It is a powerful application, incredibly intuitive and easy to use. When we talk about functions, the software integrates those necessary to connect work teams, connect with customers and suppliers, establish operating procedures manuals and distribute them among colleagues and work groups in the organization. I love how well it complements the other Zoho tools and third-party tools that we also use. On a support level, it has good staff.

Can't create new forum posts through the mobile app, this has put me off a bit.

Zoho has many beneficial features for our organization, one that we have benefited from the most is with the creation of operating procedure manuals, which in addition to being a much faster process than before, it is simple to share with other users or specific group. In terms of communication it is incredibly powerful, it has video conferencing functionality with good quality audio and video and best of all, the software is very easy to implement.

Least helpful about zoho connect sometimes it gives error for candidates to clock in and clock out then it gives problem to track the attendance and it becomes problem for payroll

With the help of zoho connect you can bring everything under one umbrella that save a lots of cost it is like we just need to purchase one application and it is done

I don't think any dislike Zoho Connect as it's advantageous for me during Covid times by connecting virtually with the team. We have been using Zoho for a very long time.
