I really like the ability to save resumes and notes in the same spot. The ability to code candidates and then find them quickly is a great benefit.
Its search is unforgiving. Names must exactly match- or sometimes it also gives way too many unrelated matches. Not quite sure about the search function accuracy. Search is also inconsistent in the advanced section. Occassionally, we have duplicate records because it doesn't find the original the first time.
We share candidate information between remote offices - this allows seamless collaboration between all. We can make sure we don't overstep boundaries. We have also been able to group candidates for client positions and quickly provide reports for progress.
Zoho is efficient, cost effective, and powerful.
Nothing pertinent. It's great as is. No complaints.

So many Recruiting CRM's are complex and clunky. Not Zoho Recruit. Product is easy to use and one of the best CRM's I've worked with.
A little on the pricey side but with what you're getting, it's definitely worthwhile.
Everything I need in one place. Zoho recruit allows me to see where my candidates are in the interview process and see them through to the offer stage.
