Publishing roles

I like the ease of use for ZoHo. I was able to use the trial to figure out if I liked the product. I called Technical Support during my trial and I was able to actually get ahold of someone. So far so good. Still on my trail but I like what I have experienced so far.

I have not disliked anything so far. I am still using the trial.

I am using it for my applicant tracking system.

I like the flexibility of the software and its automation tools. They are very powerful with a little work.

The documentation for their API could use an update. Could be a little more clear.

Internal control and data analysis

The system was very easy to use, fully supported throughout the trial and we were able to trial the full system unlike other products we looked at that only let you trial the basic package.

Nothing to dislike at this point.The interview tracking doesn't show continuity from first stage interview through to offer but this is not a huge issue.

The fact that Zoho host the database really works for us as we work remotely, so to be able to log on from anywhere is great.

It’s very easy to find your way around, if you are used to ATS’s then some can look completely alien, not ZOHO!!

It is customizable as per our requirements. This is great Application Tracking system. I was using Excel Sheets which was little difficult. This has made my job easier. There are quite a lot of big players in the market for application Tracking system. But the cost is way higher. This Zoho Recruit comes for a reasonable price. This is helping us to do things in a more organized way. The interview scheduling and follow ups is made easy. We can see the reports of our company performance as well as the individual recruiter's performance. Each an every company will be having different strategies for business development. The regular application tracking system will be usually the same.But in Zoho recruit, we have the option of designing the application tracking system as per our company strategy, and work on it. In short, this application tracking system is very convenient and user friendly.

The Parsing tool is not that great when It comes to LinkedIn. If we try to click the parsing button. Itz copying only very limited lines, and we will have to type in the rest which is a little annoying. We will have to get a separate parsing tool for the parsing.

Complete and Convenient Application Tracking System for a small startup. this is definitely a very good one. I recommend to try out this zoho recruit software. Itz definitely worth trying

The fact that it so easy to use and easy set up

Not much to dislike, just a little bit of hassle trying to find certain edits

Its a little clunky, the UI is a little odd and i would like to be able to customize it a little more. Email integration is POP3 only and not IMAP?

I like the cost effectiveness of Zoho. I honestly don't know how we would be getting on with starting a new Talent Acquisition Firm without it. We work really hard to ensue that our candidates are having the best experience possible and using Zoho allows us to do that.

I dislike the need to create so many functions by hand. I also do not like that the statuses are hard set and cannot be edited to fit the flow of my recruitment process. I had to go back and tailor that to fit Zoho and not the other way around which is weird.

We are solving the problem of staying organized, having a careers site and on-click posting our available jobs externally to other 3rd party job boards.

The wealth of features available at such a competitive price. We compared many packages and Zoho was perfect for us

Support is often difficult to get hold of and often doesn't react fast enough or simply doesn't respond. Also as the company matures it needs to take on more of an enterprise support nature. That said it is still better than competitors.

It allows us to track our job openings, candidates and interviews and the interface is easy to use. we like the fact that other members on the team can access the information job and candidate information quickly

It is still the early phase of our review but we haven't found anything that we dislike. What might help some users when they first sign in is to have a 'how to" tab on topics like setting up a job opening; scheduling interviews and other questions that might be asked frequently.

A final review and assessment of the experience is pending but we hope that this will help simplify and better manage/track our recruitment activities. Establish a repository of all phases in the recruitment process.

The integration to CV parser, this makes onboarding candidates and standardization of cv and presentation to customers easy

I had lot of problem in Managing the candidate whom we want to consider for different roles. ZOHO helped in tracking those passive candidates

We were tired of having our recruiting, HR, sales, marketing and other items all silo'd in different areas. Zoho solved this for us.

It is highly customizable but doesn't always have the UI or user experience I would like. Overall it is easy to use though.

We do short term staffing as well as hiring in a highly competitive field. Zoho recruit helps use streamline these processes and integrate all of our products into a single offering.

I like how easy it is to post positions and that I have the availability to create the look of my very own careers page.

There isn't anything I dislike at this point. I have a small business so the features meet my immediate needs.

I have a function that I didn't have before and that function is an applicant tracking tool that makes it simple for me to track open jobs as well as keep up to date with the candidates that are applying.

I like that I can create a small website with position listings.

I dislike how some of the modules don't interact well with each other, especially how scheduling an interview automatically sends an email.

I needed a way to keep my active and passive recruits seperate so that I could effectively handle them in a professional manner. So far I have learned and benefited from the ability to create specific views.

The interface is very intuitive and easy to manœuvre. I particularly like the candidates resume upload functionnality, which saves precious time, and the ability to upload all relevant candidate documentation. The platform is helping us tracking candidates and mapping skills sets to our requirements in a much more effective way.

Since we are already using Zoho CRM we decided to give Zoho Recruit a go to manage our candidates. We haven't yet explored full capabilities all the system but I think it's very customizable as well as from previous experience I really like Zoho support. You can manage all candidates and clients in one systema and do mass mailing and marketing of your services.

The interface is a bit cluttered and old fashioned. There is too many unnecessary fields and it doesn't look modern. There is no option to tag by skills, unless I didn't have time to understand how to do so. I will need a session with support to see if it can be customized according to our needs.
