Finally, you can't add a new participant in the middle of a call, and mobile alerts are delayed.

There are occasional crashes and bugs in the mobile application of Zoho Cliq as much as I have faced.

Some downsides I faced in Zoho Cliq are: 1. In most of the business or professional oriented platforms, there exists an user guide which provides a journey through the features and functions available in the software. But Zoho Cliq lacked this feature of user guide. 2. Though it occured only once but I faced a screen freeze while screen sharing during a meeting, which made it hectic for me. 3. Zoho Cliq's mobile application had some slight issues and the web desktop is preferrable over the mobile application.
