WooCommerce is easy to setup and import products from an existing platform such as Shopify or Magento and it is easy to customize with existing plugins or a little bit of coding. WooCommerce is simple to integrate into almost any WordPress theme with a few lines of code. As with any WordPress product, the community is the best part. Almost any feature you can imagine already exists thanks to the developers in the community. YITH has an impressive portfolio of plugins.
Shipping options out of the box aren't great, but the third-party plugins have enough power for any kind of business. WooCommerce does take some time to setup properly for localization and taxes, but the toughest thing for people that I have noticed is getting the images for products to look good. The settings for the WordPress need to match the theme functions and that can be a little tricky for people with less experience.
Ecommerce doesn't need to be expensive, WooCommerce is probably the cheapest and easiest for business owners and other non-tech people to use.

I can't really say I dislike anything about the product. Every time I come across something that might be a hinderance, it's resolved in an upcoming release. If there was anything though, I would say it could use some improvement on the templating engine.

For the same reason, you name any requirement it either has an addon already built by the someone in the community or there would be many to help you in making one.
As I have been dedicatedly been working only this eCommerce platform, I have not many dislikes about the product itself. But because of this popularity, collateral damage is that there is a lot of clutter and noise of addons and plugins associating with the product; screening through to get the best output is a task.

I have used it for selling physical products to managing appointment for doctors. Subscriptions and Digital goods are also simply setup in a breeze. Free. You can get up and running at no upfront cost aside from your time. If you need something, you can usually get a plugin that does something similar if not exactly what you want. The service or rather the community around it are pretty good. We had a client want to offer a membership community but their budget was small. So we used WooCommerce and setup an integration using webhooks and it worked fabulously. We even used the webhooks to send requests for user signup to another site and that worked great as well. I also am using WooCommerce in an integration with Printful. You can list products for sale, and then when purchased, the info gets automatically sent to Printful and they will print and ship the item for you. They have the integration with WooCommerce all set up so it was mostly point and click to set it up.
A bit harder to setup that Shopify. You can't take credit cards unless you get another add on service. If you want something that is not in the theme, you would have to develop it in a Wordpress theme yourself. This is fine but for the face that there are often collisions between Wordpress plugins and themes and fixing them usually consists of turning off things one at at time.
You can sell something online in less than a day. That is pretty powerful. And did I mention it is free?
The WooCommerce baseline product has a great feature set that makes it possible to enable a highly customizable e-commerce shopping cart for your Wordpress site quickly and easily. The paid add-ons (e.g. USPS zip code API integration) are reasonably-priced and a great value considering the available functionality.
While a lot of themes and plug-ins make a point to call-out woocommerce compatibility (which is awesome), it seems those that do not go out of their way to do so, have trouble integrating and "playing nice" with the product (e.g. in terms of page layout, etc.). Not to say that you can really fault woocommerce or other third parties for not being completely cross-compatible, it's just something to note, as it can be frustrating when rolling woocommerce into an existing site/WP install.

Lo que menos me gusta es que está limitado en cuanto a opciones propias y tienes que ayudarte de otros plugins por ejemplo para crear pasarelas de pago. También ofrece una pantalla de agradecimiento muy pobre para mostrar a los clientes.
