I like that Zoho can be a one stop shop for a multitude of things needed. Employees can clock in and out, request time off, create public message boards. Admins have the ease of approving all payroll times and requests in one easy system.
I don’t really have any dislikes, only thing that needs improvement is the Zoho videoing- otherwise I really love all that is offered.
Zoho Connect solves the problem of having more than one system. It gives me the benefit of that “one stop shop” site for many things.
I love the introductory pricing for Zoho Webinar because I'm not ready to commit to the huge monthly costs of the competitors.

It was extremely easy to setup and use the Zoho platform to create a webinar, without having to learn how to use the system.
The screensharing function was a bit buggy and you cannot edit the design of the event registration page. These were the only two negatives I can think of.
I am using Zoho to run small scale events for engaged prospects on behalf of my clients, where face-to-face meetings and events are not possible.
The best part about Zoho Meeting is it's really affordable. I have been using it for all my meditation workshops and it works like a breeze. Folks who attend my session need not download any app, most of them attend the workshop from the browser itself which makes it really convenient. Plus it's a product built in India. It makes me proud.

I assist with computer issues remotely, so to be able to have a product where the client can easily connect with me to take care of those issues is fantastic!
So far, I haven't run into any problems. For me, the process has been simple. I just create a link, send that link, connect, and then I'm on with the analysis of my client's computer issue.
More often than not, I see issues of MS Office troubleshooting. Basically, I client will want to do x with an Office product and I come to the rescue to fix it. Additionally, I clean systems encountering malware and viruses.
Zoho gives what it promises they are best, we are using Zoho applications to solve many of our business problems be it, CRM, HRM, mails, and many. In COVID circumstances we started using the Zoho meeting and it worked brilliantly and solve our problem for arranging regular meetings with clarity. I am personally very happy to have the Zoho team along with us in our journey of success.
There is nothing to be a dislike of, though I would like to have more people on the webinar at least cost. But again, their cost is as minimum as possible which makes the platform the best among all.

Gather many resources on a single platform. In our organization we have a very centralized content management and using Zoho Conect we have a communication that helps in everyday life and increases employee productivity. It is a fully adaptable tool. We can put all documents stored in the cloud. It has excellent applications and managed to surprise my expectations regarding the software.

Its Looking like a very few Options are there so Attaching High Resolution Pics is Very tough , Also Collaging Pictures is difficult.
Its solves a communication problems in team and also connecting via connect it is good product but need to improve more. You need to improve in Photo editing options in Connect.
Zoho Connect offers all of the features of other Board Portal systems at a MUCH friendlier price point. Even our tech-challenged members have been able to figure out the simple interface. It has streamlined communications with board members and has made all needed documents much more accessible than using box.com. Members can upload their own reports within a defined organizational system, lessening the workload on our secretary and webmaster.
If you don't bookmark your "network" page when you first create it, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to navigate from you Zoho Connect profile to the "Company" pages. Maybe I am just blind... The user support is a little slow -usually 3 days to answer my questions. BUT my questions have been answered fully and I have been able to gain the functionality I was looking for.

We always wanted a platform where we could socialise within our organisation. A platform where we recommend or suggest things informally. That's where Zoho Connect comes. Zoho Connect is a Facebook within your work environment. While watching facebook, you cannot manage to note the tasks you have for the day. But in Zoho connect its just one click away. Not only Tasks, but we also have access to company files, Custom Apps, Events, Forms, Feeds and so on... all these features at one place that's the beauty of Zoho Connect. Having said about all the features of Zoho Connect, you never feel it complicated to use. It's more of a user-friendly environment. They also have a clear guide if you still wish some you to guide you through. Once you start using it, you feel the real difference. Zoho Connect is much better compared to any other Team Collaboration Applications.
I really enjoyed the layout and the ease of access along with efficiency. It was easy to move around and quickly pick up how to sue it. I also enjoyed the ability to match calendars and create events, which I haven't been able to find in other applications like this one. I even loved the custom app options. This could really help employees and maybe even clients, patients, or partners.
I didn't like that how much I was bombarded with group conversations and couldn't find a way to hide notifications so I wasn't interrupted. I also was looking for something where I could create polls or other "in-chat" things.
We are trying to find a platform and/or app that we can all communicate between internal sue and external use. We also were looking for something cheap and simple that also didn't give us too many notifications and extra things we wouldn't need.
We use many communication channels like mails, chats, meetings, updates, reminders to communicate with team where as Connect solves all these things at one platform which also acts like a pseudo social media like facebook or twitter to share the things where people can like or comment on it immediately.
There are many features available in web app where as in mobile app many things got restricted and they are still developing for the mobile user. Being into the digital world it would be better to make the mobile app more user friendly with all the features so that people can easily use mobile apps than web apps
Work Updates where i no need to send daily mails to my team. Meeting invites with reminders. Surveys I can do and group chats helping us to reduce the timing to swift to other app for another features. App is reducing my time efforts and making me to smoothen my workflow without any distractions or diversions. Since social media leading the world, most of the employees like the similar platforms in the office culture as well so the platforms like connect will solve their issues which is kind of a psychological motivation for them to keep on posting work updates as a status.
Both free and paid versions are great with unique features for both. For startups like ours free version was a great tool for our team to communicate with.

The connectivity and ease of navigation is wonderful. It has cut the amount of work time in half! Being able to work across many distances with colleagues working offsite has been more beneficial to our work flow than anything else we've used. Seriously, Microsoft, Dropbox, Zimbra, and even Google apps like messenger and Google Drive have all fallen short of the ability to work so well as connect.
