I really like how you can combine different forms of communication - DMs, group messages and video chat. The channel features also help organize our different project teams

The mobile site can be difficult to use an seems to crash a lot.

Really helped our teams organize better - we have members in two different offices and more who work from home.

The real-time messaging is seamless no matter what device you use. The mobile application is very responsive as well. We also needed some help setting up and the Zoho staff were very friendly and professional.

The interface is definitely not as clean as Slack. It also looks like a Slack knock-off, which I'm not complaining about but looks like a lack of creativity, Other than that, everything is great!

I like the fact that It is a cross-platform service and can be used on Web, Linux, MacOS, and Windows. It even comes with mobile apps for Android, iPhone. Easy to get started and helps tremendously with collaboration between team members.

The integration with other products does not seem very staraight forward. May when I use it for longer than that will become easier.

If you use Zoho's apps you can integrate cliq into almost anything. This saves our employees from having to switch screens to communicate. Cliq is basically Slack that can be embedded into your tools.

It does not have much functionality due to the closed ecosystem.

We want our employees to use screen space as efficiently as possible and this app lets them access their teammates on whatever screen they are already on.

Integration with other zoho one applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Invoices

All the organization communications including the notifications from other zoho tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects can be aggregated into a single platform.
