Zoho Cliq has a simple but powerful user interface of a cloud-based office suite that has made our internal communication easy and quick among the teams in our organization.

As of now, I didn't find any issues while using the suite that is annoying, but sometimes the call drops suddenly, and I had to refresh the app to reconnect again.

I am using Zoho Cliq basically for internal communication in our organization. With Zoho Cliq, there is no need to send separate emails to my team workers anymore. Zoho Cliq has turned out to be a perfect and quick communications platform for sure.

My favorite part is that we can share screen recording during phone call.

As the service team, we can hold meetings and take quick action with our teammates from the chat area.

I love the fact that Zoho Cliq is so accessible and yet so pocket friendly. Its calendar syncing features are awesome too, and I could not find these in the previous chat messengers I have used. Long messages also get converted to notepad type files, which is quote handy.

It should definitely have a feature of recurring reminders, it currently has only one at a time feature for reminders, which is cumbersome. It should also allow a lot more app integrations to make it a wholesome tool. Sometimes I face loading and sending issues, which is not related to my internet connectivity.

Benefits of having Zoho Cliq include better channel organization, no limit on user addition, and ability to add external team members for discussions. It has also helped us organize communication through different options.

It makes collaboration very easy. From instant messaging, creating channels for projects, adding reminders, sharing meeting invites -- everything is made easy with Cliq.

Sometimes message notifications are not triggered and the recipient may not come to know about an incoming message.

It is a great tool for collaborating with remote offices across continents as it works great for sharing media, messages and getting on conference calls.

We have access to all users of the company. In addition, by following all users' processes, we can contact them quickly by following their availability. In addition, we can soon make group conversations in sudden situations. We can also use it on mobile with a simple interface.

The only problem I have with Cliq is that when the user session is active on the browser and on the mobile simultaneously, in some cases, calls do not come. This needs to be developed.

We can set up quick meetings for sudden, developing situations in terms of fast communication between teams. We can give short answers to the questions asked by sharing the screen instantly while in a meeting or talking. In addition, we can perform transactions simply and quickly with all Zoho applications.

In desktop and web versions there is an opportunity that allows you to have multiple chat sessions right on the screen. Adio and video calls. Ability to set reminders. Zoho Calendar integration. Even, if you type for example "tomorrow", Cliq suggests you set an event in the calendar for "tomorrow". Several configurable statuses. Work tracking feature in Web and Desktop versions. Ability to have several channels. Ability to mention someone in the channels with @ symbol. Ease of use.

If you are online in web or desktop version and someone writes to you through chat, you are receiving mobile push notification with sound. Sometimes it's annoying. Why I'm receiving notifications on the mobile phone while I'm online in the web or desktop version?

In general, we are solving team communication problems. With Zogo Cliq communication has become softer and more pleasant

What I love about Zoho Cliq is the integration it has with Zoho CRM and you can communicate with your team while in the CRM. Not to mention it makes talking with your team that much easier without having to leave the CRM.

The only thing I don't like about it is the video conferencing feature that is still not at the level of Zoom. Once it does hit that level, Zoho Cliq would be one of the best chat systems out there even when compared with Slack or other communication tools.

With Zoho Cliq I know who is online on my team and when I can check in on them. I can also point out specific parts on the CRM and talk about it with my team on Zoho Cliq. It is extremely useful!

What I probably like best about this software is the 3 column layout that allows me to chat in 3 different chats at once.

As a Zoho One User Zoho Cliq is an easy decision. It coordinates fantastically well with the Zoho Suite and it's anything but difficult to make new combinations with Zoho Creator. What I presumably like best about Cliq is the 3 section format that enables me to talk in 3 unique visits without a moment's delay.

The desktop app for Mac feels a bit like a browser version and has some quirks where you need to reload the app in order for it to work.

I enjoy the convenience of being able to shoot anyone in the company an IM and get real time feedback when it's needed. There is no better feeling than reliability and when I am on the phone with a client and need feedback from a colleague immediately, it's a fantastic and relieving feeling to have everyone I need at the tips of my fingers.

This app lets you communicate with your co-workers in real-time. It definitely cuts down on back and forth e-mails. I think I like the mobile app the best!

Part of Zoho One and even a free app on its own, you can't beat cutting down on a bunch of e-mails.

It can not able to upload heavy files , and the free package is not so convenient for the user.

I like it's user friendly interface,real time communication and security features. Also i like it's functionality of scheduling chat for a later time. Has made it easy to connect with team and performe various tasks with them! Has great customer suppport! Instant messaging is great with it too!!

It's simplified user interface also makes it a perfect choice for wide range of non-technical teams. Also, its advance integration with other zoho application makes file sharing easy with other team members.

Its ownership cost which includes implementation, licensing and maintenance cost might be a challenge to afford by small scale industries. Also, it does not provide any support to users depending on On-Premises model for their operation. It also does not provide much integration with external vendors or software other than Zoho ecosystem.

Cliq integrates well with other Zoho apps particularly helpful in Contact. All the basic chat and collaboration features are there in a familiar user interface. Secondly the customer support that Zoho offers is miles ahead compared to other communication softwares. multiple chats can be done easily and also provide a high-quality screen-sharing process.

Phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. The video calls can be very difficult to start and to include everyone for meetings.

The best interface with Zoho Desk, that allow to the support and end users to be integrated. Also the Zoho ecosystem very well connected.

For now they are improving at lot of But something to say, the web interface could be more easy to use.

For end users support it is a great tool, I have it integrated with Zoho Desk and at the time to be in contact with the user, this is an easy and fast way to chat and meet. It allow me to save time.

I personally found cliqs message entering input box little annoying as if a user hits enter it send the entered text but generally in other messaging apps enter means new line and in cliq it is supported using alt+enter but general nontech people find it annoying.

It very easy to do audio call, video call and screen share with just one click. The video and audio quality is also very good. Zoho cliq also has a chat gtp in my organization.

There is no negative experience until now that i have faced while using Cliq.

It has a chat GTP feature in it which helps in solving many issues like for instance drafting email or making a short note of any topic and also whenever any important question arises of business i get an instant reply from my team.
