I like the way it has a feature for talk management and reminders about the tasks sure by our teammates. It's works best liker other team management softwares, I had switched to Zoho cliq sure to it's multimedia sharing accessibility and ease of access.

Connecting to a third party cloud service takes a little longer time and if it offers customisation options for small teans it'll be loved by everyone.

I like Zoho as our business' mesaging app because it is very practical and convenient. I can use it anywhere and anytime. If there are times that I don't have my laptop with me, I can just check the app through my mobile phone and I can communicate with my teams and share files with them. Customer support is also available anytime.

I just hate that I can't use it whithout stable internet connection.

All communication is centralized in the app. So we can just go back to the app and see what everyone is discussing about. All files are shared there, so everyone gets to see.

The mobile app is a bit cluttery, also mail and cliq has separate apps, if they would bring it into the same umbrella it would be even better. The search engine can be a bit better too. Otherwise its been super stable and no issues.

Small files can also be shared without needing to mail, thats a definite plus. So the problems addressed by cliq are: Centralization of Communication, Real-time Collaboration, Organized Team Communication, Mobile Accessibility, Enhanced Productivity, Security and Privacy. The intresting thing about zoho clique is that it is easy to access and large documents can be sent to anyone within organization without any hussel. Also, all the employees in the organization will be automatically registered so finding people becomes easy. Also it can be easily implemented and easy integration with existing microsoft email Id's.

The only thing that I dont like about Zoho Cliq is that it does not have a mobile verson so everytime if I need to send any thing I will have to use web application on a desktop or laptop. Apart from that, I believe everything is fine.

I dont have to go hunting for different applications. It is one common application for all the employees to communicate.

Zoho Cliq is very user friendly, where in you can manage your channels to communicate with teams, you can have personal chats or even phone calls and video calls. It seems like everything is available at a single place, and it's really great. With integrations throughout the Zoho suite, it's just the best overall for managing everything at once.

Sometimes, Zoho cliq gets auto logged out but that's fine as long as you have access to your mail and everything else.

For internal team communications and calls, Cliq is amazing. You can manage everything at one place, even check in and check out for the teams working remotely, can set up your status to schedule calls accordingly as well. You can text, call, schedule meetings and much more one just one platform. Also, Zoho suite with Mail and CRM integrated, it just becomes really easy to use. There is Taz, a chatbot reminding you for each and every event whenever you have something planned for the day. So, we have ditched whatsapp and any other platform. Cliq is managing all internal communications.

No matter what communication platform you are using ( I wont mention names ) they all have limitations, and compared to Cliq they are like carrying files around the office. ( stone age ) Once you get the Cliq set up the learning curve is fairly intuitive and you can have everyone moving data and communicating like they never have. Hands down this is really TEAM software.

No matter what clunky software you have used before this is not that, the learning curve is far easier than everything else, however its not like the others since it is "smart" and will make suggestions that you have to get used to.. once you do its time to work like the Flash.

Zoo lick's graphical interface and the many features it offers make it one of the most widely used tools by the team of professionals who are active in our organization. Having the possibility of programming activities in a very intuitive way makes it easy for anyone to manage the platform in a self-taught way.

The extensions that can be installed seem to us to be still limited and we have tried to see possibilities of how to connect for example with SAP platform and we do not see it as a feature in the plugins deployment.

Being users of part of the Zoho software suite, being able to implement communication channels with the organization's stakeholders makes us less dependent on having and maintaining multiple systems/platforms with which it is necessary to be able to interact in order to conduct day-to-day activities.

It has permitted me to arrange my texts for leaders versus Drivers. I definitely approve of the application. I use it related to the email and office system. It is easy to sent chats with attaching the files quickly from mobile as well as from system. I have used it frequently to sent my attachments. This made my work easier.

We were introduce Cliq by our Director of Communications, and it has helped staff communication and productivity. Incredibly easy to use. We only use Cliq for staff communication and leave our personal text messages for outside items. The number of emails went down among staff, which I really appreciated. I haven't needed to use customer support, and I use it daily. There are apps for smart phones and Mac computers. You can attach documents, create multiple groups, schedule communication or messages, ad gifs, etc. It is really simple and easy to use. Also, it can link up to other Zoho products like Expense and Notebook.

You can schedule times and days when you want to receive messages, but it can be a little wonky. Always double check to see if your settings are correct.

Fast communication, separates personal and professional communication, not flooding my email inbox with various messages, can schedule times that I don't want to disturb or vacation, can make audio and video calls, etc.

The best thing is if some one sends a link or any file you can pin it to the chat so that it will bot go and you need not search it again and again

Zoho Cliq Makes business communications easy within the team members. It replaces the emails and easy to use while working remotely and travelling therefore improves the work productivity and efficiency.

It shoudl have an option of editing the sent message.

It helps to our day to day office work. Our company has many employees working remotely in other countries and it always makes easier to chat with the employees, create groups and share docuemnts. The best part of it that it gets integrate with other external applications.

We really like the integrated features of using Cliq within the Zoho interface. It allows for better communication while also upping productivity by maximizing our potential in mail, CRm, etc. It is very easy to use and implement within your team. I don't see a huge advantage using it outside of having Zoho fleet of apps, but we have not used it this way and cannot speak on it.

Well our team would say the use of GIFs is limited by the full screennot showing and just a link with half the image in the messages. But overall the system is nice. Better alert system on mobile would be helpful.

Alot better productivity when collaborating as you can use cliqto map problems and schedule meeting all without leaving the messaging platform. Alot easier than maneuvering between apps.

Zoho Cliq has made the communication in my enterprise exponentially simple, by the way it is designed even a toddler would be able to use it with ease. Secondly the customer support that Zoho offers is miles ahead compared to other communication softwares. They are always reliable and their team are really well versed in what they're doing. Since the inception of my enterprise I've been using Zoho Cliq and I can confidently say that I frequently use the product. Apart from that it also has numerous features that has really helped me in many ways.

The only thing that I dislike about the product is that it has limited team collaboration tools, which at times causes problems when the team tries to collaborate on a big project.

Messaging is smooth help me share ideas quickly via messages, or a call. The reminder function for follow up is good too. I can turn chats as work and the forking function is really helpful too.

Too many times people use emoji reactions I feel inappropriate for office conversation. Pin messages may be categorised as per importance. I have to do it manually.

Most I can search my messages which are important, all important discussions are at a single place, also I do not have to switch to any other app for file sharing or video calling.

The best features about it are: 1. As I have been a part of the whole Zoho CRM, using Zoho Cliq is really easy to find and operate in. 2. The file sharing interface of the platform is really great, I could easily send any types of documents and links to my team and also store them for future use. 3. I could also design automated messages for sharing files and also providing access to files and folders.

The features I disliked about it are: 1. There is a lack of data analysis feature of participation, document storage and more. 2. There is a limitation to the number of characters you can send a message of, which sometimes makes it hectic. 3. The mobile app is really cumbersome and needs development.

Zoho Cliq has made it terribly easy to communicate with your team for professional work, and also for personal purposes as well. I could easily communicate with my team during work and share each other's insights on a particular task. The best benefit I achieved through this platform is the differentiation between my personal messaging app WhatsApp and my professional instant messaging software.

Since I am more comfortable in mobile phone, I prefer to use it in mobile and thankfully Zoho Cliq has its application on android. It also provides a check on my past meetings and events. It lets me upload any sort of media for planning.

The features I dislike about it are: 1. There are multiple times when my screen froze while sharing my screen, which forced me to switch to another platform for screen sharing. 2. There was an issue when one of my team member was not able to join the channel I created. Also Zoho Cliq lacks its own community which makes it difficult to connect with people. 3. This might be a minor problem but when I was searching for a business instant messaging software in the beginning and came up with Zoho Cliq, I was confuse about the real purpose of the platform
