The best thing using Zoho connect for us was we don't have to look any other tool for any office works. Whether its for content sharing, accounts moderating, mail preferences, wiki pages etc. It has everything connected and support team is also very helpful.
We didn't face any issues till now only thing was with integration process it was quite difficult for first time later it got solved other than that whole process with Zoho platforms was good.
Assigning work to team members and myself and tracking them with customized checkpoints. Zoho connect benifited us with it's ease process of assign tasks, permission, sharing with team.
I like how it has many different apps inside of it, and it has files organized so well.
I don't like how less known it is. I did not know about it until I joined a job that required me to create an account.

Zoho Connect has various functions it. Be it CRM and signature connect, I like ZOHO because of the unique function it enables the customer to have.

Lags in the calls. Sometimes there's an issue with the connection. This is not just native to Zoho, but with many such platforms out there.

Maybe the fact that video can't be played in reel time but with long delay.
We had an issue with the people who are not receptive with technnology and have always probkem to get in time cause of the connection. This product seem eaasy to connect and intuitive. Like it !

I like Zoho Connect for its extensive tools for collaborating with your coworkers. It has a chat tool to send and receive images, which is very useful. In addition, it has a modern and elegant interface, so adaptation is very fast. Another feature that I like is its calendar function, to be able to schedule my daily activities.
The price per user is highly expensive. I think there should be unified plans with more affordable prices.

I love Zoho Connect because it is an easy-to-use software, it is very intuitive and it has enough features so it is worth using, it is more than a project management or team collaboration tool, it is an online filing cabinet, library, calendar , call tool, integrated chat, documents, with extensive integration with all other Zoho applications and tools.
There are some features that don't make me very happy, like I can't edit the forum posts of other members, only mine. In addition the mobile application does not allow the creation of new posts in the forum. On the other hand, it exhausts me to discover where everything is and how to use all the tools together.
