.
The most helpful thing is the leads tracking. I work in the marketing agency where it's really hard to track leads but with Whatconverts we can track every campaigns including SEO leads. SEO leads have been a pointpoint cause a lot of our clients aren't able to see those reports. With WhatConverts we can even generate a ROI on SEO which has improved our work and opened a lot of doors.
It breaks sometimes. But only sometimes the dashboard freezes especially if the client had over 500 leads. Usually I'd say it works really well in 90% of the cases.
Two biggest problems we had with our marketing campaigns it was tracking SEO leads, filtering spam and junk leads and calculating ROI on all of our campaigns. With new lead intelligance WhatConverts assured we are able to filter the junk leads easily, and we can set up tracking numbers on our SEO projects to track organic leads from both Google search and GMBs.
The team is very resonsive when issues or questions come up! I also love how it helps our agency track results for our clients and we can gain insight into exactly what has been working best for them with our marketing efforts.
I would love to see it integrate with more back ends of websites as seamlessly as it does for wordpress. Everything else is super simple and straightforward! Go WhatConverts!
Solving lead attribution from forms or calls from our clients campaigns. Helps show real ROI and what is working vs. what isn't. Reporting is also very clear and helpful.
WhatConverts provides transparency for both internal agency team members and customers. It bridges the gap between anonymous conversion data and tangible client results, allowing us to gain call transcriptions of the actual leads we sent to clients. This means we can optimize our content with voice of customer information and base our pricing on the actual value we bring to clients.
Honestly, not much. Some integrations with WooCommerce can be tricky to manage. It would be great if there was a more plug and play method or an updated tutorial to support with integrations.
CallRail was giving us huge issues when it came to GA4. With WhatConverts, there was a simple connection that needed to be made, and it has worked reliably ever since.
The custom support, whenever we face any problems they are quick to help us figure it out the best solution for us, making a complete difference.
It is hard to start getting used to the platform, I believe that a "academy" would help out beginners to get familiar with WhatConverts
API & integration, tracking leads, new applications to make our use better, they are always helping us out to provide the best customer experience for our clients.
Clear for our team to see campaign results, clear for our clients to see metrics and ROI, supportive assistance when needed, and useful for keeping our projects on track to client goals.
Nothing, it's honestly awesome. I haven't stumbled on anything I don't like or find useful.
ROI for clients, success of campaigns, lead attribution, the disconnect between marketing efforts and what happens to those leads after the client receives them, and clear analytical data.
We converted all our customer lead tracking from CallRail to WhatConverts over six months ago and have been very happy with it. The customer service is very fast an responsove, and they have the patience to work through any issue that may arise. Our clients really appreciate being able to know immediately where each lead came from, and the call trasncriptions help all of us to monitor the quality of the leads and the quality of our client's sales conversations. The autaomted reporting that we are able to send out weekly and monthly is a nice deliverable that helps us demonstrate our value as an agency.
The onboarding could have been a little smoother; the integrations with GoHighLevel software is not as easy as WordPress.
Lead attribution is tricky without a lead tracking software. We want to know where each lead is coming from so we can tell what's working. The call transcriptions/recordings help us to understand what the clients needs help with in their customer service conversations.
WhatConverts aggregates all leads and actually allows you to qualify them. With other platforms, you don't know which leads are good or bad, but with Whatconverts you can attribute lead value and actually make steps towards increasing those ones, rather than including the leads that aren't helpful to the business.
We have run into a handful of tracking issues. In this scenario, the technical details behind adding the tracking info in the backend of wordpress has sometimes lead to mistakes by our team, (usually me), that could otherwise be prevented if there was less steps or greater clarity.
Aggregated leads with sales value and actionable steps for us to be able to recreate said leads for our clients. Also a huge value add is being able to re-digest those leads in other platforms such as Google Ads.
Whatconverts is not only a great platform with sophisticated capabilities for call (and text) tracking, but the support team is phenomenal. Whenever our team has a question or issue, we receive a thorough reply within minutes, often including videos and detailed explanation on what we're seeing. I find their support to be as valuable as the tool itself!
Sometimes there are issues with phone numbers being available for specific area codes, though I'm unsure how this can be avoided.
Showing call leads value to our clients from search engines and their website.
WhatConverts really helped me get a grip on my marketing and work out what works and what doesn't. Their customer service is unbelievable and are always there to to help within minutes. I highly recommend WhatConverts!
I don't have any downsides. Any issue I have ever had has been dealt with by the customer services department.
I know exactly what is and isnt working with my marketing. That has allowed me to invest heavily in what works.
WahtConverts gives us accurate data on lead attribution and gives our clients great insight into their sales staff. We recommend it to every client.
Would love more updates from the development team when new features are added.
Tracking with accuracy the entire customer journey, not just first-touch or last-touch. It's way more accurate than Hubspot!
Customer service is available to help us with our specific needs.
Sometimes it's not as intuitive as I'd like it to be.
Provides phone numbers for our different marketing sources; tracks leads / incoming calls; provides information on specifics about those calls that are essential for our business
Truly track marketing spend real time - Best tool I have used EVER - And the support team are an amazing group - Love talking to them - They are patient and always happy to help
Perhaps that we had to do our own development to link Servicem8 with whatconverts but this is understandable and we could make it the way we see fit
Track my return on marketing spend and where my leads come from - It shows what marketing does not work so I can stop that and move marketing money to what works
Easy to use, easy to navigate, great and speedy help desk! Everyone in my company knows that if they just message the help desk, you'll get a fast and knowledgable reply!
I can't think of anything I dislike about WhatConverts
Mapping issues I am having with a Contact Form
They have an amazing Customer Service. I reach out for help almost every single week and they always fix my problem + tell me what the problem was. Thank you Francisco for all the help !
Nothing they are amazing. I am based in New Zealand so the time difference is not ideal but there's really nothing bad to say about them :)
It helps me figure out if our Google Ads Campaign are working.
Determine lead source/medium and seeing which channels produce the most leads.
Occasional inconsistencies with conversions across different platforms.
What marketing channels produce the most leads. This allows us to allocate marketing budget appropriately.
WhatConverts is so easy to use and just works
I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.
My clients are getting more leads because I am using their Google Ads integration and it works well with Zapier
I am always beyond impressed with the customer service and general company culture! You can always tell when communicating with the support team that the culture and overall vibes of the company are exactly what you want in a happy and successful team!
The pricing of the platform (particularly the new pricing they silently launched a month or two ago) has 10x'd what their previous offerings were. It was a bit of a shock, but was relieved by support team to find out that they are grandfathering in existing accounts to their old pricing model.
WhatCoverts helps tremendously with the accountability of my agency, but more importantly accountability of our clients. Our clients know that we see far deeper into their marketing performance rather than just "the number of leads we sent you" and they know that they are just as accountable to grow their business (specifically convert leads into customers) as we are accountable to get them leads.
From the moment we installed the code and our first lead came through, we were able to see the value of the tracking capabilities and speed to insights. We're now able to attribute what channels and campaigns work well without spending hours digging and deciphering Google Analytics and other tools while still having the uncertainty of the actual original source.
The demo showed all the features which we love and saw great value in, but I didn't realize that some of them only came with the highest-tier subscription so we ended up spending more than we expected but it was still worth it.
Speed and visibility to where our leads are coming from with more accuracy and confidence. Because of this, we're able to know where we should invest more and where we need to optimize or cancel without the guesswork.
WhatConverts is extremely easy to use, it works extremely well and their support is available in a moments notice. Will recommend to anyone looking for a call tracking software. Speaking of service Sam from WhatConverts has been instrumental in helping our team learn WhatConverts ins and outs.
I don't dislike anything. They do a phenomenal job at addressing issues extremely quick, and communicate when these occurrences happen. Support is extremely quick to respond, and they always want to help. 10/10
WhatConverts provides us with the ability to track incoming call data to our clients businesses. Giving us the ability to track real ROI that we are generating for our clients.
The customer service is beyond amazing and they help with ensuring all technical setup is correct. Many integrations are easy to configure and when an integration is out of the norm the WhatConverts team helps to configure it.
This is not a flaw, but since WhatConverts only reports/tracks leads you must integrate it with a reporting platform to see the full performance of online marketing campaigns.
We are easily able to track leads back to campaign sources and optimize campaigns for conversions based on the user's journey.
The integration of leads and call tracking and the customer support!
As of right now, I don't have any complaints
Solving the quality lead issue
WhatConverts is the best lead tracking platform in the marketing industry. They are always willing to provide support and are very helpful
No major downside. The reporting can sometimes be a bit cumbersome, but they are always there to provide support to ensure we get the data we need.
They are always improving and looking for ways to make it better. They ask for feedback and legitimately try to implement suggestions that can make the platform better.
If you're looking for a solid tracking platform, WhatConverts is a logical and very cost-effective choice. You get comprehensive call/form/chat/event/more tracking, but what truly separates WC from the competition is the unparalleled level of support. Whether it's John, Max, Francisco, Michael, etc. on the WC support team, you always get a warm voice on the other side of the call (or email) that's always happy and willing to go the extra mile. I work for an agency, and I cannot tell you how many times our team has had to lean (sometimes very heavily) on the WC support team, only to have our expectations exceeded over and over again! They make my job -- and that of my colleagues -- infinitely easier because of what they do! UPDATE: More than 15 months after having left this review, my opinion of WhatConverts has only improved! In that time, not only have the features of the platform expanded -- the owner has even taken it upon himself to ask us what features we'd like to see implemented -- but the technical expertise of the support team seems to have only gotten better. Unbelievable! My agency will never leave WhatConverts as long as the platform is around.
This is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but initially, we had some recommendations for the WC team for how to improve their overall interface to include more features. The dashboards we were provided did the trick, but we needed more insight to be able to really dissect what was going on behind the scenes for our clients. Rather than dismiss our suggestions, the WC team took them under advisement and recently reached out to us with news that they were inviting us to try out their new beta-version dashboard!
We rely on WC every day to give us the most insightful data for every one of our clients. We use call, form, and chat data to give our clients a visual story of how their campaigns are performing, where their engagements are coming from, and how the quality of those engagements is contributing to overall ROI.
Being able to easily see lead type, source/medium, and if qualified or not.
Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) connector is a bit slow to load month by month leads for past year like we do for our clients. I think it could be faster somehow compared to other connectors with a lot of data, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Where the goog leads are coming from, single source of truth for all clients, shows what is working and what isn't.
The interface is intuitive and provides a lot of useful information on a single screen.
The billing is less intuitive but it's not a big deal.
Greater insight into where our customers are coming from.
