AiSDR Pros and Cons
- Strong personalization and signal-based targeting for more relevant outreach.
- Handles deliverability and domain setup to reduce technical overhead.
- Good support and onboarding (GTM Engineers available on higher tiers).
- Multilingual outreach and multimedia messaging (videos, voice notes).
- Transparent pricing and rollovers of unused credits while subscription is active.
- No public external API yet, limiting custom integrations.
- Higher pricing and Solo plan has relatively low volume limits.
- Salesforce integration has some limitations and varies by plan.
- Some advanced features (website visitor tracking) only available on higher/enterprise tiers.
- Not open source; specific tech stack and LLM providers are not publicly disclosed.
AiSDR claims it is “49.8% cheaper” than the software stack it replaces, and the arithmetic is exactly right — which is how we can also show what it depends on. Add up the eight tools AiSDR lists at their published “from” prices and you get $1,792 a month; subtract the $900 Explore plan and the saving is $892, matching their stated figure to the dollar. But $1,000 of that $1,792 is a single line — signal-tracking software. Remove it and the stack costs $792, which is less than AiSDR. The claim is honest; it just rests almost entirely on assuming you would otherwise buy Common Room.
- What it is: An AI sales development rep that researches prospects and runs email and LinkedIn outreach on autopilot.
- Best for: Founders and small sales teams who want outbound pipeline without hiring an SDR.
- Pricing: $250, $900 or $2,500/month; 20% off annually. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Explore and Scale are quarterly contracts paid in advance, despite “cancel anytime”.
What Is AiSDR?
AiSDR is an AI sales development representative. You point it at your business, it researches prospects, writes personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, sends them, and replies to responses — in its words, “AI-researched emails & LinkedIn actions on autopilot.”
The engine is Ami AI, described as a GTM agent that generates campaign ideas, analyses performance and builds new campaigns. Around it sits a full outbound stack: email infrastructure setup and warmup, Gmail/Outlook sending, LinkedIn connection requests, DMs and InMail, configurable omnichannel sequences with unlimited touchpoints, replies in 5–10 minutes or co-pilot mode, and AI call steps with an Aircall dialler.
Onboarding is unusually fast by category standards. The published flow is five steps in under an hour — drop your URL, order mailboxes, connect your CRM and suppression lists, share one real email so Ami can learn your voice, review the AI-generated GTM strategy — with a claim that 90% of clients launch within 15 minutes.
Credentials: Y Combinator S23, 250+ companies, 4.7/5 on G2 with Top 50 Agentic AI Products and Best Support badges, and SOC 2 Type 2.
The Findstack listing carries no user reviews, so the G2 rating is the independent signal here rather than anything on this platform.

AiSDR Pricing
The stack comparison, and what it hinges on
AiSDR publishes a “Software you’ll no longer need” section listing eight categories with a starting price and named examples:
| Category | From | Named tools |
|---|---|---|
| Signal-tracking software | $1,000/mo | Common Room |
| Lead database | $349/mo | Cognism, Clay |
| Website visitor identifier | $149/mo | RB2B, Warmly |
| Email sequencer | $94/mo | Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead |
| LinkedIn engagement tracker | $82/user/mo | Phantombuster, Captain Data |
| LinkedIn sequencer | $59/user/mo | Lemlist, Dripify, Heyreach |
| AI video creator | $39/user/mo | Sendspark, Heygen |
| AI message writer | $20/user/mo | ChatGPT, Claude, Lavender.ai |
| Total | $1,792/mo |
$1,792 − $900 = $892, and $892 ÷ $1,792 = 49.78%. Both figures on AiSDR’s page — “Save over $892 per month” and “49.8% cheaper” — are exactly correct. That is a rarity worth crediting: most vendor comparison maths does not survive a calculator.
What the maths also shows is the dependency. Signal-tracking at $1,000 is 56% of the entire stack. Take it out — and most companies at Explore’s scale are not buying Common Room — and the remaining seven tools come to $792, which is $108 less than AiSDR Explore. The comparison is not rigged; the assumption is simply doing all the work.
There is a counterweight that runs the other way, and it is substantial. Four of the eight lines are per-seat — LinkedIn sequencer, engagement tracker, message writer and video creator, totalling $200 per user per month — and the comparison counts them at one user. Explore and Scale include unlimited users. So a three-person sales team’s replaced stack costs $2,192 rather than $1,792, and AiSDR’s advantage grows with headcount rather than shrinking.
The honest reading: the comparison understates AiSDR for teams and overstates it for solo sellers, and the single biggest variable is whether signal-tracking is a line you actually have.
“Cancel anytime” and “payment in advance” are both on the page
This is the tension to settle before signing. The billing badges on the cards say:
- Solo — “stripe billing, cancel anytime”
- Explore — “stripe billing, payment in advance”
- Scale — “stripe billing, payment in advance”
And the footnote beneath reads: “All plans are billed monthly. Explore and Scale have quarterly contracts. Cancel anytime.”
Those two things sit awkwardly together. A quarterly contract paid in advance is not something you can exit at will; the most plausible reconciliation is that “cancel anytime” means no annual lock-in — you can decline to renew at the end of a quarter — rather than leave mid-quarter and get money back. On Explore that is a $2,700 commitment; on Scale, $7,500.
To AiSDR’s credit, they explain the reasoning rather than hiding it, and the explanation is sound:
“Quarterly plans give the AI the runway to ramp up… Teams see their strongest results after ~6 weeks” and “It takes 30+ days to safely get multiple inboxes ready for the sending volume you need.”
Email warmup genuinely does take about a month, and judging cold outbound on three weeks of data is not meaningful. They also note that “most AI SDR vendors push annual contracts” and that Solo runs month-to-month precisely so you can test at smaller scale first. That is a fair structure, fairly argued.
Get the cancellation terms in writing anyway, because “cancel anytime” printed next to “payment in advance” will mean different things to a buyer and a billing system.
The volume curve is shallow
Dividing price by the contact allowance:
| Plan | Monthly | Contacts | Per contact | Annual rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $250 | 200 | $1.25 | $1.00 |
| Explore | $900 | 800 | $1.13 | $0.90 |
| Scale | $2,500 | 2,500 | $1.00 | $0.80 |
Twelve and a half times the volume buys a 20% better unit rate. As with several products in this series, the tiers are not really a volume discount — they are capacity plus features. What you are actually buying at Explore is unlimited users, LinkedIn signals and a dedicated GTM engineer; at Scale, Salesforce sync, website visitor tracking and AI video.
The −20% annual discount is exactly 20% on both plans we could verify: Solo $3,000 → $2,400, Explore $10,800 → $8,640. No rounding games.
The managed service is where the money is
Two add-ons sit off to the side and dwarf the software:
- Explore: per-campaign managed service at +$149/campaign
- Scale: fully managed service at +$2,500/month
Scale’s managed option costs exactly as much as Scale itself — $5,000/month all in, or $60,000 a year. That is no longer a software purchase; it is an outsourced SDR function, and it should be compared against the loaded cost of hiring one rather than against Outreach or Lemlist.
That comparison is arguably where AiSDR’s real pitch lives, and it is a reasonable one — a US SDR costs considerably more than $60,000 fully loaded. But it is a different conversation from the $250 headline, and the pricing page does not frame it that way.
What actually decides your cost
- Contacts per month — 200, 800 or 2,500 — which is the primary axis.
- Team size, since Solo is one user and everything above is unlimited.
- Mailbox and domain count, which caps your safe sending volume.
- Whether you take the managed service, at +$149/campaign or +$2,500/month.
- Billing cadence, at a clean 20% for annual.
- Whether you need Salesforce, which is Scale-only.
Who Should Use AiSDR
AiSDR fits a founder or small team that needs outbound pipeline and cannot justify an SDR hire. Solo at $250/month, month-to-month, with self-serve onboarding and no sales call required is a genuinely low-friction way to find out whether AI outbound works in your niche — and the “START NOW WITHOUT A SALES CALL” button is a real differentiator in a category that mostly demo-gates everything.
Explore at $900 fits a team that has proven outbound works and wants consistency. Unlimited users at that price is the key number: a three-person team pays the same as one, which is where the stack comparison genuinely favours AiSDR.
Scale fits companies treating outbound as a reportable channel, with Salesforce, visitor tracking and 20 LinkedIn accounts.
It fits badly for anyone who needs to exit mid-quarter. Explore commits $2,700 and Scale $7,500 in advance; if that is uncomfortable, Solo is the only month-to-month option and it is capped at 200 contacts and one user.
It also fits badly for teams whose bottleneck is list quality rather than sending — the contact allowance is the thing you are buying, and 200 a month on Solo is roughly ten a working day.
Honest Pros and Cons
What works well:
- Prices are published, plainly, in a category where most competitors demo-gate everything.
- “Start now without a sales call” on Solo — genuinely self-serve.
- The “49.8% cheaper” claim is arithmetically exact, to the dollar.
- The −20% annual discount is exactly 20%, verified on two plans.
- Unlimited users on Explore and Scale — headcount is not a cost driver above $900.
- Solo is month-to-month, explicitly so you can test before committing.
- The quarterly-contract rationale is explained, and the reasoning about email warmup is technically sound.
- Email infrastructure setup and warmup are included, not an add-on.
- SOC 2 Type 2, and 4.7/5 on G2 with 250+ companies.
- Fast, documented onboarding — five steps, 90% launching within 15 minutes.
- Managed service prices are published rather than quote-only.
What to watch:
- “Cancel anytime” sits beside “payment in advance” on the same page — Explore and Scale are quarterly commitments of $2,700 and $7,500.
- The stack comparison depends on a $1,000/month signal-tracking line; without it the replaced stack costs less than AiSDR.
- The volume curve is shallow — 12.5× the contacts for a 20% better rate.
- Solo is one user and 200 contacts, roughly ten a working day.
- Salesforce sync is Scale-only, at $2,500/month.
- The fully managed service doubles the price to $5,000/month.
- Performance stats on the page are unattributed — “~11.8%”, “26.6%” and “~3.5%” response figures appear without stated methodology.
- No Findstack user reviews, so no independent corroboration on this platform.
AiSDR Alternatives and How It Compares
- Apollo.io is the volume comparison — a database and sequencer with published, much cheaper self-serve tiers. If you have someone to run it, Apollo plus a person is the honest alternative to AiSDR plus nobody.
- Instantly competes on email infrastructure and deliverability at a fraction of the price, without the AI research layer.
- Lemlist is named in AiSDR’s own replacement list and covers the multichannel sequencing piece directly.
- Cognism is the data layer AiSDR counts at $349/month — worth pricing separately if contact quality rather than automation is your gap.
- Artisan, 11x and Regie.ai are the closest same-category rivals, all pitching an AI SDR rather than tooling; most quote rather than publish.
Artisan, 11x and Regie.ai do not currently have Findstack listings, so those are named without links, and we have not re-verified competitor pricing here.
The honest framing: AiSDR is competing against a hire, not against software. Compared with Apollo or Instantly it is expensive; compared with an SDR’s salary it is not. Which comparison is correct depends entirely on whether you were going to hire.
The Verdict
AiSDR is one of the more straightforward products in this category, and its pricing page is one of the better ones we have read this year — actual prices, published plainly, with a self-serve entry point that does not require talking to anyone. After a run of vendors whose rate cards live behind a demo request, that deserves saying first.
The comparison claim holds up, and understanding why matters. “49.8% cheaper” and “save $892 per month” are both exactly right against the stack AiSDR lists. But $1,000 of that $1,792 stack is signal-tracking software, and without that single line the tools it replaces cost $792 — less than Explore. If Common Room is on your bill, the saving is real and large. If it is not, you are comparing $900 against $792 and buying convenience and consolidation rather than savings. Run the sum with your own actual subscriptions before accepting the headline. Note too that the comparison counts four per-seat tools at one user, so a team of three flips the arithmetic firmly back in AiSDR’s favour.
The thing to settle in writing is the contract. “Cancel anytime” and “payment in advance” both appear on this page, and for Explore and Scale they cannot both mean what a buyer would assume. A quarter of Explore is $2,700 committed. AiSDR’s reasoning for the quarterly term is genuinely sound — inbox warmup takes 30+ days and cold outbound cannot be judged in three weeks — and they deserve credit for explaining it rather than burying it, and for keeping Solo month-to-month so you can test first. Just get the exit terms confirmed.
So: start on Solo. $250 a month, no sales call, cancel monthly, and 200 contacts is enough to learn whether AI-written outbound gets replies in your market. If it does, the step to Explore buys unlimited users and a GTM engineer, and that is where the economics start working. And if you find yourself weighing the $2,500 fully managed option, stop comparing it to software — at $5,000 a month all in, the right benchmark is what an SDR costs you fully loaded, and on that comparison the answer is a good deal more favourable.
FAQ
How much does AiSDR cost?
Three published plans: Solo at $250/month, Explore at $900/month and Scale at $2,500/month, each billed monthly. Paying annually takes exactly 20% off — Solo becomes $2,400/year and Explore $8,640/year (Scale works out to $24,000 on the same discount). Solo runs month-to-month; Explore and Scale are quarterly contracts with payment in advance, meaning commitments of $2,700 and $7,500 respectively. Managed service is extra: +$149 per campaign on Explore, +$2,500/month on Scale.
Is AiSDR really 49.8% cheaper than other tools?
The arithmetic is exact. AiSDR lists eight tool categories at their published starting prices totalling $1,792/month, against Explore at $900 — a saving of $892, or 49.78%, matching both figures on their page. The dependency worth knowing is that $1,000 of that $1,792 is signal-tracking software (Common Room). Remove that one line and the remaining seven tools cost $792, which is less than AiSDR Explore. Conversely, four of the eight lines are per-seat and are counted at a single user, so for a team of three the replaced stack costs considerably more and AiSDR’s advantage grows.
Can I cancel AiSDR at any time?
It depends on the plan, and the page is ambiguous. Solo is explicitly month-to-month — its billing badge reads “stripe billing, cancel anytime”. Explore and Scale say “payment in advance” on their cards, while a footnote states they “have quarterly contracts. Cancel anytime.” The most plausible reading is that you can decline to renew at the end of a quarter but not exit mid-quarter, which means a $2,700 commitment on Explore and $7,500 on Scale. AiSDR explains the quarterly term as giving inbox warmup and campaign ramp-up enough runway — a technically sound argument — but confirm the exact terms before signing.
How many contacts does AiSDR include?
200 AI-researched contacts per month on Solo, 800 on Explore and 2,500 on Scale — working out to $1.25, $1.13 and $1.00 per contact on monthly billing, or $1.00, $0.90 and $0.80 annually. The volume curve is shallow: 12.5× the contacts buys only a 20% better unit rate, so the higher tiers are really about features and capacity rather than discount. Sending capacity is capped separately by mailboxes and domains — 1 domain, 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account on Solo, rising to 6 domains, 18 mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts on Scale.
Does AiSDR require a sales call to get started?
No, on Solo. The plan card carries a “START NOW WITHOUT A SALES CALL” button and self-serve onboarding, which is unusual in a category where most competitors gate everything behind a demo. The documented setup is five steps taking under an hour — supply your URL, order mailboxes, connect your CRM and suppression lists, share one real email so the AI can learn your voice, and review the generated GTM strategy — with a claim that 90% of clients launch within 15 minutes. Explore and Scale include dedicated GTM engineer onboarding instead.
