With Zoho Cliq, we can schedule meetings and note down events via its calendar feature. I can use it on my Android phone smoothly. In Zoho, it is integrated well.

I have nothing big to dislike. As a productivity tool, there are some areas for improvement like editing messages after sent.

Zoho Cliq helps me remember my meetings and record them. We can create separate channels for various tasks and can connect with the team at a time. It gives us almost every feature that we need to communicate well.

Cliq provides all the neccesary featuresthat are required for intra team communications and file sharing which makes it the preferred choice over email as well.

The chatbot has weaker linking with the zoho meeting like the Google chat has with G meet. That is really helpful and accessible to schedule meeting on the fly.

Most helpful features about Zoho Cliq are: 1. I have been constantly searching for a software which would let me communicate with my team over internet online without any physical presence and carry out the tasks together. And Zoho Cliq was the best instant messaging platform I could find for my business. 2. It lets me create separate channels for different teams and communicate simultaneously with them for different tasks. I can chat individually for any sort of issues with the respective member. 3. I can upload various files and media for the respective assigned members to work on. I can easily schedule meetings and important events with the help of calender feature. It also notifies me for important meetings at particular time.

Some features I disliked are: 1. One of the greatest downside of Zoho Cliq is its poor interface in mobile phones, the same application was not as interesting to use as it was on web desktop. 2. Although it provides an Admin Guide through mail, it does not provide a startup guide for the new users that have just landed on the page. 3. There are occasional crashes and bugs in the mobile application of Zoho Cliq as much as I have faced.

Messaging instantly with my team for any sort of tasks and planning is so easy to perform with the help of Zoho Cliq. One of the best reason I like Zoho Cliq is it lets me differentiate between my personal messaging software and professional messaging software. It provides tons of features and functions which are sufficient for performing professional business oriented tasks, and at the same time communicating with your team.

Some upsides of Zoho Cliq are: 1. There are various departments in an organisation and there is a need for communicating with every department speartely, and Zoho Cliq fulfils this need by letting me create separate channels for every team and discuss separate tasks with them. 2. One of the key reason for my prefernce of Zoho Cliq over other similar platforms is its ease of creating and setting up an account in a matter of few minutes. I was easily able to create an account and set it up on Zoho Cliq. 3. Zoho Cliq is not limited to its availability on web desktop but also available on various platforms like Google Play Store and Apple Store, which makes it great to use anywhere anytime. 4. There is a feature of Calender that lets me add a reminder for my upcoming events and also pre schedule important meetings with my team mates. 5. It also provides a Admin Guide through mail just after signing up which acts as a general guide for the user.

Some downsides I faced in Zoho Cliq are: 1. In most of the business or professional oriented platforms, there exists an user guide which provides a journey through the features and functions available in the software. But Zoho Cliq lacked this feature of user guide. 2. Though it occured only once but I faced a screen freeze while screen sharing during a meeting, which made it hectic for me. 3. Zoho Cliq's mobile application had some slight issues and the web desktop is preferrable over the mobile application.

Communication is essential in an organisation to prosper and Zoho Cliq is one of the best platform out there which facilitates the need for communication in an organisation. Zoho Cliq has a great user interface, has really useful features and functions such as Chats, Contacts, Channels, Calender and more. I used this platforms Calender feature for the pupose of schedulin and creating events. I could easily chat with my team and decide the workflow of tasks.
