I like Adobe Premiere because I have been working with it for years, and they continue to come out with significant updates to the software. They are constantly developing and making it better.
Because they update it so frequently, there are often a lot of bugs released with each new update. Sometimes this can cause the software to be unusable, and I have to re-install the past version.
I use Adobe Premiere Pro every day for my job. There are so many great tools integrated into the software and, if I can't do it with Premiere Pro, then I can pop into After Effects, and they play pretty well together.
It's a professional-grade video editing software that gives you a high amount of control over the final look. You can also use this software to edit audio for more straightforward audio projects, such as basic radio-style podcasting (but not music production, which requires specialized software). I don't need to buy licenses for Adobe Audition because I cut tracks in Premiere. You can also use it to create slideshows of still images.
The license for Premiere Pro is quite expensive. You will pay at least $200 to over $300 a year to use it. It's a high startup cost for hobbyists.
I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos for multimedia visual content production. I've also been able to use it to edit audio, which is convenient for podcasting.
I love Premiere Pro, and it is a great product to use, but really complicated as well. The learning curve is steep, and rather extensive, almost a training is recommended. That way, it's not an entirely intuitive tool. But, it's great for observation of the video editing process, to understand how vast the video world is, and that way really useful to learn.
My review is intertwined, the good and bad are not quite distinct that way in Premiere pro. The learning curve leads to not getting immediate success of results from its use. But, that's not necessarily bad if your intention is in learning the art of video editing and making, and not result-oriented alone.
I have experienced a shift in perspective of appreciating the process over the result alone.
Premiere Pro brings out all the tools necessary and is easier to use. PremierePro also gives the editor the freedom to customise his dock and how to use and keep the interface according to his effective method.
For users who are not professionals or not used to the editing environment, the interface can be a bit intriguing and intimidating.
Premiere Pro along with Adobe Creative Cloud makes your overall creative atmosphere much more easier.
Adobe Premiere Pro is the perfect way for us to make in house videos, it can make an ametur create awesome videos.
Adobe Premiere Pro has so many different features and tools, I feel as if we just scratch the surface of what we can actually do.
We are able to create videos, ads, commericals ourselves without having to hire an expensive agency.
The time bar, easy to drag and move clips around the bar
Every step has to be defined, no automatic inputs
Video storytelling for CPG. To show users behind the scenes of a product story and help them empathise to the creation of something
The freedom this product provides in terms of editing and layering video is great.
Creating presets isn't as easy as I feel it should be.
Creating high quality and well edited footage can be done more easily with this product
It's quick, stable, easy to work with. Coming from school, hobby, etc. This gives you a piece of software which gets 80% of the projects done
Expensive and extensive, might feel overwhelmed, subscription
Making quick edits, together with photoshop, illustrator and after effects.
Adobe Premiere Pro does exactly as advertised. Although the program is very complex, once you learn how to use the program, it really offers a wide variety of functions and features to make any video dream come true! The upsides of using Adobe Premiere Pro is that is does everything as advertised and more. The tool is truly versatile and is an industry standard when it comes to video editing software.
What I disliked about Adobe Premiere Pro is that it can be very difficult to learn or teach. However with that being said, Adobe does offer a ton of tutorials and workshops that teach users how to use such a great tool! Another downside of this program is that it can be very expensive for someone who does not use it very often. Unless you have a license with a school or organization, the cost of the Adobe Creative Suite can be expensive.
Adobe Premiere Pro allows me and my team to edit and revise videos and create new content on various media platforms for our organization. The greatest benefit is the wide array of things that can be done through the tool, either editing video, or putting a video together. Another benefit I've realized while using Adobe Premiere Pro is that you really can do anything you want, and create anything you want. Once you learn some tools, tricks, and features of the program, the sky really is the limit when it comes to creating and editing content.
I'm not a professional video editor--I mainly use it to create how-to videos. It has capabilities to spare and I like that it's included in the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
It's not an intuitive product to learn. I previously used Sony Vegas Movie Studio, so I was able to understand the basics. Plus there are so many great free ways to learn the finer points of the system. But I still find it difficult to remember where things are in the interface. I probably wouldn't have that problem if I was a more-frequent user.
Being able to create videos has helped us move away from print and static screen shots being the primary way we communicate product features to customers. Now we can show them and use the text overlays to highlight particular features.
The program helps to realize your own film dreams. It is usually very clearly designed, has many options and is often supportive in the work. It is also possible to work with the other Adobe programs and thus make the variety of the program even larger.
Unfortunately, it is sometimes very confusing.
With this program I was able to overcome problems such as bad software and so I got a great end product. It is also possible to discover many new possibilities with this program.
It allows me to be creative and collaborate on projects. It is very easy to use, and if you are unable to figure something out, there are tutorials.
If the files aren’t housed on the other person’s computer it makes it hard to share content. The download and exporting of the video also takes some time to complete as well.
I have created content to share firm wide. It has immense benefits giving me the ability to be self taught and create a video on my own.
complex still easy. work on many type of files..
Sometimes a bit hard to find how to do things, still ...many tutorial support the learning
Working on many videos, arranging audios levels, mixing up traces. Versatile, good for professional and also non professional work
The sleek design with clean layouts, panels and tabs is something I like very much about Premiere Pro. I can load up features, move clips into the timeline, and adjust picture and sound settings easily in the default software layout. Premiere Pro comes with most of the vital video editing tools, but goes beyond them with tools that help us to correct shooting errors. There are also tons of extensions we can add to boost effects offerings.
It's a program that is often slow to load and process video. I would like to be able to cut and save video clips without loss of resolution and file size while maintaining the same file type.
Adobe Premiere Pro has been a video editing application I've used for many types of media and marketing needs. It's versatile and can export to lots of different video formats. I can also save only the sound or audio, which can be helpful for certain projects and reducing processing times.
I really enjoy how Adobe Premiere gives you tips and you can watch videos with how you can use the various tools.
I don’t like how tedious the program is. It takes awhile to figure out the tools and it definitely takes awhile to make the videos.
You are able to put together clips, add various features such as music and transitions.
It does above and beyond what I need. It's also easy to use once you get a strong hold of the basics.
This isn't the best software for people who aren't going to make a lot of video projects.
I haven't had any problems really. It's just not the best if you don't use it a lot, especially considering the price. I think it's great really. For professionals like me, having Premiere Pro makes it easy to create professional videos quickly.
I like the tutorials when first using the program. They are very helpful for someone who has never used it.
There are so many functionalities and the online support isn’t very helpful
I am creating compilations that are used very often
The possibilities are limitless. Using Adobe Premier only limits you to your imagination.
The biggest challenge we have encountered with Premier is simply the learning curve.
We are achieving better quality video production with less effort.
I like that it belongs to the adobe cloud subscription so I don't have to pay for another service and can edit photos on other software and insert with no problem since everything is connected
However, It is very difficult to use compared to other softwares like Final Cut Pro. The gadgets and shortcuts are unclear and confusing to find.
The benifits is that it is apart of adobe cloud and I like that I only need to pay for one service.
The best video editing software online!!!
Nothing really, maybe more customization and editing options
It helped me do projects and do them myself instead of hiring someone
