Sometimes is not really working well , the system is not generating very well . but its all good

this software helps us by solving problems related to financial process inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and compliance challenges. It benefits them by improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in financial operations.

It is one of the most easiest and simplest interface I have come across in my professional career. Streamline of all the spendings at one place solves for multiple challenges in manual tracking otherwise. Automatic saving of incomplete expense report has helped me save so much time always.

Not found anything to dislike as of now. Sometimes lag can be there but that's very minimum and happens with almost all tools we use. Overall happy using this in our office

Helps in transparent reporting of expenses and spending. Able to pay our vendors involved in procument in a much easier and hassle free way. In our field demand for weekly pay out is high and it is made possible with Workday spend management. Ease of communication reduced our manual efforts.

What I like the most in workday is it's simple interface that you don't have to ask your Boss how to use it. Just a simple click then back then you will simply find the information or simply do the task provided to you. I worked for 3 companies before and all of them are using WORKDAY like what workday again? ok, I know how to use this. That is how WORKDAY is famous for for being so straight-forward and simple and yet very reliable tool between the company and the employees.

I never encountered any bug in Workday as I mentioned that it's simplicity made it easy to use by just clicking then back then you will not lose your way in or out.

The problem that large company may encounter is the communication between the back office and it's production employees. With the help of Workday, we can download files that they are sending and or we can easily submit documents that they are asking by just simply uploading it.No need to queue at their office or go there physically and it saves us a lot of time.

Again, it is easy to use with a good enough UI and generally does what it tells you it will do.

Honestly, nothing is too bad. The main thing would be that the UI does sometimes feel a tad outdated. That is not really something I care too much about though.

Handling finances

Easy to access benefits, easy to change benefits, easy to access payroll information. There is a true partnership between the client and Workday. They want to see us succeed with the application and partner with us when we have a concern or issue. They are also proactively pulling us into to design committees to help inform the product moving forward.

Can be a little clunky finding certain documents, takes a while to generate docs, peer reviews need work. It does take significant time to bring someone up to speed on becoming a master Workday Report Writer. The approach used is very specific to Workday and not similar to other reporting platforms so it takes time to bring people up to speed.

Increase hiring speed and quality by quickly sourcing and recruiting the right candidates. Increase engagement with work-life solutions that help motivate employees and deliver a superior employee experience.

I love Workday because it holds everything in one place and is fairly easy to use. I love that you can utilize it for multiple purposes and not rely on various platforms for different things.

It can be confusing to locate what you need at first, but after playing around with it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

Days off/PTO tracking, expenses/expense reports, performance reviews, personal information, tax documents, org chart, benefit elections/info., pay stubs/info., company resources, etc.

The fact that this software covers every aspect of business shows you real numbers in real-time, then provides me with what I do to increase and grow. Along with perfect record-keeping while using it

The contract management & revenue recognition really helps keeping everything on track.

Workday has been incredibly helpful for our organization. We have the ability to easily pay vendors, create miscellaneous payee IDS, and track payments by readily using applications within the app.

Workday can be search term specific, so it can be challenging to locate the exact reports and information needed. For example, if you are searching for a miscellaneous payee, you have to type in the name exactly as it is spelled otherwise no results are returned. Additionally, it can be challenging to find certain reports with the number of different reports available to search for one area.

Workday has made it easier to utilize all of our finance, HR, and payment applications/reports in one place. We no longer have to go to three different systems to do budget reports, setup vendors, and pay people. Workday acts as a one-shop stop for all of these applications.
