I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho email/meeting and other tools. I was looking for a quality solution that is light on the pocket as we are a start-up. :). I have used multiple other emails and virtual meeting solutions and Zoho has exceeded my expectation. setting up meetings/webinars is easy with all the controls necessary to manage the meeting.

It offers what i need so nothing to comment here.

Zoho meeting drives our meetings which is so much important so it is solving this important piece for us.

Como herramienta Zoho Connect me es útil como herramienta para conectarme a través de foros con otras personas que se encuentran en otros espacios. Al integrarlo con otras herramientas como Zoho CRM y Zoho Projects puedo también hacer las labores de respaldo o sincronizar eventos con el calendario de Google. Puedo realizar vídeos conferencias en los foros es un aspecto muy útil para servirte en tus equipos de personas para desarrollar programas. En fin las series de ventajas es que podemos distribuirnos los trabajos entre todos y hacemos seguimiento por este medio, pudiendo trabajar desde nuestros hogares si así lo eligiéramos.

lo que no me gusta es paquete premiun me parece muy alto y la aplicación móvil pudiera mejorar mas, de resto apruebo otros beneficios de los que me he apoyado.

Actualmente me ayuda a mantener un canal de comunicación optimo en el trabajo permitiéndome la oportunidad de crear grupos de empleados no importando si están en otras sedes y poder compartir ideas, información, temas de trabajo. Con esta herramienta he creado grupos para intercambiar ideas de programación y sirve como un mecanismo muy fluido para trabajar y posteriormente unir los desarrollos de software.

I really like the manuals feature where you are able to create standard operating procedures with ease and share them with specific colleagues and groups. I also love the video conferencing feature that also allows scheduling. The learning curve is very steep and it's easy to implement in teams. It's very simplistic in nature and that's what makes it great.

Zoho Connect has been really fantastic, so it is rather hard for me to list many negative points about it. The only limitation is that sometimes people have to face difficulties during it's set up and it lacks the ability of documentation.

Zoho Connect gives us the ability to create and assign tasks to different team members. I have integrated a zap to track my social media shares as well in the calendar view and it works amazing. It is one of the best ways that people can collaborate with their colleagues and it has fascinating features that made it famous including likes, comments, sharing ideas, discussions and such. Our productivity has gone up tremendously and people are more aware of ongoing activities at any given time. There is less time wasted with back and forth messages and searching for needed messages in a variety of places such as emails and local file folders and documents.

It is a very versatile tool that will help you manage the communication between the different members of your team, this will allow fluidity in the management of projects and general tasks of the company, you can archive documents, use the calendar to schedule important meetings, chat online to consult the rest of your colleagues aspects related to the projects and receive assignments quickly. It integrates very well with other Zoho tools such as Dropbox and Slack.

I don't have any negative points to highlight, it's a very useful communication application.

We solved internal communication problems of the work team, problems of response times were streamlined which has been of great help to complete with certain processes.

I like the "manuals" function where I can easily create standard operating procedures and share them with colleagues and specific groups. I also love the videoconference function that also allows programming. The learning curve is very pronounced and it is easy to implement in teams. Together this software is incredibly easy to use, it is very intuitive and has enough features to make it worthwhile to use it. What is also excellent is the integration with other tools such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects for scraping tasks or Google calendar to synchronize events. It's very simplistic in nature and that's what makes it great, it also offers me communication style social networks, internal communication by e-mail reduced, ability to track tasks, calendar of events, connect with third-party tools.

There are some peculiarities with which I am not happy because you can not edit the posts of the forum of other members, only yours. In addition, the mobile application does not allow the creation of new messages in the forum. I am even sympathetic to the ability to create and assign tasks to different team members. I have integrated a Zap to track my shared social network resources in the calendar view and it works amazingly. The ability to interact in real time with team members is also an excellent option, if someone mentions you within the platform, you receive a notification that is also easy to answer. It is helping me keep the project going. I use Zoho Connect mail so that my work email is deleted from my personal email and works very well. We also connect the work email to my personal email to find out if there is something important when I am away from work. We use it when we have to carry out academic courses in other cities and we need to organize the logistics of everything with the staff located in those offices, it significantly reduces the distance and has allowed us to coordinate training from the central office without having to make previous trips and unnecessary expenses , it really balances team collaboration and allows us to better collect and use data, schedule tasks more efficiently and work in groups in a more reliable way.

I can't identify or remember anything I really don't like about this platform.

It is an excellent platform to work on projects that involves the realization of many processes, as it allows you to organize and establish a fluid communication and collaborative work becomes more efficient and effective.

Podría ser como Slack. Las oportunidades que ofrece como software Zoho Connect, son clasificadas en Peter Nation Entertainment como muy buenas, sin embargo hemos encontrado en Slack una mayor conexión con el software.

The software is very old yet it is very budget friendly. It helps us collaborate and work in teams and genrate leads. The intergraion of our social media accounts is seamless.

There are sometimes integration issues with social media accounts and there is sometimes difficulty in tallying the same.

It is helping our digital marketing team generate leads from various sources. It is handling our extensive data set correctly. We have automated emails for our customers with the help of Zoho.

I used the Zoho one subscription plan. It comes under that, it simplifies my business interaction with my employees. So, I was able to see all the details in Zoho one dashboard, which made it easier to take better decisions and accordingly interact with my team also.

The individual cost of this application little bit higher. They need to improve some business needs.

I consider that zoho co9nnect is a tool with very interesting functionalities since it allows you to obtain excellent communication, coverage, and organization when it comes to team collaboration, either with work teams or users, because it allows everyone to share ideas, images or videos for the projects and this generates better contacts with the work teams and more knowledge, it also has a well-structured interface that is extremely striking due to its design and very easy to use.

I would like them to improve the option of open chats because when opening them, several usually appear on the screen on the screen and thus attracting confusion and generating a lot of time wasted since a user without knowledge can have problems because they do not know which chat is the one they need in At the moment, its mobile application is also very slow because when you try to open it tends to crash and its connectivity is very slow.

We use Zoho connect to create collaborations with work teams since it is a tool that is responsible for helping us create events, it is used to create calls, integrated chats, create channels among others and we use it as a filing cabinet for our task, follow-ups, documents and project management where it allows us to keep everything organized and without file loss problems, which is a great use because we can have our tasks or files managed safely and easily.

The best thing using Zoho connect for us was we don't have to look any other tool for any office works. Whether its for content sharing, accounts moderating, mail preferences, wiki pages etc. It has everything connected and support team is also very helpful.

We didn't face any issues till now only thing was with integration process it was quite difficult for first time later it got solved other than that whole process with Zoho platforms was good.

I like Zoho Connect for its extensive tools for collaborating with your coworkers. It has a chat tool to send and receive images, which is very useful. In addition, it has a modern and elegant interface, so adaptation is very fast. Another feature that I like is its calendar function, to be able to schedule my daily activities.

The price per user is highly expensive. I think there should be unified plans with more affordable prices.

I love Zoho Connect because it is an easy-to-use software, it is very intuitive and it has enough features so it is worth using, it is more than a project management or team collaboration tool, it is an online filing cabinet, library, calendar , call tool, integrated chat, documents, with extensive integration with all other Zoho applications and tools.

There are some features that don't make me very happy, like I can't edit the forum posts of other members, only mine. In addition the mobile application does not allow the creation of new posts in the forum. On the other hand, it exhausts me to discover where everything is and how to use all the tools together.

Zoho Connect has a nice layout with concise and easy-to-use panels. There are tools that allow me and my team to chat and collaborate on documents that are accessible within the platform and through connected cloud storage services like Google Drive and Dropbox. The text chat is more engaging than standard chat apps and more conducive to discussions about business activities. I like the calendar for getting a quick glimpse and our project timeline and the task grid that allows us to assign duty and priorities to various tasks.

The price is a bit high for some of the premium packages. I don't think the price is worth it for all of our projects. Some users on my team have found Zoho Connect to be more of a burden to keep up with and didn't respond well to demands generated from it. Though there are some customization options, the possibilities aren't as extensive as I'd like.

We use Zoho Connect as a hub for many projects. It allows us to keep everyone updated in real time and store resources and applicable files in one location. This platform has definitely been more efficient than standard phone calls, emails and text chats. We are generally more on the same page when it comes to assigned tasks and deadlines. Zoho Connect has also been a great way to on-board new team members. They can look over past discussions and resources to get a quick and accurate picture on project activities.

Zoho was really go at connecting my team and myself. I could create projects and upload documents for my team to review. My team was also able to add to the project and build upon someone else comment.

The only thing I disliked was sometimes I would get lost in the app but I know they have worked on the application to be more user friendly.

My team is spread throughout Texas and we cannot always have a physical meeting to collaborate. Zoho allows us to collaborate easily.

Zoho connect is very easy to use in comparison with other sites. We mostly use it for our Alerts n news.

There is a learning curve that is associated with Zoho connect. Zoho connects works well with zoho ecosystem but not with other suites.

It allows us to closely work with our remote team. Project handling, file sharing, task allowcation and tagging the responsible person becomes easy in remotely working environment. Its solves our news alerts or internal newsletter problem and reduces dependency on mails for internal communication.

Zoho Connect encourages our team to communicate in an informal space. It's intuitive and easy to use, meaning new team members can adopt it quickly.

Sometimes, while using Zoho Connect, the platform freezes and requires me to restart the browser. Not a big deal obviously, but it can be a little tricky to deal with. Also, formatting certain posts (boldface, linking, etc.) can get tricky as well.
