Zoho Connect is utilized in our business to increase communication and team performance; it is an easy and dynamic way for us to communicate information, engage with third parties, and even exchange rather hefty documents. It has become one of our organization's most utilized collaboration tools, which we have effectively supplemented with the other Zoho applications we use on a regular basis. I enjoy how Zoho interact is incredibly structured by displaying the layout of all the settings and options; it's the ideal spot to simply interact with staff or coworkers.
The individual cost for this application is slightly higher, some business requirements need to be improved and there is a certain learning curve that takes time to adapt to the software, also, integrating the software with third-party tools is not an easy task. I don't like that Zoho Connect doesn't match Google Mail, generally, sessions can be started with Google but not with Zoho Mail, otherwise it's very useful and you can't go wrong with it.
We benefit from the efficiency of this software when communicating with colleagues, the design is intuitive and provides no hindrance to the user, making communication more comfortable, the chat feature has everything you need to ensure a comfortable interaction with third parties. It's also suitable for video conferencing, perfect for remote meetings and collaborations that don't require you to be in the same geographic space, Zoho Connect helps you improve productivity by maintaining a better foundation of communication and improving organizational capabilities within your systems through the various systems and services we offer.

It's offers a complete suite of options including file cabinet, integrated chat, call tools, presentation tools, manuals, document handling tools etc. However, the best part is pricing - Zoho offers many products at a fraction of the cost charged by competitors.
Zoho is little stingy in offering storage. e.g. 100 GB for enterprise edition is simply not sufficient. Also, the user interface needs to improve as it is sometimes difficult to figure out where a relevant tool is and how to use certain tools in tandem.
Connecting with my peers and working on real-time projects. It has enabled us to work more efficiently, making team work smooth, systematic and coherent. Affordablility of the package is also a big plus.

A very secure online meeting platform / conferencing tool for companies and their employees to use. ZOHO meeting offers free trials, and the price afterwards is still much affordable.
User interface can be improved. More features can be developed to meet business requirements and needs.
