My favorite is the resume extractor. I don't have to download anything, which is a great help.

I have been a Zoho user since 2018. Seamless and automated hiring that's why I recommended this software to my current company.
The immediate support but it doesn't affect much on my end and still, ideal recruitment support turn around time should be 6 hours. Still ok though.
the stakeholder turnaround time as previously we do manual follow thru. Now its a matter of mins to get can get feedback thru Zoho. Feedback is all automated

With its new ability to log in candidates and to warn automatic jobs for candidates, Zoho would have all the tools a recruiter would want. Zoho's email support generally provides a response within hours of an inquiry or difficulty. One of the things we like most about Zoho is the ability to customize it. From the application template and individual checkboxes to the layout of the job boards and the particular steps in the hiring process you want, it's possible to change anything to suit your needs.
Zoho does not have the integration or the ability to watch what happens to candidates once a position is selected. It would be optimal if we could somehow find the price of an applicant and also the totality of fees we have to charge each client. Or, even more so, if it is mixed with external billing software. The email user that is attached to Zoho is not very easy to use, it would be beneficial if it had a plug-in that allows a good integration with external email users, such as Outlook or MacMail.
If a company must send many mass emails to the same categories of individuals and the email is not significantly altered, that is, Zoho would be a good fit. However in the eventuality that you have to send individualized mass emails to various groupings, doing it through Zoho can be a bit complex. With respect to Zoho, there is a free trial version, so if you want to experiment with bulk email to make sure it fits your needs, do so. Also, I would read up on when the job alert capability would be implemented if this is important to you.

Nothing as of now . The Zoho app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful
