Audio video and screensharing is the feature which i liked most because when you work in an organization then you can't save all member mobile number or whatsap number so using zoho cliq its very easy to communicate over audio or video call. Other feature which i liked most is tag user in chat and save any messages with some tag like important,todo etc

Zoho cliq helping us in communicating within our organization. Using this we can either communicate individually or within a particular project channel which is saving alot of time within organization. All of its feature like tag user , save any message ,pin any message, edit message ,edit images etc helping us alot.

I've been using Zoho Cliq products for over two years, and it's been the ideal decision for my team and me to acquire a better cloud chat software for real-time interactions. I don't like the alert management; it could be improved; I'd like to have alerts in the form of in and out of office or do not disturb. Second, when I'm sharing my screen or on a call with someone, the software freezes for a couple of minutes before resuming; this error makes my experience with Cliq less than satisfactory. Finally, you can't add a new participant in the middle of a call, and mobile alerts are delayed.

Sometimes the msg syncing issue is there between mobile and web application.

There is no such particular dislike about Zoho Cliq but in my point of view UI and its backend can be improvised as it sometimes shows in a different way where we need to go back from the current page and come again.

Since Zoho Cliq allows multiple integrations, we will be notified about the notification from other application and we no need to manually track things by logging into those apps. And the channels really help to connect with people remotely.
