Airmeet allowed us a very visually appealing platform for our event and was easy enough to navigate through that it didn't cause big problems. We were able to engage with attendees effectively in different ways.
Some things are unclear - I wasn't sure if we could share videos or how to do it. There were a couple of things, but videos would be the most significant. A small thing would be the ability to have different reactions to comments in the chat then just a thumbs up, like the emojis you can use to react to speakers.
It gives a much better experience than just hosting zoom calls and cuts out the need for multiple calendar invitations when you're doing a more prolonged event over two weeks as we used it for. Having one hub that is pretty easy to use made the experience more enjoyable for our attendees. They have a few items that could improve, but I'd recommend them overall.
virtual tables where people can sit around and chat, much similar to Zoom's breakout room, but much more intuitive in their design and execution. You'll see a bunch of tables, each with a specific topic, and you just click on a table, and you join the conversation, and then you scout around and see which table your friends at, and join that table. it's quite fun. Then there is the Fluid space feature that they just launched, that's next-level stuff that mimics physical events that I am not sure how to describe, u should check it out!
Fluid space is only on the highest tier, PRO package. I hope this feature can move down the pricing ladder later. Also dislike some of the settings that can be hard to locate.
Our tables are designated in different languages and have salespeople from different countries manning their respective tables. So some Japanese or European clients who have difficulty understanding our Keynote in English, can hop into 1 of the specific language table and chat away with our sales rep. There are also booths that allow us to showcase some of our distributors
I really like how it is set up more in a conference format. I like the table options that you offer so they can be used for more deeper conversations.
I don't like how the speed networking was changed. I liked how people could choose to do the speed networking or come to the table, now it's not the option. It would also be great if there was a way for these meetings to be in person and within airmeet.
It's helping us to engage with our clients without meeting.
The interface and the features available for creating virtual events is really great. It makes the life of the event organizer easy
It needs to have a more simpler user interface
We are using Airmeet for our webinars
It's a great product simulating the real life conferences virtually with all the nuances of a physical one
The platform at first can look a bit daunting to the first time users.
Hybrid is the name of the game these days. With Airmeet we were able to host our event for both physically present and virtual audience.
I love the networking tables and the feature that allows you to bring attendees up on stage with speakers.
A bit tricky to set up test runs with speakers
We are fighting Zoom fatigue. The reality is that webinars and virtual events are here to stay, but Airmeet helps us give them a different feel.
The platform is very user-friendly and has a super GUI. The ease of navigation makes it very simple to use and the overall features blend in very nicely.
Sometimes the process of logging in after receiving an OTP does not work. Users using apple devices face some issues.
Airmeet has been a great platform for event companies who had no means to sustain other than online medius. We have been able to improve our overall event standard by bringing in highly qualified leads without worrying about the geo.
The ability to have vendor booths! for additional sources of income / sponsorship for the event
the requirement that a HOST account needs to be backstage to start a session. I would like the assigned speaker to have that power
Great for User groups and Conferences. I have hears attendees say this was the next best thing to a live conference.
- Lounge area - table arrangement with networking arrangements - Back stage function with host & speaker chat
Wish there was an option to use virtual background for speaker/host Mobile experience for the webinar attendees need to be improved
Airmeet has provided a good platform for webinar for our professional association. This has helped us to reach out to more members.
The fact that the organizer can work before purchase any subscription.
The prices are a little bit high but there are a lot of features to work with.
The possibillity to let attendees to create their own tables to talk between each others.
The look and feel is in truly friendly, you never get lost,is full intuitive
I do not have complanint or desagree, with about 40 or 50 persons works factastisc!
Is really good tools once you have your first experiences, you could have and unique experience with solving real time problems or events is perfect
I love how Airmeet lives in the middle of your typical video platform, and an in-person event. There are intentional elements to mirror the real world that you don't get elsewhere.
I field a lot of complaints about the usual: registration, navigation, browser issues, etc. I always find it interesting that folks (99%) make it to where they need to be and then voice those complaints. I personally have experienced some audio disconnect moving from session to session. That has been my biggest gripe. An intuitive way to display speaker links outside of 'show on stage' and pinned content would be desired. Working the schedule into each season would also be helpful as you currently have to back out to my knowledge .
It's great for building community and providing a cost-effective space for weekly events.
Features which simulate the experience of an event being held at a venue like registration desk, landing page customisation with organisation specific collaterals, back stage etc Separate networking rooms was also a good add on
There might be a need to think on more avenues to engage audience virtually. Kahoot and Network rooms if repeated for successive events might not work If there could be a provision to spotlight audience at some moments it could add on to the engagement factor of the audience
With Airmeet we are trying to conduct engaging virtual events which in terms of experience is as close simulation as possible to the real venue based event. We are making an attempt to engage the audience with limited attention span in the virtual environment.
I like the structure, where we can put banners, backdrops and the whole design of Airmeet.
That you cannot change the speaker information after putting their email id.
We are conducting entrepreneurship webinars to aware community of most of the sectors of entrepreneurship.
The UI & UX of the platform is indeed the most appealing of the lot. The option to have multiple hosts and stage members fulfills a genuine need of today's WFH scenario. The add-on feature of the Coffee table is fascinating and innovative.
The requirement of registration for every event can be at times cumbersome and may waste the registration limits per event. So it would be much logical to have the limits set on the number of attendees rather than the number of registration.
I believe Airmeet has provided a very stable and innovative platform for connecting with colleagues and holding events in real-time during the WFH situation. We've mainly utilized Airmeet to conduct our monthly SOF's, our L&D sessions, and other significant events. Attendance tracking, Q&A, and analytics have been beneficial.
User interface and the team response, the platform features and ease of use
No dislikes as of now, but maybe as in the future
We hosted a conference using Airmeet and the benefits are the user friendly platform. The various features that it provides like backstage, attendee connect.
The virtual booths and virtual tables to meet during the events are really amazing for the virtual events. The interface and support staff are also really helpful while organizing an event.
The visibility of the networking opportunities including virtual tables and virtual booths are not up to the mark. The navigation to different sessions in a particular event seems to be a bit complicated on a participant point of view.
The cliche boring meeting platforms are avoided with Airmeet. As it is more interactive and also tries to give a physical event like atmosphere altogether. The main stage or lounge for events is also an advantage.
I like most the tables outside the conference room. It makes it so easy to meet and connect with people with the same professional interests!
HD should be at 1080p and not a 720p these days!
To gather people with the same professional interests, create webinars and easily conferences, enchance networking
The Airmeet Platform replicates the in-person conference format in a virtual format- it supports speaker sessions, networking lounge, attendee app, exhibit booths, on-demand sessions, and more- all in a virtual format with superior attendee experience.
The Airmeet platform needs service managers to help you run the event at a large scale. The exhibit space is just a landing page with no immersive experience and is limited in features
Using it for conducting regular industry events/ conferences for our target audience- we line up speakers and set up exhibitions while offering unique networking opportunities to our target audiences
Airmeet is one of the best platforms for conducting virtual conferences and online events on a large scale. It covers the entire lifecycle of conferences from event set up, exhibitions showcase, networking lounge, attendee engagement, speaker sessions, and more. The platform is very simple to use
The exhibition space and conference rooms are single page landing pages and limited by features. The interactivity is not very high and the experience is not immersive
Conducting our virtual conferences on Airmeet in the absence of in-person tradeshows owing to the pandemic. We have been able to replicate in-person conferences on Airmeet
