As a recruiter who struggles with ADHD and is slightly unorganised ZOHO recruit has been a game changer for me. I love that Zoho Recruit is user friendly. I can onboard and train my clients in a half a day. It has everything, evrey tool I (and my clients) need to manage recruiting.

It has not yet been integrated with Gusto. A majority of my clients use Gusto for payroll solutions. It would be nice if that integration is made available.

Zoho allows my clients to have a centralized recruiting platform and a databse to keep all candidates for easy access. Hiring managers are able to watch the progress on a candidate in real time and be part of the process.
